Bait And Switch: The Devil, Western Plutocracy, And Vlad, World Impaler

January 28, 2023

Committed by their tremendous crimes, Putin and his associates now believe that their “meat waves” tactics in Ukraine will bring them victory, as they reckon that the brainwashed Russian people feel Ukraine is worth the sacrifice. The alternative, for the Kremlin gang, is arrest and death.

The leaders of the West pretend that nobody saw this coming [1]… When it was obvious since Putin’s genocide in Chechnya in 1999, that Putin was a despicable mass murderer. Actually Putin was their man, the man of the West, an employee of global plutocracy, in charge of diverting Russian resources out of Russia, from capital, to gas and oil. The relentless Kremlin tyranny was an instrument of extraction of Russian economic product to put it under global banking management, thus increasing the power of said banking. Never mind that it blew up the price of real estate in Western Europe’s attractive areas.

The Western “leadership” is made mostly of arrogant twerps who listen carefully to the “Powers That Be”… those in power, generally tycoons, plutocrats and their attached think tanks, institutions and universities.

The West is ruled mostly by so-called “representative democracies”, which are neither representative, nor democracies. The nature of these regimes is closer to representative oligarchies.

Oligarchy means: the rule of the few.

The ultimate state of oligarchy is plutocracy, generally viewed as the power of money, but, more generally, the power of evil (aka, Pluto, Satan, Hades, Diablo, etc.). The historical mechanism is always the same: to stay in power, an oligarchy has no choice but to opt for the worst means, because nothing else would do (Putin himself demonstrates this).

Ever since the direct democracies of Antiquity fell, most of the time, in most places in the West, plutocrats and their bankers have managed states. Naturally, they prefer to deal with dictatorships. .

This is how the tyrants of the Twentieth Century arose often in cooperation with the mightiest Western plutocrats. A well-known example is Henry Ford who inspired and financed Adolf Hitler. An example that is less known, but perhaps even more spectacular and instructive was Averell Harriman and Stalin. Harriman was viewed, inside the Kremlin, as the real leader of Russia. Among other things, Harriman financed the Baku oil fields and insured early massive US help to Russia in 1941 (help which had been refused to France a year earlier, in spite of treaties with France…)

The global plutocracy which controls France, Germany and the corrupt West in general, bet heavily on Putin. The way global plutocracy sees it, it had nothing to lose, everything to gain… even if, and especially if, Putin messed it up! More than a century ago glaobal plutocracy already used that strategy with Lenin, Stalin and Mussolini (plutocratic support was then extended to dictatorial Japan, Nazi Germany, and Franco… by extending oil, lines of credit, equipment, etc.). Plutocracy is tyranny friendly as its fundamental purpose is fundamentally evil (Pluto).

Eastern Europe has been at the receiving end of these bad treatments for centuries thanks in part from selfish, self-absorbed Western European indifference…in 1240 the Mongols killed Kyiv, and put the Kremlin’s Alexander Nevsky, in control… Of Kyiv! At the time, and since, Eastern Europe observed that Western Europe did not come to the rescue of Kyivan Rus against the Mongols… although it launched plenty of crusades at the time, including against  Novgorod… although Anna Princess of Kyiv was ruling queen of France in 1051-60 CE.

Macron is fundamentally a banker who used his connection to the state at his advantage… A particular case of Western finance and Davos (WEF) welcoming and using Putin, that is the Russian state, to their advantage. Each time Rosatom sells a nuclear reactor, France gets a billion dollars… Rosatom sells the most nuclear reactors in the world.

If anything, the present crisis exposes the enormous corruption in Western Europe, which laundered in plain sight the money that Russian oligarchs stole from Russia. “Socialist” ex Chancellor Schroder set up the Nord Stream pipelines, while French Total set up the giant gas liquefaction installations in Siberia.

Putin, his evil accomplices and his oligarchs could claim they have been tricked and enticed. They actually started to have their vile Western propagandists push for that point of view:”It’s not us, but them who enticed us to steal children in Ukraine!”

But it is neither here, nor there. Hitler, Mussolini, Hirohito and Franco also went through the same process. After they committed their massive war crimes, they were the massive criminals. The role that Western plutocrats played in enticing and enabling them has been carefully covered up, and is never mentioned. Yes, that role should be exposed.

But most self-declared leftists are actually posers who are careful to not go the bottom of things… lest they get less of a following.

As a personal aside, I was banned from commenting in several European media, for example the European Tribune, and the reason given was that I pointed out the financing of Hitler and Stalin by Western banks and financiers… I was told, in writing, that the bankers who financed those media asked me to be banned. That was more than a decade ago, and both yours truly and this general subject disappeared from much of the information space… Not coincidentally, Obama “reset” his relationship with Putin and gave him a greenlight to invade Crimea… And its offshore oil deposits…

If Putin had been able to exploit Ukraine, as he does Russia, global plutocracy would have been happy. But, after being stunned by the invasion of Crimea, which it did not resist, Ukraine fought back triumphantly when the Donbas was invaded. Russia, France, the US, the UK, and the dictator in China had clearly violated the 1994 Budapest accord, according to which Ukraine gave 1900 nuclear warheads to Russia, in exchange for security guaranty for its territory, forever.

“Representative democracy” is a half way house between pure dictatorship and real democracy. Clearly, it has become unsustainable… Be it only because of the problem of too many nukes in too few hands… But real democracy, direct democracy will not be achieved without maximizing truth

[1] The connivence between Western leadership and Putin was long obvious… even among politicians. In 2006, Poland’s defense minister, Radoslaw Sikorski, likened plans to build the first Nord Stream pipeline to the 1939 Molotov-Ribbentrop pact — the half official, half secret agreement between Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union dividing Eastern Europe into spheres of influence, and providing the Nazis with the Kremlin’s help to wage war. It made the Kremlin’s Berlin indispensable ally: the Wehrmacht invaded Western Europe fuelled by Russian oil. Sikorski in 2006: “Poland has a particular sensitivity to corridors and deals above our head,” Sikorski said at a security conference in Brussels. “That was the 20th century. We don’t want any repetition of that.”

Why Is Saint Cyril Still A Saint?

January 27, 2023

Because Catholicism Is A Criminal Thought System, So It Sanctifies Criminals. Consider John XV, 6: “If men abide not in me … cast them into the fire, and they are burned”… said Christ, the roasting roaster:

Hypatia, a woman famous for her beauty in all ways, viewed as the top thinker, mathematician and philosopher in her time, was grabbed on the order of Saint Cyril, stripped, dragged, raped, and flayed with oyster shells. SAINT Cyril wanted to kill her because she was respected all over the world., and by torturing her to death, he showed the world who was the boss Cyril was a thug, a thief of church gold vessels, but he also promoted the Virgin Mary as the Mother of God, having borrowed that from the cult of Isis. Cyril was feared in Constantinople. He hard an army of monks, “men in black” at his disposal for his terror. They were not simple parishioners, but the parabalani. They murdered before and after Hypatia. They picked up Hypatia after one of her lectures.

The last Neoplatonist philosopher, Damascisus, wrote in the Sixth Century:

HYPATIA, daughter of Theon the geometer and philosopher of Alexandria, was herself a well-known philosopher. She was the wife of the philosopher Isidorus, and she flourished under the Emperor Arcadius. Author of a commentary on Diophantus, she also wrote a work called The Astronomical Canon and a commentary on The Conics of Apollonius. She was torn apart by the Alexandrians and her body was mocked and scattered through the whole city. This happened because of envy and her outstanding wisdom especially regarding astronomy…

Such was Hypatia, as articulate and eloquent in speaking as she was prudent and civil in her deeds. The whole city rightly loved her and worshiped her in a remarkable way, but the rulers of the city from the first envied her, something that often happened at Athens too. For even if philosophy itself had perished, nevertheless, its name still seems magnificent and venerable to the men who exercise leadership in the state. Thus it happened one day that Cyril, bishop of the opposition sect [i.e. Christianity] was passing by Hypatia’s house, and he saw a great crowd of people and horses in front of her door. Some were arriving, some departing, and others standing around. When he asked why there was a crowd there and what all the fuss was about, he was told by her followers that it was the house of Hypatia the philosopher and she was about to greet them. When Cyril learned this he was so struck with envy that he immediately began plotting her murder and the most heinous form of murder at that. For when Hypatia emerged from her house, in her accustomed manner, a throng of merciless and ferocious men who feared neither divine punishment nor human revenge attacked and cut her down, thus committing an outrageous and disgraceful deed against their fatherland. The Emperor was angry, and he would have avenged her had not Aedesius been bribed. Thus the Emperor remitted the punishment onto his own head and family for his descendant paid the price. The memory of these events is still vivid among the Alexandrians.

***

So why is Saint Cyril still a saint? Dr. Goebbels, the last Third Reich’s Chancellor, had achieved a saintly status in the insane Third Reich’s deluded populace. However, he is not a saint anymore: Goebbels has been found and determined by nearly all to be among the worst of persons, and so for his wife, who killed their six children. Why has Goebbels’ once glorious repute sunk into universal disgust? Facts speak: Nazism was atrocious and demented.

Now what inspired Nazism? Catholicism! Not just “Darwinism”. Catholicism and it’s all too often lethal antisemitism, and murderous anti-heresy (heretic means having made a choice…). Catholicism was deeply anti-intellectual, but, just as supporters of Putin and for deeply related reasons, its followers twisted around all and any logic and factuality into the opposite of what their reality are.

Yes the SS were “men in black”. Just like the Catholic Inquisition of the Middle Ages.

But they were not the first ones. The first “men in black” appeared at the end of the Fourth century, destroying in great mobs all libraries, institutions of knowledge and persons of wisdom.

The Catholic Church is the world’s oldest continuously running institution.

Why doesn’t the Catholic Church recognize the crimes committed by his founders? Cyril, and the murder of Hypatia, in 414 CE, were contemporaneous with the official three founding fathers. In particular Jerome (died 420 CE) and Augustine (died in 430 CE, as bishop with the Vandals at the gates of his native city, Hippo).

The only explanation is that the crimes of the founders of Catholicism are intrinsic to Catholicism as a system of thought. Who invented Catholicism? The Roman tyrant Constantine, who invented it in 323 CE and imposed it. Who made Catholicism lethal? The Roman tyrant Theodosius I, who invented “heresy”, an “insanity” according to him (January 381 CE). The empire collapsed as a military power 13 years later.

Burning Jews alive for religious reasons:

Extract from an official description of the auto da fe (act of faith) in Madrid represented above, in 1680 CE.

Next came twenty more criminals, of both sexes, who had relapsed thrice into their former errors and were condemned to the flames. Those who had given some tokens of repentance were to be strangled before they were burnt; but for the rest, for having persisted obstinately in their errors, were to be burnt alive. These wore linen sanbenitos, having devils and flames painted on them, and caps after the same manner: five or six among them, who were more obstinate than the rest, were gagged to prevent their uttering any blasphemous tenets. Such as were condemned to die were surrounded, besides the two familiars, with four or five monks, who were preparing them for death as they went along.

[All were burned for “judaizing” and one for converting to Islam.]

***

Death by fire was preferred as more in keeping with John xv. 6, “If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.” So much for Jesus being a nice guy.

The Inquisition held that the culprits ought to be burned alive; the only precaution necessary being that their tongues be bound, or their mouths stuffed by a pear of anguish, or their palate pierced, as was done with the astronomer Giordano Bruno, after seven years of torture, in order that the miscreants do not scandalize the public.

ENTANGLEMENT, FASTER THAN LIGHT COMMUNICATIONS, CAUSALITY, etc.

January 25, 2023

Abstract: Faster Than Light Particle Transfer? Not Possible According To Special Relativity. But Faster Than Light Communications? Some Day, Probably. Using Quantum Entanglement… Not Particle Transport.

TYRANOSOPHER: Folklore based on a vague reasoning of Einstein says Faster Than Light Communications are impossible (a variant supposedly breaks the universe… see below). Having read Einstein carefully, yours truly determined that Einstein’s reasoning was flimsy (Albert himself hints at that in his original paper).

Most of Special Relativity stays intact if Faster Than Light Communication, FTLC are possible. ALL the equations, and thus the verifying experiments of Special Relativity stay intact. (See towards the end answers to objections).

Simplicia: Many people will write you off because you wrote off Einstein. They won’t read any further.

Tyranosopher: OK, I will detail in another essay my objections to the packaging of Special Relativity which forbids FTLC with great details. Below is just a sketch.

Now about Einstein: he is not God. Actually, there is no God. When I was young and naive, I approved (all) of Einstein’s critiques of Quantum theory, a theory to which he crucially contributed as number two, Planck being number one. Planck said emission of radiation was in grains, quanta, and explained two facts this way. Einstein explained that supposing absorption of radiation also came in quanta explained the photoelectric effect. Planck condemned the latter, but Einstein was right. Then other physicists contributed. The next huge conceptual breakthrough was De Broglie’s matter waves. Then CIQ (Copenhagen Interpretation Quantum) arose with correct physics, admirable math, but a sick un-realistic metaphysics. De Broglie objected and rolled out a realistic model of fundamental physics. Einstein seconded De Broglie, but they were overwhelmed by the launch of QED by Dirac. Then all sorts of strange and marvellous high energy zoo, then QFT, etc.

Nevertheless, after exchanges with Karl Popper, Einstein wrote the EPR paper on nonlocality, in 1935… EPR criticized Quantum Physics and its nonlocality from the “realistic” point of view. I am also all for Sub Quantum Physical Reality (SQPR), but I have an axiom neither De Broglie nor Einstein had. Science progresses one axiom at a time…

However, as the decades passed, and I deepened my understanding, I realized that Einstein’s admirable work was not as revolutionary and crazy as needed.

Simplicia: The funny thing is that Einstein discovered nonlocality in the 1935 EPR paper. Which is one of the top ten papers in theoretical physics, and very hot today, as Quantum Computers use nonlocality.

Tyranosopher: Einstein was honest enough to not throw nonlocality out of the window. Maybe his conversation with the philosopher Karl Popper helped: Popper did contribute to the discovery of nonlocality. Einstein called nonlocality “spooky action at a distance”.

Simplicia: Now nonlocality is a proven experimental fact.

Tyranosopher: Yes the “SPOOKY ACTION AT A DISTANCE” which initially was a purely theoretical fact coming out of the axiomatics of Quantum Theory has been PROVEN over distances of many kilometers. One has to know the crucial difference of QUANTUM SPIN versus classical spin to see nonlocality clearly.

Chinese scientists have measured a minimum speed for this “spooky action at a distance”. I call it the QUANTUM INTERACTION, and assign to it a finite speed, TAU. This supplementary axiom contradicts Quantum Theory

Instead, classical Twentieth Century Quantum Physics says that Quantum Entanglement proceeds at infinite speed.

So this supplementary axiom of propagating finite speed nonlocality should be experimentally testable. I claim the proof of a finite speed for the Quantum Interaction is all around us: Dark Matter and Dark Energy are the results of this experiment, conducted for free by the universe itself. Amen.

Simplicia: What do you mean that nonlocality has been proven? Your friend Ian Miller, who is a physical chemist, denies a proof was achieved.

***

Tyranosopher: I admire Ian, he is a renaissance man, but don’t understand his arguments in this particular case. There are countless variants and proofs under the label “Bell’s theorem” in a jungle of tweaked axiomatics. Ian uses the classical Noether’s theorem… which doesn’t apply to Quantum situations. For once I will use an authority argument. The Nobel was given to nonlocality in 2022, and should have been given at least two decades ago to Alain Aspect. That could have helped physics.

To understand the simplest quantifiable proof of nonlocality one has to know about Quantum Spin and what has been experimentally discovered. Quantum Spin does NOT behave like Classical Spin. Classical Spin can be measured in all directions simultaneously, but Quantum Spin can be measured in only one direction at a time, and that erases preceding measurement.

https://patriceayme.wordpress.com/2022/11/10/proof-of-no-local-hidden-variables-from-magnets/

Building up on Einstein’s 1935 EPR, the simplest Quantum Entanglement which can be studied over a distance was elaborated by David Bohm in the 1950s and then studied in detail by a very small group of physicists, including CERN theoretical high energy physics head, John Bell, in the 1960s, to produce an experimentally testable inequality… which was given the Physics Nobel for 2022.

Simplicia: OK, many people have thought this instantaneous nonlocality could be used for Faster Than Light, FTL.

Tyranosopher:  Maybe. But one has to distinguish FTL and FTL Communication. FTL for massive objects is impossible, except by transporting a space bubble, which is pure science fiction of the extravagant type.

However if SQPR is correct and TAU is finite, one should be able, theoretically speaking, to create energy imbalances at a distance, after an elaborate technological setup, and thus create FTLC channels.

QUANTUM ENTANGLEMENT SEEMS TO PRODUCE FTLC:

Suppose we produce a state of total spin zero shared by two particles. (Particle streams, in practice.)

We keep one going in circles around Earth, and send the other to Proxima Centauri, 4 lightyears away.

Now say that, after 4 years, we measure the spin in the z direction in the Earth neighborhood, and we find |+>. Then we know that the other particle has spin |-> at Proxima.

So our measurement at Earth created a spin down at Proxima… Instantaneously

Now, with particle streams and synchronized clocks one could easily transform this into an FTL Morse code….

Except for one Quantum difficulty: we do not know how to get a |+> state to start with. We have the same probability to create a |-> state…We can’t make a stream of I+> states to start with, so we can’t type our FTL Morse code to start with! It’s as if we told a cosmic monkey in another room to type, but he can’t select letters.

***

Hence the impossibility of Faster Than Light Communications rests only upon claiming to know something we know nothing about: can one NEVER EVER prepare, and, or NEVER EVER select Quantum states before measuring them? In other words, do Quantum States have tails?

There is a so-called “Non Cloning” [of states] theorem…But the “proof” has a loophole (it depends upon assuming a unitary operator, thus denying there are quantum tails, exactly what it wants to prove) In truth, it’s an experimental problem: if what the prestigious French physicist Devoret at Yale and his collaborators is true, it has been possible to prepare some (contrived) Quantum states… but, SO FAR, it has not been possible to prepare Quantum states which happen to be ENTANGLED.

***

When some physicists pretend Faster Than Light Communications are impossible, they pontificate, because, in truth, we don’t know. And science doesn’t progress one pontifex at a time, but one correct intuition at a time. The intuitive case for FTLC is growing as the Quantum amazes us ever more.

***

What we know is that something we thought to be completely impossible, SWAPPING QUANTUM ENTANGLEMENT, is not only possible, but now so amply demonstrated that it is central to various developing Quantum technologies

***

SQPR assumes particles have complex structures, a linear part (the guiding wave) and a nonlinear part (the “particle”), the entire structure being unstable and prone to contracting at TAU, the collapse and entanglement speed.

***

However, Quantum Swapping shows that, somehow, one can have Quantum Interactions without collapse, namely the propagation of QE.

***

Thus it is starting to smell as if one could interact with a particle’s extended presence without inducing collapse, and then select the type we like…

***

Simplicia: Hence FTLC should be possible?

Tyranosopher: FTLC through Quantum Entanglement would not contradict Relativity, because it would not change anything to light clocks, or for the equation Force = d(mv/(1-vv/cc))/dt. There would be no mass transport.

***

It all smells as if FTLC will become possible. That does not mean that Faster Than Light matter transport should be possible. The latter is impossible without warp drives.

Simplicia: Wait, don’t go. It is well known that FTL Communication leads to the breakdown of causality, and thus, sheer madness. Consider the excellent video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=an0M-wcHw5A

Tyranosopher: Yes, beautiful video. Minkowski spacetime diagrams. Einstein didn’t like them, he didn’t like either Minkowsky or “spacetime”. It was reciprocal: Minkowsky, who was Einstein’s physics professor at Zurich Polytechnic, ETA, called Albert a “lazy dog” and made sure he couldn’t get an academic appointment. Instead a friend got Einstein a job at the Patent Office in Bern.

Simplicia: Can we get to the point? You don’t like spacetime as a concept, so what?

Tyranosopher: Notice that they draw these spacetime diagrams all over the galaxy’s real space, in various places, and then they draw a contradiction.

Simplicia: Yes, so what?

Tyranosopher: Relativity was invented by Henri Poincaré to describe local effects. Basically local speed makes local time of the speeding object run slow. A fast traveling light clock goes slow when going along the direction of the speed, at the speed. From there after quite a bit of half hidden logic, plus Michelson Morley type experiments which showed the undetectability of speed within a ship cabin not looking outside (the original Galileo imagery), one deduced length also contracted, and so did the local time of the moving device.

Simplicia: Thanks for the two sentences recap of Relativity.

Tyranosopher: The slowing down of the local time was amply confirmed with fast particle like muons, and in a slightly different context, GPS computations crucially depend upon time contraction of the orbiting satellites.

Simplicia: And then? Why are spacetime diagrams bad?

Tyranosopher: Spacetime diagrams are tangent space objects. They are, at best, local approximations. Extending a spacetime diagram to Vega has degraded meaning. Einstein knew this, he mentioned somewhere that General Relativity violates the constancy of the speed of light. And that’s fairly obvious as light could be put in orbit around a black hole. Now the silly ones cry that time would be in orbit around said black hole, and bite its own tail, etc.  Grandchildren would kill all their grandparents, etc. Silly stuff: they confuse local and global, although that’s the bedrock of differential geometry. Differential geometry is locally flat (aka “Euclidean”) and globally curved (or even twisted). But this is not even the worst…

Simplicia: How come this is all not well-known.

T: Long ago I gave a seminar along these lines at Stanford. Many of the best and brightest were in attendance, Hawking, Penrose, Yau, Susskind, etc. and not too happy from what I said. But my point about General Relativity making no sense without Quantum is viewed as trivially obvious nowadays.

Simplicia: So you are saying one can’t just rotate the spacetime axes of a moving spaceship and make deductions?

T: One can make deductions, but one can’t make deductions where local time of a moving ship becomes global time, as in the video I linked above. Earth can synchronize time with Vega, Henri Poincaré described how that can be done. But one can’t synchronize time with a moving spaceship (as those who claim to have demonstrated that FTLC breaks causality to).

If one sends an FTL message to a moving spaceship, it does not get it in our past. It gets it in our future. Our past and our future are local… to us, and… Vega, if we synchronized time with Vega. A really silly mistake.

Simplicia: Please stop insulting fellow intellectuals, or they are not going to be fellows anymore. And why did you link to a false video?

Tyranosopher: Right, let me rephrase this: it has been known since the onset of Relativity that at speed simultaneity is violated. So cause and effect can look inverted in a moving ship relative to what they are in a co-moving frame. That’s basic. The video misses the point, although it looks so reasonable, with great graphics.

Therefore, in the Special Theory of Relativity, causality can only be established and defined in the co-moving frame. (Same for mass, let be said in passing. Even the otherwise excellent Richard Feynman makes that mistake in his lectures. The video I linked above makes that mistake).

So claiming Faster Than Light Communications violates causality is erroneous!

***

Simplicia: If and when do you think we can realize FTLC?

Tyranosopher: We are tantalizingly close. Some physicists (Devoret) adorned with prizes, glory and long careers claim that they can detect the preparation of a Quantum jump, and even that they can revert it. If that’s true, and we can apply that kind of selection to Quantum Spin, FTLC could be installed with Mars before humanity lands on the planet.

Simplicia: Are you serious?

Tyranosopher: Absolutely.

Pluto Is A Planet. So Why Was It Called Not a Planet?

January 22, 2023

Pluto is a planet: it’s round, it has many satellites, including a huge one (Charon), a complicated geography with mountain ranges and plains, and probable plate tectonic (thus Pluto is alive, geologically alive). Moreover, Pluto has a blue atmosphere, and plenty of water ice. It’s a world… and a wanderer (planet in Greek).

The announcement of Eris in 2005, an object 27% more massive than Pluto, created the impetus for an official definition of a planet. Considering Pluto a planet would have demanded that Eris be considered a planet as well. However, both Ganymede and Titan are larger than Mercury, and the former two are supposed to be “Moons”, not planets…

A big deal was made that Pluto’s orbit intersects, or is somewhat entangled, with Neptune’s orbit: it has not “cleared its orbit”. The International Astronomical Union decided that when there is no clearance, there is no planet. That a world’s orbit intersects another should be irrelevant… because we know exoplanets have often migrated. Moreover Pluto’s orbit is transverse, with little intersection.
https://patriceayme.wordpress.com/2019/03/05/new-definition-of-a-planet-makes-pluto-a-planet/

So what’s a planet? A body that has never undergone nuclear fusion and has enough gravitation to be round due to hydrostatic equilibrium, with or without plate tectonic, regardless of its orbital parameters. That would exclude white dwarves. Haumea, a large Kuiper mostly rocky object is not round at all.

Such a definition of a planet incorporates many of the so-called “dwarf planets”, including Eris and Ceres (the largest asteroid; it has water). But it would semantically turn Earth’s Moon into a planet. Is it? Well, there is a possibility that one could set an atmosphere on the Moon. It would seem all we need would be a powerful source of energy to get oxygen and water out of the Moon’s surface rocks: they seem to have plenty of both.

In the popular imagination, a “planet” is a large, round, potentially habitable world… Like the mythological Pandora rotating around a giant planet from the Proxima Centauri system in the movie Avatar. We already know that this Red-Yellow Dwarf star has a radius one sixth that of the Sun. It is capable of flares of 27 million degrees Kelvin, emitting plenty of hard radiation, as large as the star, and increasing its energy output by a factor of eight. Most of its energy is in the infrared, and it has at least one planet with a mass similar to Earth inside its habitable zone… Although “habitable zone” around a flare star has to be taken with a grain of salt… As I pointed out many planets may turn out to be habitable for transhumans with very high tech, but be otherwise unhospitable for indigenous animal life

So why were some astronomers so insistent about Pluto not being a planet? Because then they could print t-shirts with “I have killed Pluto” emblazoned on it. People, especially children and those thoroughly immature, look for glory… thus showing that they feel they are not much, left to their own instruments… Demoting Pluto and making a big deal about it, claiming Pluto has been “killed”, is a perfect example of that.

Instead the important notion in planetary astronomy discovered in the last 20 years is probably that it seems there is much more water in the Solar System than anticipated… And this is very good news for space COLONIZATION (lack of water had been anticipated throughout the Solar System). Whether Pluto is a “Dwarf” or not, is a distraction for kindergarten… And we mention it here to show the folly affecting even scientists, trying to make themselves interesting, even with frivolous subjects.

Oh yes, and I mentioned “colonization”… I run with wild words I mount powerfully in my conquest of even wilder worlds. Colonization is assuredly not a politically correct word. Yet, colonization is Humanity’s main drive forcing its evolution… We all descend from colonizers. Considering the importance and nature of the concept of colonization in defining humanity, colonization has become assuredly the main reason to look out there… Now that colonization of the solar system becomes indeed possible.

Patrice Ayme

Here are 25 solar system planets and dwarves smaller than Earth… But there are others, roughly Pluto sized, like Eris, Makemake, and Haumea….

Mental Degeneracy Happens: Not Just Wokeness, Islamophilia, But Middle Age France, Rome…

January 20, 2023

The USA is just a Franco-British colony, or a French colony, squared. Made independent by France from Britain, while England was already France’s own Middle Age fabrication. Asking only the US, a very recent contraption, how its degeneracy into wokeness and stupidity is going… does not bring enough historical depth.

As the US is a cultural extension of France, squared, one should ask French history. France was long the most populous and powerful European nation, and basically built Europe, creating as states, Germany, England, Hungary and Sicily, among others, initially included in various Frankish empires.

Did France sometimes mentally degenerate in the past? Yes. Absolutely. The main degeneracy was the rebirth of the Catholic Inquisition, starting in 1026 CE, with burning heretics at the stake, after a hiatus of five centuries imposed by the takeover of the Romanized Franks who had resisted Catholicism for two centuries… although they had helped initially their ally Constantine to impose it..

That mental degeneracy into religious correctness of the rabid type, relaunched in 1026 CE, brought, inter alia, the Crusades which, the way they were conducted, were disastrous, the holocaust of the Cathars, and then the seven (7) religious wars at the end of the 16C. A century later the lunatic sun-king threw the Protestants out of France…10% of the population, rightfully full of anger, feeding wars for centuries to come.

Similarly, the decline of the Roman empire was NOT economical. It was mostly a MENTAL DECLINE … which in its terminal acts brought military catastrophes. And that’s worse, and harder to correct. In turn everything collapsed, including demography up to, or even beyond… 90%….

There too the mental decline reached new heights by the invention and imposition of Roman Catholicism (a forerunner of Islam)… It became outright terror by January 381, when the tyrant Theodosius invented the concept of “heretic”, calling them insane, and declared the state would punish heretics in whatever way caught its fancy (slap on the wrist for dear friends, or certainly expropriation, or perhaps torture to death, for people the state didn’t like, etc.)

Fascist monotheism from a jealous, erratic and self-contradictory god extolling cruel irrationality, has been the metaphysics which has kept on giving to plutocrats, justifying their way of life, and enabling them to throw those they exploit into stupor. Hence the historical success of Judeo-Christo-Islamism as a slave religion.

There is a further subtlety: Evil doers may exploit whatever: they always will.
But by not innovating enough,we build an evil context which is the ideal environment for evil doers to up their game. Now fascist, irrational metaphysics kills the motivation for innovation, thus rendering civilization more unsustainable, bringing an evil context which can then exponentiate, a perfect home for cannibalizing plutocracy to thrive in
.

And now? The sudden worshiping of the Wahhabist and Shia interpretations of Islam, imposed from above, is a development reminiscent of 1026 CE. Being anti-Catholic was a French tradition for millennia: entire villages converted to Judaism in the 8C; just read the Fabliaux, where priests are represented as ludicrous lubricious murderous monsters deserving the worst tortures… The violations of human rights by these particular interpretations of godism are extensive, yet, to criticize them is viewed as… racism by hordes of raging idiots, culturally challenged.

Temple of Athena at Paestum in Italy (initially the Greek colony of Poseidonia), 25 centuries old. One of several large temples there (and not the largest at all). The cult of wisdom (Athena) was replaced by the slave religion of turning the other cheek until one can finish one’s days nailed on a cross… And that was a promotion1… The masters said, chuckling, while embracing for themselves a super predatory morality (Nietzsche, following Sade, himself following millenial old French intellectual traditions, pointed that out)

The fundamental cause of mental degeneracy is plutocratic stupidification: making people so stupid that they can be exploited by evil masters. So the rise of hyper wealthy masters leads to mental degeneracy. Thus the way to avoid mental collapse is to avoid exaggerated wealth disparity…. wealth and, or POWER disparity. Hence the sort of obvious conspiracy like the World Economic Forum (“Davos”) are exactly what has to be rejected firmly.

Not suffering oligarchy, and a fortiori its acute phase, plutocracy, is a matter of mind, not just equity and tyranny avoided.

Let Ukraine Free Crimea

January 19, 2023

Illogical cowards say: Czar Putin threatened to nuke us, let’s do what he wants, whatever he wants, this is safer! Logical heroes say: a terrorist threatened to nuke us, let’s arrest him!

You were given the choice between war and dishonour. You chose dishonour and you will have war.”…sadi Winston Churchill to those who ephemerally appeased Hitler.

Prince Vladimir of Kyiv, more than 1,000 years ago, conquered Crimea from the Khazars who had invaded and occupied the peninsula a few generations earlier. So the Ukrainians liberated the Greeks! Dorian Greece had settled the area 17 centuries before Hence the Greek names of southern Ukraine: Melitopol (City of honey), Mariupol (city of Mary), etc…

Prince Vladimir then converted to Christianity (from his original Viking faith).

Kievan Rus was the largest state in Europe, and was so democratic, it turned into its undoing when the Mongols invaded: no coherent defense could be mounted as the Mongols picked up one Kievan principality after another, finishing with the annihilation of Kyiv in December 1240. Then Alexander Nevsky, an enthusiastic Mongol collaborator who founded the Kremlin anti-democratic and theocratic doctrine, was made Prince of Kyiv. The Mongols would return to destroy Kyiv again later, and then the Kremlin, for centuries tried all it could to destroy ever more any democratic state in and around present day Ukraine.

Thus this is an old fight: obscurantism and tyranny from Moscow against enlightenment and diversity in Kyiv.

Nowadays, though, with a small planet and nukes all over, democracy can’t afford to lose that fight, because it would be the last it would lose.

Modern tech enables tyranny to become worse than ever. We can’t have tyrant blackmail democracy with nukes. Actually tyrants should have no nukes: hated by their own populations, they have interest to wage foreign wars to justify domestic terror, as the Kremlin did, for 8 centuries.

***

The attempted destruction by the Kremlin of a democracy has already lasted a quarter as long as the attempted destruction of democracy in Europe by the Kaiser and his goons in 1914-1918.

We think now is the right time to intensify our support for Ukraine,” Britain’s foreign secretary, James Cleverly, said while on a visit to Washington in 2023. “We can’t allow this to drag on and become a kind of First World War attritional-type stalemate.

The reason for the length of WWI was that the Kaiser and his goons were able to avoid a full Franco-British blockade in 1914-1917, as crucial goods, typically shipped from the USA, reached Germany through the “neutral” Netherlands and “neutral” Denmark. France and Britain protested in vain: they were not going to issue an ultimatum to their rambunctious, self-obsessed US child.

***

When the US belatedly joined its democratic parents, France and Britain in war against the fascist Prussian invader, the blockade became effective. The German military and civilian economy collapsed: by 1918, the French explosive production was more than ten times that of Germany; and the Allied breakthrough in southern Europe deprived Germany of food…

At this point, the genocidal Kremlin tyrant has few friends: India and China informed him that he must not use nukes. So Putin has decided to boost the size of his army and weapon production, the latter rendered possible by a breaching of the blockade (say through the Caucasus mountains).

However, during a long war, tyrants can make friends, or force coups in otherwise unfriendly nations: history is replete with such examples of desperate tyrants going for broke: faced with torturous extinction, they try whatever… and sometimes they score. Putin claims to have achieved an “union” with Belarus. Well, not really, but conveniently Putin’s main opponent in Belarus died… As so many of Putin’s opponents have died recently.

The longer this war goes on, the more dangerous it gets.

And democracy, representative or not, can’t afford not to win it: should thermonuclear tyranny win, the same concept will go for broke, again and again.

Let’s not forget, as the forces of evil known as the WEF, the World Economic Forum, gather at Davos to conspire in plain sight of the entire planet, protected by 5,000 soldiers, that the WEF made Putin one of their masterpieces. Putin even became one of the architects of Davos, as the Kremlin nuclear dictator met very officially with his chairman and founder, Klaus Schwab, his evil name, to plot in plain sight.

Amazingly, so great is Putin’s propaganda control on the Western pseudo-left, pseudo-ecology, and much of the population of failed states, that many deluded souls believe that Putin, that master piece of world plutocracy, is actually an opponent of the world plutocracy.

The credulity, stupidity and venality of many on the left has been amazing consider the French and German supposedly socialist PMs around 2000 CE, making deals with the Kremlin and its agents, such as European pseudo-ecologists… How did that advance socialism, or Europe? Or on the right: consider Brexit, or the invasion of Iraq (which aimed at making fracking profitable and lift the US as the world’s fossil fuel superpower, once again…). Or consider the subprime, zero-interest, and COVID Ponzi scheme… Consider Fauci, financing the Wuhan Institute of Virology to make lethal and hyper contagious bat coroonaviruses, even more so… Biden finally fired him discreetly, and his successor’s discourse is diametrically opposed…

***

One may wonder how come 51 (fifty-one) representative democracies are arming Ukraine? … if they are controlled by the world plutocracy? As I hold….

The answer is that those representative oligarchies claim to be democracies, people-powers. So world plutocracy attempted to control them, and achieved great, but not full control: appearances have to be maintained, lest mobs overrun national assemblies…

When the armed people of Ukraine showed their power by repelling 200,000 professional maniac killers of Putin, killing many in the process, the representatives of these representative democracies, who view themselves as really representing democracy, had to get along. Now they are progressively warming up to the realities of war….  When Obama let Putin invade Crimea and then the Donbas, a process was started, as when the world let Japan invade Manchuria in 1931: Japan claimed it was reconstructing China… Representative democracies condemned, 42 to 1 the Japanese army invasion. Japan, one of the League four permanent members (with France, UK, Italy) had to resign.

In retrospect, clearly, what should have been done was to arm China and blockade Japan. By the late 1930s, Japan produced only 7% of the oil it consumed. It imported the rest, with 80% coming from the U.S., mostly California, and 10% from the Dutch East Indies. The USA waited until August 1, 1941 to block the exportation of oil to Japan. By then Japan had killed millions in China and Indochina.

Arming China was done much later and through a Private Military Corporation, the Flying Tigers

Wisdom teaches to do all of this, to make war, faster. Extending torture and temptation will be bad for all… So let the Ukrainian free Crimea again!

Brexit, Breakxit, Breakshit

January 16, 2023

Brexit is breaking Britain. A shitty situation. The European Union Is No Big Deal, So Why All the Brexit rage? Fullfilling a need: The eternal return of the same old hatred!

The UK is headed towards proximal socio-economic decline: the health service is going down, trade is getting deeply unbalanced, and the doors with the EU are closing one door after another.

Polls show the Brits are understanding that getting out of the EU was a big mistake.

Two years after the UK transitioned out of the European Union nearly two-thirds of Britons now support a referendum on rejoining.

So why are some still so obsessed with the EU? A British friend, highly educated, cultured, traveled and otherwise sensible fiercely said: “The EU is a hideously corrupt and fascist enterprise. I would rather go back to the Stone Age than be ruled from abroad.”

He spends half of his year in Japan, every year, has lived in Germany, taught in France, etc.

I replied: Who rules you, while in Japan? Japanese law!

European Union law is no big deal. Most of British law in 2023 CE is European law, to this day. And will probably stay that way indefinitely.

So why the foaming-at-the-mouth obsession with the EU as fascist? The EU does not even have the smallest army..

Intellectual fascism is a mental mode where one is obsessed by all too few concepts, and driven by them. This mental concentration arises from the palaeontological necessity of having to fight to death various enemies, including other men and saber tooth cats…only then could the  species survive.

Intellectual fascism as a dominant mental mode, if need be: a species’ scale survival instinct. So great pleasure is to be had, engaging in it. That’s why hatred is so addictive… And this is also why there are so many hate driven systems of thought, and why they should… carry warning labels…

Brexit is a miniature case, and an hilarious one: confused and manipulated old Brits believe that the EU was the cause of their unhappiness… When actually much had to do with a deliberate pro-immigration policy of the British government, from Blair to the Tories… If the UK had put in place the safeguards of most European governments, such as identification cards, illegal immigration would have been considerably lower. All this immigration made the UK wealthier and very quickly.

In truth the EU has very limited powers: consider Italy and its outrageous refusal to provide citizenship to some individuals born there: sheer Italian racism. Italy will still get huge EU help with more on the way.

Hungarian PM Orban, despite all the threats, keeps on doing pretty much what he wants, including gigantic nuclear contracts with genocidal thermonuclear monster Putin… https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-62695938Personally

I would financially cut off both… Constitutional racism as in Italy should not be tolerated by Europe.

Glynne Thomas

[European Union] Fine as originally intended commercial enterprise but descended into a corrupt political organization.

Proof of EU being a corrupt political organization? 35,000 workers to administer 450 million EU citizens plus a few hundred millions hanger-ons, because EU law is adopted worldwide. For example the EU is preparing a draft on the usage of Artificial Intelligence. Say when AI impacts someone Internet activities, that will have to be revealed. Or AI won’t be allowed for hiring, etc.

Guess what, a number of countries are in the process of adopting as law the EU AI DRAFT proposal. Including Canada and Brazil…

Actually California is typically adopting (that is voting) EU law, etc… Then the rest of the US follows…

The drumbeat against the EU comes from fascist monopolistic corporations which only get regulated by the EU as they rule the USA…

Breakshisters generally don’t even know how the EU works. The EU is an UNION of independent nation states, led by the constituents democratic governments and requiring unanimity for all big decisions, like NATO.

The EU is much more loose than the Confoederatio Helvetica. EU political power stays in the hands of nation-states governments., at all and any moment. Poland’s vigorous spats with Germany and France, or the EU, have not inflected Polish policy, or law, for example. In the end accomodations are found on further developments.

It is now known that one of the main financiers of Brexit/Breakshit was Vladimir Putin himself, because he wanted to keep Europe divided. Didn’t even work: UK is out, but is doing its best to get back in.

Now the only question is how is the UK going to reintegrate functionally the EU. A Swiss solution (hundreds of treaties) is likely… and it has already launched, to the great rage of the most observant and furious Breakxiters. Brexit was like Breakshit: no purpose and neither clean, nor smart.

The great merit of Brexit is that it is a miniature model of human folly exclusively directed by cognition problems, hooked to hatred.

Patrice Ayme

Down we go, and this is just the begining; notice the acceleration of the trade deficit in goods; within two years or so, the EU will be able to sever service trade with the UK:

The Third World War Started. It’s Anthropological

January 15, 2023

Abstract: Putin’s nuclear threats to all made clear as early as February 2022 that his invasion was a world war. Yet, many regimes are for Putin, they are just afraid to say so. Worldwide, the countries supporting the old fashion invasive genocide of the Kremlin in Ukraine are more primitive philosophically: they like advanced wisdom less than the ignorance that used to reign

Those Putinophile countries are easy to spot: they tend to be the least democratic countries.

This is another reason why the world war has to be won As Soon As Possible. Indeed those are early days. World wars are best won in early days. So far, China, impressed by the West, and what is at stake, has been careful. Should the Kremlin make great strides against Ukraine, however, Putin may suddenly get more military allies, and the war would extend.

WWIII is a war of one wisdom against another, a progressive wisdom striving toward even more advancement, and an anti- wisdom which consists in claiming that advancing wisdom is the problem, and the solution is authoritarianism, also known as good old fashion fascism, now with nukes.

Now these less advanced democracies are not just less advanced in wisdom, they are less experienced in the viciousness of the fight of democracy against tyranny. In the West, it goes back to the Atenian statesman Solon (2,550 years ago).

… Not that our knowledge is good enough in that conflict: imperial militaristic Roman fascism and its mythological dog called Catholicism are still the object of an obsequious cult…

***

AUTHORITARIAN And OLIGARCHICO-PLUTOCRATIC REGIMES CAN ONLY ADMIRE PUTIN:

  1. Fascist countries tend to support Putin, because he is a kindred spirit… and a last chance to stop democracy. There are of course exception: Rwanda’s Kagame regime, for example was created in Washington, which knows where all the bodies are buried. Saudi Arabia too will think twice before rebelling against the West as historically the West (Anglosphere, Japan, South Korea) is its big ally against Iran which historically has occupied parts of Arabia sometimes for centuries, and Arabs and Persians have been historical enemies since Alexander…)
  2. To claim that Germany, which was manipulated into becoming full of gas, a slave to the Kremlin and privileged support of Beijing is more democratic than, say, France is fraught: what if great leader Merkel, obstinately blind to Putin’s atrocious nature, was actually a KGB agent? Would Germany look as democratic? Or is the imperial role of Germany inside Europe, at the level of industrial policy a marker of democracy? Germany can treat say, Slovenia or Greece, as client states. Does that make Germany less democratic? Yes. But not in the criterion of the panel above. The Kremlin would quickly annexed all the small countries, except for the existence of NATO. In the 1930s, not only did it annex and used genocide in Poland, but didn’t annex Romania only because it was afraid of Hitler [1].

ANTHROPOLOGICAL WAR:

That Russia launched another phase of its war of elimination of Ukraine is not surprising. The policy started in 1240 CE, when the Mongol collaborator Alexander Nevsky (not his real name) became “Prince of Kyiv”. Kyiv had just been annihilated by the Mongols for daring to resist the invaders

Ever since the occupants of the Kremlin were obsessed by a mentality of total control of as much of the world as they could get their hands on, and that policy has been entangled with internal dictatorship. The oligarchic dictatorial mentality was pervasive through religion and literature. It was also permeated by brutality, which made it effective. For example, nobody wanted to live from potatoes in Siberia, so the Czars deported there millions of opponents, and in the end succeeded to make most of Siberia a Russian colony, and there, by Russian one has to understand somebody who deeply believed in the Kremlin’s mission. Brutal? Yes. Would anything else have worked? No. At some point an empty Siberia would have been invaded by the Chinese multitudes, as Czar Stalin explained.

Obama the Weak, another collaborator of Vladimir Putin, gave the Kremlin tyrant a green light for the invasion of Crimea and then the Donbass (Bassin of the Don). Huge offshore oil and gas may be off the Crimea, and the Kremlin, for centuries, has been obsessed with acquiring control of the Black Sea. The Donbass, long the center of heavy industry, is still full of interesting minerals. Southern Ukraine is an extremely productive agricultural area, with rich soils and plenty of water, feeding half a billion people.

Putin’s land grab is in the best Kremlin tradition, and it’s also according to the best fascist imperialist mentality, thus all would-be plutocrats, tyrants and their hangers-on are motivated to see Putin succeed against the We The People mentality.

Some in the West have been surprised that Russia did not collapse economically. This is due to a confusion between GDP, Gross Domestic Product, and PPP, Price Purchase Parity Product. Obnubilated by the raw Russian GDP, roughly the size of that of Italy, they forgot that GDP reflects only international trade standing, not the internal economy. The Russian PPP is much larger than its international component. It was nearly 5 trillion dollars before Putin’s attack on Ukraine. Moreover, Russia has a complete economy at its disposal, with the world’s largest landmass, 17 million square kilometers, nearly as big as the USA plus China… The only thing Russia lacks is a positive attitude to democracy and the subsequent creative activity it fosters.

So the attack of Putin’s Reich on Ukraine is the case of a large and wealthy country attacking a weak and small one. But one can’t accuse the occupants of the Kremlin of being creative: the Russians gave that same exact argument to an unbelieving Adolf Hitler in 1940.  “A great power [Russia] cannot be threatened by a small country [Finland]. Hitler:”Your existence is not threatened by Finland!” Molotov:”Our moral existence is threatened by Finland!

What was the moral existence of Russia? Dictatorship! Lenin and company, following Marx, called it “dictatorship (of the proletariat” Nobody knows what the “proletariat” is, so “dictatorship” is all that’s left [1].

The Third World War started on a small scale. But so did the Second World War, which started in 1931 when the rogue Japanese army in Korea went on the attack and conquered most of Manchuria in 12 days. Manchuria, 1.5 million square kilometers, is more than twice the size of France, Texas, or Ukraine. Nobody did anything about it, so it led to de facto military coups in Japan, and a world mentality of landmass power grab and military coups which infected Italy, Germany, Spain, etc (The First World War started as a plot and conspiracy by Germany, but it was conceive to achieve surprise…).

The present conflict WWIII is existential: representative democracy against representative oligarchy. Thermonuclear weapons give it punching power.

This is an anthropological war. Democracy, real democracy, one human, one vote is the incarnation of human ethology. Dictatorship is the consequence of civilizational fascism, which gives civilization its military edge.

***

There is a science and technology to making democracy work. Rome was handicapped by vast distances and slow communications which made it hard to extend democracy out of Latium (this observation that democracy was local was thoroughly debated in Rome in the period 150 BCE to 87 BCE and brought the Social War. And, some have said, the fall of the Republic). Modern representative democracy is an advance in complex understanding and corresponds to more advanced wisdom. Reciprocally, the love of old fascism, blatant in Russia and China reflects an attachment to ancient values (authoritarianism, patriarchy, anti-homosexual values, anti-feminist values, etc.)

After the crushing of Greek democracy at the hands of Macedonian generals Antipater and Craterus, dictatorships became ubiquitous until they got slowly reverted, with fits and starts, throughout the European Middle Ages, with its numerous Parliaments and republics, blossoming with the English revolutions of the Seventeenth Century and especially American and French Republican revolutions of the Eighteenth Century.

The increasing democratic and open society spirit was typically examplied by steam power: known in antiquity, slavery made it redundant. However a French engineering professor, Papin, developed it, and built the first steamship. Exuberant English businessmen, in particular Watt, stole the invention, because the economically open society enabled those engineers to exploit it (in complete opposition with imperial fascist Rome, which blocked innovation in engineering).

***

Nazism, and its “Third” Reich, adopted and reinforces forces which presided to the rise and establishment of the Second Reich: militarism, hyper nationalism and antijudaism. It was to a great extent malevolent adopted mentalities: militarism came from Prussia (which was created that way by a crusade of the Teutonic knights), nationalism  was borrowed, misinterpreted, from France (which had unified Germany twice), and antijudaism came from the fascist Roman empire and its Christian dog.

Nowadays, much of the primitive antidemocratic anthropology is also borrowed from here and there in past traditions which are often revitalized by tyrants of tyrannic plutocratic organizations. Putin dug out and revived the old Kremlin imperialist mission… Just as crafty operators from the deep plutocratic state dug out, revived and excited old mentality tied to Islamism and autocracy to make it easier to get oil and graft out of the Middle East (the US used Khomeyny’s Shia against the Iranian democracy of Mossadegh, and the Muslim Brotherhood to create a mess in Egypt in the hope of using Nasser… but that backfired for a long time….).

As I repeat all the time, a world war can be aborted. Had the USA allied itself to France in 1933, or any time before 1940, the full horror of world war two would have been avoided. It was a matter of decency.

Now of course, France could not have been made into a client state of the USA in 1939, and the US would have just reinvigorated rivals by helping France and Britain (and a few million Jews) by helping France before 1940, and that’s why it didn’t do it… although the anthropology of France and the USA is nearly identical.

And now, of course, Eastern Europe can be turned into a client area of the USA. Already nearly all of Europe has turned this way, by buying US weapons it will be stuck with for decades to come. The only exception is France, which has its own weapon system… So the USA has a clear and present reason to help Ukraine… A reason it didn’t have in 1939.

However, it is in the interest of the USA to spread the capacity for fighting around, among those with similar anthropology.

No respect for active and passive accomplices of genocide? It often fits just right with respect for our future, or that of our values, descendants and what not… Western anthropology is not just more advanced, it’s more advanced for being the closest to what humanity evolved to be.

Patrice Ayme

[1] The map is to be taken with a grain of salt. First, large military democracies with nuclear weapons are the watchdogs protecting the herd of the sixty or so democratic countries (there are only three nuclear armed countries: France, UK, US). Being the most powerful states which have ever been, and necessarily ferocious in military protocols and precautions, they can’t be as nice and happy-go-lucky as, say, New Zealand. Divulging some secrets in these extremely dangerous nuclear states exposes perpetrators to… termination (one way or another; it could be some sort of social/career termination). And must have to.

Second, small countries, say Costa Rica, can live under the umbrella of mighty allies: Costa Rica has no army, but, should a neighbor invade it, the USA would intervene. Countries such as Senegal or Gabon, have been protected since independence by their initial protector and creator, France.

Third, a country such as Switzerland was built, by war, slowly over the centuries. Huge countries such as Mexico or Brazil or Mongolia let alone China, were vast empires created by military force, and must be, to this day, be kept together by force….

In other words, it’s easier to have democracy in Iceland or Norway, which interest nobody, than in countries such as France, a crossroad of Europe for dozens of thousands of years…

The Nazis Could Never Have Won, They Knew It, And Thus Exacted Vengeance Right From The Start

January 13, 2023

Confronted, in 2023, with what may turn out to be the greatest war ever, it is moral and most significant to study strategy as it occurred in the past.

Holocausts do not just happen out of greed. They may happen out of vengeance for anticipated defeat. (And the same happens for smaller scale violence!)

The Nazis could never have won… Their economy was too small, pathetic, debt ridden, ruined by military spending… and too much of an extension of US plutocracy. Moreover, the Nazis had ravaged their own society, innovation and academia (by instituting a climate of terror, anti-intellectualism, and expelling the Jews). Once they met determined opposition from the twin democracies France and Britain, and their gigantic empires, the Nazis didn’t have a chance. So the Nazis knew, right from the start, that they had lost. However, they hoped for a miracle, and they got an entire cavalcade of them… In the beginning.

Through an impressive parade of weird miracles, some of these stupendous miracles courtesy of the French High Command, plus a number of spectacular treasons, Hitler and his gang were able to cut from behind the French army in a few days of May 1940… before the French and the Brits understood that tanks should have radio, aircraft reconnaissance was crucial, and that giving amphetamines to soldiers enabled armor to advance for many days and nights without stopping.

An important aspect of the battle of France of May 10 to June 23, 1940, though, is that Nazi tanks advanced quickly on excellent French roads, thanks to… Soviet oil. Yes the Kremlin enabled the Nazis to invade France, it provided all the oil (Germany would use oil from coal, thanks to the Standard Oil process, and oil from Romania later in the war).

The Nazi Luftwaffe suffered enormous losses in May-June 1940, over 6 weeks of heavy fighting against France. Moreover 50,000 elite fanatical Nazi soldiers died (Nazi engineers charged fortifications with explosive backpacks, etc.). (In the recording below, Hitler himself recognizes that Germany needed a year to recover after its enormous losses in France.)

Finally the Royal Navy ruled the sea, and Britain had enough planes to establish air supremacy above England. So Britain couldn’t be defeated. More alarmingly for the Nazis, the entire British empire, with its enormous resources, and allies, was at war against the Third Reich.

In 1941, Hitler deduced, and explained to his thousands of general officers, that they had to attack the Soviet Union, their ally, because, ultimately, there would be a war on two fronts, as Kamerad Stalin would find the situation too tempting. Stalin had even grabbed the Polish oil fields, the original proximal reason for the Nazis to attack Poland…

But attacking the USSR meant no more oil, and no more crucial elements to make, among other things, high temperature alloys (so, once cut off from the USSR, jet engines burned up in a few hours, instead of 100 hours previously; this slowed down the development of fighter jets by years).

All of this was highly predictable, but the Nazis were complete idiots who thought they could scare away France and Britain, because they were democracies. After that didn’t work, Hitler made his alliance with Stalin official. But still, France and Britain were not scared, and Hitler was stuck: he had to attack Poland, lest he lost face.

In most war games repeating the Battle of France of 1940, Nazi Germany loses quickly. Actually, the Nazis guessed as much. Paradoxically, knowing they were sure to lose, the Nazis tried a completely crazy attack by stuffing 7 of their 10 armored divisions on three small roads in the Ardennes mountains. The leaves hid the tanks. The jam extended over 100 miles. Allied pilots saw it: they were not believed, because it was too crazy. Yet, the second in command of the French army had guessed this could happen: Gamelin, his stupid superior, overruled him, and sent the French armored reserve, all the way north, to the Netherlands (was he working for the Nazis? He nearly admitted this in his memoirs…)

The short of it was that the Nazis could have never won, and they knew it, and that may explain why they engaged in holocausts right away, first against the Poles, then the Jews, Ukrainians, etc. Since the Nazis knew they had lost as soon as the war had started, they may as well kill a maximum of people.

This psychological “solution” to the cornered rat syndrome, going down but killing as many as possible, must be kept in mind when dealing with the soon to be desperate Kremlin… Thus we may want to inform the Russians that the holocausts of WWII happened, not because the Nazis were sure to win, but, precisely, because they were sure to lose… A situation, the perception of certain defeat, which may soon affect the largest land empire that the world has ever seen to last centuries.

By learning why the Nazis behaved the way they did, we may be able to avoid a repetition…. In particular one may guess that the atrociies committed by the Russian army in general and the Kremlin in particular (such as the mass deportation of Ukrainians, especially children, from temporarily occupied territories) has to do with the rage and anxiety the perpetrators feel at the ineluctability of their well-deserved defeat.

Patrice Ayme

They came out of the forest with their tiny tanks: Nazi Panzer I and II below come out of the Belgian forest they hid inside. The Nazis had only 1,000 German tanks, and very few of them were medium sized Panzer IV. The Nazis also had 1,000 captured Czech tanks. France had 4,000 tanks, hundreds of them superior to any German tanks (except those few P IV…) However, the Nazis avoided most of the French tanks…

P/S: Some have claimed that Hitler came close to victory when talks were conducted in 1940 to make the USSR an official Axis partner…. with Germany, Italy and Japan… However, that’s an illusion.

The Nazi-Kremlin Pact was entered in a desperate attempt by the Nazis to scare France and Britain.

By November 1940, the Nazis told the Soviets Britain was defeated. That was a complete lie and the Soviets knew it.

Molotov, standing in an air raid shelter in Berlin as the Nazi capital shook under British bombs, pointed out to his hosts that Britain didn’t look very defeated to him. Stalin was crafty and deeply indebted to, and embedded in, the US plutocratic sphere. He was not going to risk a war with the US: some viewed US plutocrat Harriman as the real chief of the USSR. Harriman had developed offshore Baku oil fields.

The Nazis were completely blind to the enormous war preparations of Stalin, and the URSS-US connection. The Nazis attacked France with 1,000 (small) German made tanks. Three years later, Hitler would discover that Stalin had 35,000 tanks in 1941… He added that nobody could have imagined… Actually Hitler explains much of what happened, under the illusion that he could have defeated France in 1939, and thus mitigated the Soviet military preparations…

Earth Too Small: Tyrants With Thermonuclear Weapons Must Be Canceled

January 9, 2023

In 1815, when the Kremlin’s empire was at its greatest extent, it took several days for the fastest dash across France. Now one can go around the planet in an hour or so. So, relative to our technological means, the Earth has become tiny.

We can’t afford to have self-hypnotized tyrants armed with thousands of thermonuclear weapons which they threaten to explode on us, dictate to us what they rule over

Thus stopping the invasion of Ukraine and destroying the source of this mayhem, the fascist mentality which enabled it, is a matter of planetary survival, not just a matter of fighting one tyrant.

Representative democracy is not the best, we must improve it with more direct participation, less censorship, more debate. However the existence of thermonuclear tyrannies with modern media to fanaticize their populations is a much greater threat than anything else, and it is here now (Chinese emperor Xi is quintupling his thermonuclear strategic arsenal to make it as big as Russia’s or the US).

So Ukraine has to win and all the weapons it wants should be sent to it.

It’s a matter of survival of humanity.

Patrice Ayme

P/S: The thermonuclear fusion represented was “Castle Bravo” in 1954 which was both the first thermonuclear weapon (military package, transportable by plane) and the first thermonuclear device using solid Lithium Deuteride (which is transformed into easy to fusion Tritium by the radiation flux from the primary). The power was 14.8 megatons of TNT, more than 1,000 times Hiroshima, and 2.5 times more than expected by prior computations. It was the biggest bomb ever exploded by the US.

A fission-fusion-fission device with a power above 100 Megatons could have been exploded in the early 1960s… But the Uranium 238 envelope to create the second fission was wisely not installed by the Soviet engineers. The result was Czar Bomba, a device the power of which (65 Megatons TNT) came mostly from thermonuclear fusion, and thus was relatively extremely clean… if the U238 envelope had been added, and that was very easy to do, it would have been immensely radioactively dirty. That means that thermonuclear tyrants could easly make extremely dirty bombs to poison the Earth… And blackmail humanity with them.
