Brexit Breakshit. Evaluating Brexit In Light Of California, Athens, Rome, Empire and Common Sense.

March 3, 2019

On the Brexit Insanity: EMPIRE & LOCAL DEMOCRACY AREN’T ENEMIES, They MAKE EACH OTHER POSSIBLE.

Space Exploration Technologies, SpaceX, a California Corporation, just launched a rocket, and the habitable spaceship at its tip, with a capacity for seven astronauts, the “Crew Dragon” docked with the ISS, the International Space Station. “Crew Dragon” has its own engines, which it can use to escape the main vehicle, if the latter gets in trouble, or to maneuver in space. “Crew Dragon” was launched from the space pad at Kennedy Space Center as the Apollo missions to the Moon. Crew Dragon is much more advanced than Apollo in all ways.

Now think what it means, economically and politically speaking: California has a GDP larger than Great Britain, and a population equal to England. California rockets get launched at the Vandenberg Air Force base in California, but also from Florida at the Kennedy Space Center. Trucks and barges leaving California can go straight across the continent to Florida to carry rockets for launches. No customs. Same regulations. Same empire, continent sized.

Who founded SpaceX? A middle class South African immigrant. Whose family first migrated to Canada. Then he went south to San Francisco and co-founded PayPal… Then used all his money to launch SpaceX, Tesla, etc… Now he wants to make a giant sweating rocket.  Yes, sweating, to cool it down the way evolution cooled down the genus Homo.

More than 27% of the population of California is not US born. That is, 11 million people. Most are not even European: there is an enormous flow of highly skilled Asians, Chinese, Indians (37% of the immigrants).

Now compare this to nervous, prickly, “British” obsessed Great Britain: 3.5 million people living in the UK are Europeans, but not British born. To compare, France has six million foreign born. (40% of French newborn have at least one foreign born grandparent.)

British European CHEATING, not paying a fair share of the EU budget: For years the UK boasted that it had a much bigger GDP than the French Republic.  So why was the UK paying only 50% to the EU of what France paid, and, while having a smaller population, had as many Members of the European Parliament? This sort of British cheating was all over the EU. Contemplate for example British tax havens

Of all the 27 European Union states, Germany has the second highest percentage of immigrants in its population after the United Kingdom. By UN estimates, as of 2017, 12,165,083 people living in Germany are immigrants, or about 14.8% of the German population. Germany also put into law, in 2005, that it was an “immigration country”. By the way, most immigrants in the UK are not EU. Thus one would assume that cutting off the EU would change nothing to what brexiters view a sorry state of affairs.

But let’s go back to SpaceX. SpaceX has all the enormous resources of the USA potentially at its disposal. Should SpaceX be based in a Brexited Britain, the resources at its disposal would be much smaller. To start with, Great Britain doesn’t have a spaceport (the European spaceports are in Kazakhstan and Guyana) . And barely more than 10%of US GDP.

In San Francisco alone, there are more than ten satellite companies startups. How many in the UK? Zero. That has something to do with launching from Vandenberg, 400 kilometers to the south.  The first stage of the rocket then maneuvers and go back to land there. Rockets fly over the Golden Gate. And what for? The US government has authorized some companies to launch more than 10,000 satellites. For worldwide communications. So sure enough, Brits will phone in the future, on their foreign built phones. Through US satellites enabled by US regulations. What will happen to UK GDP after Brexit? Turn into a profitable semi-dictatorship a la Singapore? With hyper massive immigration of added value individuals? Or see its GDP collapse? Slaves don’t need GDP. They can just Brexit with their minds.

Europe bending over backwards for Britain:

British media insists to call Europe a “club”. This is a deliberate infliction of mental disinformation. The EU is actually an Union, something more akin to the USA than to those places British gentlemen used to make plots to exploit the world.

There is a long tradition for other European states to bend over backwards to please the UK. For example, UK science is heavily subsidized by the EU, whereas France and Germany are net donors. British science magazine Nature itself analyzed this here (“Austria, Italy, France and Germany were net donors of funds, particularly Germany, whose scientists received only 18% of the funds for their country’s 30% contribution to the budget (Fig. 1). Most other countries were net recipients of funds, with excess funds received by the United Kingdom and Greece representing 30% and 140% of their contributions, respectively”).

The anxiety at pleasing free wheeling Britain may have come, for many European states, as a desire to counterbalance France, which initially opposed UK membership, and tends to be psychorigid.

Why didn’t the UK want to fix Europe? Well, because it was initially pampered, as its economy was weak. That turned, under PM Thatcher into a spoiled brat behavior. Thatcher forced the EU to octroy privileges to the UK, and foremost the British rebate or staying with the pound. Looks like a good thing, staying with pound. Indeed, the pound enabled the UK to have more money for its economy. However, had the UK been part of the Euro, maybe all of Europe would have ended with more, enough money, under British pressure (and not just that, but Britain getting so much of the money creation, made the rest of Europe poorer). Hyper nationalistic Brits would say, who cares? Well, you get richer if your neighbors do. The uncontrolled accumulation of inequalitarian wealth is precisely what brought the rage which led to Brexit. And, as Brexit is a fake solution, the situation will get worse.

Broadly, the UK gets back 66% of the difference between its share of member states’ VAT contributions and its share of EU spending in return. France technically makes a net contribution to the EU budget about twice that of the UK,[20] and is the greatest contributor towards the UK rebate, which means it would benefit most from its abolition.

Esteemed Contributor Hazxan: Since the referendum, I must have read millions of words from all sides. Before the referendum, I was not convinced by UK membership of the EU. The issue is complex and there are many different sub-groups who support Brexit for different reasons. However, I am more convinced than ever that the political drive for Brexit is an extreme right wing project.

This is the most significant part of Brexit: it’s extreme right wing, it’s perverse, a pack of lies, hatred of strangers, and evil, in all sorts of ways. Brexit is a plutocratic conspiracy, and a very well financed campaign of lies and fake news. Pseudo-left people focused on Trump, perhaps not knowing that Trump used to be a rare anti-Reagan democrat (most democrats collaborated with Reagan’s extreme right wing deconstruction of civilization). As the pseudo-left went Trump 24/7, with the most absurd accusations, they overlooked Brexit… the real racist right wing conspiracy (Trump is just a conspiracy of one, with the voices in his head).

Watch sleek videos such as: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Kub69c6Sr4

… a pile of subtle disinformation about what it calls the “Brussels EU”. The perfidious video erroneously implies that the first head of the European Union, Walter Hallstein, was a Nazi (something not technically true… to say the least; and remember I am the first to condemn Heidegger as a Nazi, and many Germans, admired to this day, as those who taught Nazism to Hitler).

Plus, that video and similar material Brexiters got drunk on, are a seriously misleading and obsolete description of how the European Union works. Also omitting significant details, such that De Gaulle got Hallstein out of the EC.

Nowadays, as per EU Constitution. power is in the hand of the European Council (heads of the 28 EU governments, also often called the Council of Ministers) and the European Parliament. “Directives” from Brussels have actually to be approved by the European Parliament, and are truly directed by the European Council (which is democratically elected). The EC in Brussels has only the power to exasperate common Europeans with grotesque little details. If a European country says seriously no, it gets its way (as the UK may find out very soon: it’s not to be taken for granted that other EU countries will agree to extend Article 50… Especially after European elections; France already growled).

And the truth?

https://patriceayme.wordpress.com/2019/02/25/brexit-is-racism-and-thats-why-it-wont-happen-the-uk-will-stay-in-the-eu/

As I have explained, the worldwide plutocratic conspiracy has been worried that the EU could become too powerful, too socialist, too egalitarian. If the US followed, there was nowhere to hide. Hence the idea of a potentially fatal wound: Brexit. Brexit has turned to a comic mania. However, as the EU has been consumed by it, significant anti-plutocratic endeavors, such as a financial transaction tax, have been completely forgotten.

Hazxan: You can’t get most Brexit supporters to see this [Brexit is an extreme right-wing project], because for many of them, Brexit isn’t about the complex trade or international relations, it is an emotional issue about their identity as British and separate from Europe.

Yes, they talk that way. But what is Britishness exactly? Being cool about the cult of plutocracy, the Lords, the Queen and Her Son, while pretending to be living in democracy? Brexiters believe Great Britain is not in Europe, just as flat-earther believe the Earth is not round. Maybe they looked at a map, but they have not understood it. Believing Great Britain is not in Europe can’t be explained, except as an insanity, and a will to war. Like all insanities, Brexit has its reasons that the sane can’t emotionally share.

***

Hazxan: “When asked why, Brexiters will say things like “Sovereignty” , “control of our Laws”, the EU is undemocratic”, and “we’re British, not Europeans”. None of which means anything to me, I have to admit! This “Sovereignty”, for example, when we “take back control”, how does it benefit us? Do we all get wage rises? Lower cost of living? A more efficient health service? Well, no, none of those. In fact, all of them will deteriorate because apparently “Sovereignty” has a cost and it “is a cost worth paying”. I still do not know what we are getting for our money.”

Brexit slogans are meaningless, one may as well listen to Nazis talking about their great white race, and how it would reconquer sovereignty by alienating its neighbors. What the Nazis were saying was indeed not grounded in the very values they extolled, including nationalism (the most telling example: all Germans had to prove they were not Jewish, according to the (insane) definition of Judaism of the Nazis… They was one blatant exception: HITLER HIMSELF! When Brits say the EU is undemocratic, they literally are insane: they have an unelected chamber of Lords.

The EU government is very complex, and the EU is over-legalistic, the French way. However the European Commission just executes the big notions from the council of the democratically elected governments. Nothing really prevents European governments to refuse to obey edicts from Brussels, or even European laws (France deliberately violates some of them, for more than half a century).

But the EU doesn’t have a unelected chamber of Lords and an unelected head of state, as Great Britain the Greatly Democratically Broken: the decision making of the EU is collegial among democratically elected governments, and laws have to be approved by the democratically elected European Parliament. One EU democracy can block everything as last week, when France vetoed calling Gibraltar a “colony”.

***

Hazxan: “Then they [Brexiters] talk about hearing people “talk foreign” in the street, how this “isn’t right”. Again, I do not see the problem, I feel no fear, or anything at all if I hear someone speak another language. The media have used this a lot, so clearly, it is important to some Brexiters (including my family, who says it), but means nothing to me. It’s like their words sail 6 feet over my head.”

That brings considerations back to what I view as the essence of the problem, at the level of the Brexiters (not at the level of the plutocrats who pull their strings): racism.

The Open Society is superior, as Pericles said, before doing the exact opposite, losing the war in the process:

In California, election ballots are in dozens of the world’s languages: California is not afraid of foreigners, because California is persuaded it has the best political system in the world, so it can afford to be an OPEN SOCIETY…. California is Brexit in reverse. Tellingly, that was Pericles’ great theme and semantics. Ironically, and tragically, Pericles himself made an exit on the OPEN SOCIETY, as he passed laws saying that only children from parents BOTH Athenians, were Athenian. Pericles was married to an Ionian philosopher who did much of his thinking for him, and because of the laws passed by his idiotic father, said son found himself non-Athenian, just when Athens needed maximal manpower….

So California doesn’t make the terrible mistake Pericles did, contradicting the very values Athens was based on… Just as the Nazis brought the weakening of the German race (scrapping all the recent immigration in Germany, Germans of German descent are only 65 millions… less than the French…  France having always been an open society (but for the occasional loud expulsion of Jews… who were either right back, or never left).

California doesn’t make the alienation mistake of Pericles, rejecting strangers, but the UK does. Or more exactly, Brexiters want Britain to. go the way of Athens, and commit suicide…

No empire, no law, no freedom:

None of this is funny. Lack of union in Europe is weakening Europe, hence civilization. Take for example North Africa, which is the geographical support of Europe. It’s in a mess, greatly because Europe rejected all of Africa after so-called independence (= let Africa be devoured by home-grown and international) plutocrats. Instead, more distant Turkey was developed (although it had fewer human and ideological, and cultural and economic ties). Result: Turkey is turning into a wealthy dictatorship, whereas places like Algeria, which voted for the Republic in referendum, were left to dictators to thrive in exchange for oil, gas and votes at the UN.

How did that happen? Because rejecting Africa was never debated. Africaexit and Frexit was imposed upon (France and) Algeria, for example (although Algerians had voted just for the opposite, twice!) Instead a religion was created around obsessive sex abusers degenerates such as the revered Sartre, and his sex offender “Beaver”, who posed as great humanists, when they were just greedy opportunists, ready to kiss any “communist” dictator’s butt to look interesting. Europe was weak militarily, and even intellectually.

Brexit is more mental weakness. Some, even on this site (Benign) have wondered: why can’t Great Britain trade with the European Union and leave it at that? For the same reason that California doesn’t just trade with the Union. Or that Sichuan does not just trade with Guangdong. There are plenty of obstacles to trade which need to be overcome by laws and regulation. That’s what empires are for. And no, empire doesn’t contradict democracy. Just the opposite. Athenian democracy built an empire to protect itself. When the Athenian empire failed, so did Athenian democracy.

The next thing which happened is that Rome, which was the next most democratic polity after Athens, also created an empire, for the same exact reason as Athens created an empire: for the protection of its democracy. Hence, the Roman empire was mostly created under the Republic. Or from the momentum given by the progressively degenerating republic (there were plenty of democratic and republican elements, say under emperor Trajan (~ 100 CE), when the empire was at maximum extent, such as scholarships for meritorious youth; it was not just about free bread and circuses).

Thus empire and local democracy are not incompatible, just the opposite. California is clearly potentially more democratic than any European country, Switzerland excepted. Because of those referendums (there are plenty locally, for example to decide upon financing school operations and construction, buy parks, etc.).

Brexit tries to break soft matter which smells particularly bad, full as it is of the most proliferating nightmares from the past. This gleeful manipulation of mental excrements pollutes everything, not just the Irish border, with its devolution of desires down to the most beastly kind.

The pseudo-left, just like the Brexiters, reject a European empire (Federal Europe). However, all the leading countries worldwide are empires: USA, China, India, Brazil, Russia, Canada, even Australia (which controls an entire continent, and its surroundings). What Brexiters say, is that they prefer to be controlled by Washington, than having a say,and being able to debate, in Brussels, Strasbourg, Berlin, Paris, Rome, and all around Europe. They want enslavement: their choice. The US food plutocracy, angry at the EU for imposing food sanity, has already announced that the Brits will have to accept hormonal, antibiotic laced US chicken, if they want to trade with the USA. Bon appetit.

Brexit wants to break, what should be flushed down the toilet. It’s intrinsically disgusting.

Down with the Brexit circus.

P/S: An indirect proof of concept above is Great Britain itself… in the past. While Britannia ruled the waves, and quite a few places (like most of North America until US president Polk grabbed everything below latitude 49 degree; and also the Raj… namely the Indian subcontinent), Great Britain was the most democratic place in the world… with the exception of France and the USA… both of which, no coincidence, were huge empires.

Why the connection? As I said above!

Democracy is expensive, and has to be stronger than autocrats, tyrants, and various plutocracies, and evil empires. That’s why it needs to be itself imperial (and no, Switzerland is no counterexample; other independent Alpine states were reabsorbed, by Rome or France, or Austria… The Swiss got lucky, and knew how to please… All the way down to Hitler, and now the EU, and the US).

Brexit Is Racism… And That’s Why It Won’t Happen. The UK Will Stay In The EU

February 25, 2019

Racism is more general than xenophobia.

In Xenophobia, one fears the stranger, as the British used to fear the Irish (although at the beginning of WWII, PM Churchill, anxious to make sure Ireland would help against Hitler, proposed Irish unification to the Irish president, de Valera… who rejected it…)

In racism, one fears those around oneself, not just strangers, after inventing ways (such as skin albedo) to characterize them as strangers, and tying that newly alienated status to pejorative claims. For example, Watson, one of the co-discoverer of DNA, thinks skin color is a mark of stupidity. Never mind that the Egyptians were not white like swans, and that much of our civilizational basis, from mathematics to antisexism, or our official reverence to truth, was forged in Egypt..

The essence of Brexit is to establish a hard border between 22 Irish counties and the other 6. That border is 500 kilometers long. 200 roads through it used to be cut, during the “Troubles”, before the European Union put an end to that nonsense. That hard border would make the others into strangers. In one word: alienation. Oh, by the way, the “Troubles”, 40 years ago or so, brought the death to around 4,000, plus years of not-so civil war.

Alienation leads to war. The best example was when Occidental Francia broke away from the rest of the “Roman Empire”, in the middle tenth century. Ultimately, that led to continual wars…

Brexiters have claimed that Brexit was a matter of money. Laughable: the UK has made huge yearly payment to the EU, right, but those are significantly smaller than the payments France has made. Also the UK has received, in exchange, more from the EU than it has paid.

Brexiters have claimed it’s a matter of democracy. Laughable: the UK is a monarchy, accompanied by strong plutocratic structures like the unelected upper chamber, the House of Lords.  EU structures are actually more democratic. The ultimate governance of the EU right now is made of all the heads of democratically elected EU governments. Everything passes by the EU Parliament. Last week, Spain insisted Gibraltar was a “colony” (arguing from UN law). France vetoed that language.

So what’s left? Racism. On this site Hazxan, an esteemed commenter, supported my point of view by examples he witnessed.

What next? Well the UK won’t get out of the EU March 29: I have said this for years. There will a second referendum, that one officially known in advance to be legislating. The British people, faced now by the reality of what it means, to alienate one’s neighbors, will regain its sense and vote to remain.

Then the real revolution in the EU can proceed.

Europe Is Dead, Long Live Europe! And long live US publicly subsidized Pluto universities, too!

March 29, 2017

45 years ago Britain was a member of what became formally later the “European Union”. However, anti-Europeans in Britain, mostly on the so-called left (“Labor”) screamed that a referendum should have been conducted to see whether the British People really wanted to be part of Europe. The matter should not having been left to Parliament. One of these screamers presently leads the British Labor Party (Corbyn).

So a law was passed by the UK Parliament, saying that a referendum on belonging to Europe would happen, and would have force of law. Once again, 45 years ago. (NOT last year!) The referendum was conducted, and nearly two-third of British People approved that the UK should be in Europe.

In the meantime, Thatcherism happened. PM Thatcher, a strident nationalist, actually passed the Single European Act (SEA). SEA reformed the legislative process all over Europe by introducing the cooperation procedure and by extending the Qualified Majority Voting to new areas. The legislative process was also quickened. The SEA was supposed to create a better Single European market. Meanwhile, Great britain became ever more inequalitarian.

The British Are Most Enraged, Because Their Society Is Most Unequal.

So now here we are, and Great Britain wants out of Europe… But not out of the European Single market. That’s a complete contradiction. Indeed, understand that the obstacles to the single market are not tariffs: the WTO limits those to 3%… The obstacles have to do with laws and regulations, hence the necessity for the SEA. The point is that if one wants a single market, one has to have laws which are in common enough.

British PM May evoked Article 50, setting the exit of Britain from the EU within 2 years.

[In fairness, let’s give PM May a word sideways here. PM May tried to strike a firm but conciliatory tone, in her letter to Donald Tusk, president of the EU, declaring that the Brexit vote

was no rejection of the values we share as fellow Europeans. Nor was it an attempt to do harm to the European Union or any of the remaining member states. On the contrary, the United Kingdom wants the European Union to succeed and prosper. Instead, the referendum was a vote to restore, as we see it, our national self-determination. We are leaving the European Union, but we are not leaving Europe – and we want to remain committed partners and allies to our friends across the continent.“]

With all due respect, that’s just PC hogwash. To start with it hurts. Secondly, there is an amount of 60 billion dollars in committed EU projects that the UK is committed to finance. Secondly, to access the European Single Market, the UK will have to respect EU law, and pay for the EU infrastructure, just as Norway (or Switzerland) do.

So what happened? Plutocracy, that’s what. Plutocracy owns the media, and felt threatened by the EU government. Plutocracy depends upon tax evasion and (“elected”) government manipulation (and the more than 17 “crown dependencies, part of UK which are tax havens).

Plutocracy rules by mental manipulation. Example: look at the Ivy League universities in the USA. They are the elite universities where the children of the elite get together, live together, plot together, and get instructed on how the manipulate the naive rabble they are expected, and expecting to rule and exploit.

The Ivy League comprises eight campuses: Dartmouth, Columbia, Princeton, Yale, Harvard, Brown, Cornell, Penn have a combined 191 billion dollars in endowment. They got 41 billion in 6 years from US, and paid no tax on their profits (which should have been 9,6 billion dollars, too!

(Of course Obama went to Columbia and then Harvard; in Columbia Obama met ZBig, the guy who make Carter to attack formally Afghanistan on July 3, 1979… ZBig saw in Obama the ideal vehicle to pursue the Pluto empire…)

Average parents pay $33,000 a year for private universities , and $9,000 for public universities.

Is there hope? Some of the buffoons are becoming more aware. Richard Dreyfus was one of the fanatics who voted for Hillary Clinton, campaigned against Trump, and ignored Bernie Sanders (as he readily admits; Sanders would have beaten Trump is the democrats had selected him, studies have shown). Now he is against Hillary. Why? He discovered she was “for Wall Street”. Hillary went to San Francisco, all dressed in black leather:”insist, persist, resist!” Actually she is pushing her latest book.

Still No Message Of Any Substance, that’s why people who voted for Obama, in a last burst of hope, in 2012, voted for Trump in 2016, in the crucial states, the famed “Blue Wall”.

The Brexit vote rested on an arsenal of lies, imparted to the minds of British voters by the Plutocratic media. Basically, all is false, therein.

Also the vote itself was fraudulent, as it was supposed to be just a “consultation”, not legislating. No worries: Great Britain is not really a democracy, but a rule of one (mono-archy).

So what’s next? We will see. London did its best to sabotage the EU for decades, and it’s just more of the same. A few months ago, Teresa May threaten to turn the UK into a “tax haven”. That’s of course disinformation: the UK is already a tax haven, and that’s why real estate has never been so expensive in London, the most expensive real estate in the world, by far. Plutocrats from the entire planet are flocking to London, knowing full well that the British government has no choice, but keeping on playing the Plutocratic card…

The fact that the USA’s richest universities are getting positively enormous subsidies is revealing that, once one has captured the minds of the idiots, even in democracy, especially in democracy, one can get away with anything. A Manchurian candidate made it to the presidency for 8 years, and now the Wall Street “opposition” keeps on capturing the hearts and minds of the fake left. Alleluia!

And what of Europe? Same problem, plus a deer-in-the-headlights syndrome. As long as progressives have not figured out in which direction progress lays, the likes of may will rule, complete with leopard shoes high heels, just to make sure she overlords all the uneducated out there… Her “Brexit” has no meaning, and she knows it, but the lords she serves, the world plutocrats have no meaning either, all they want is ever more prerogatives… And they don’t intent to jump off the gravy train, anymore than president Putin and PM Medvedev in Russia. Massive demonstrations there have exposed the latter as the face of state corruption in Russia (his enormous palaces, for example next to Sochi have long been notorious; a bat researcher was emprisoned for taking pictures of Medvedev’s palace there, and protesting the destruction of bat caves next to it; ultimaterly he had to flee Russia to the UK…)

One may wonder why this global plutocracy problem seems so much alike all around the planet. It is simple: the democracy we have is NOT the real thing. The ideal of democracy we have (as espoused by Russia) is NOT the real thing. Clinton-Bush-Obama, this triple head hydra is the same problem as Putin. Basically. It does not matter if it’s Russia, or California.

Real democracy should be about We The People ruling directly, as much as possible. Instead, what we have is a parody of democracy. Brexit is the poster child of this absurdity: although there was a referendum, it was all about lies. The referendum was conducted in a sea of lies, under fake assumptions, and false pretense. So now Britain is going to spend, and waste, Europe’s time for the next ten years of its convoluted, unending Brexiting… Before asking to go back in, supposing in ever leaves, which is not really the plan.

The real plan is to make the British National Health Service a new source of profit for the US health “care” industry. Oh, by the way, do you know how many people are enrolled in “Obamacare”? Eleven millions. Another nine millions are truly in Medicare. Meanwhile, the subsidies to the health care for profit industry, just as the subsidies for US plutocratic universities, have much augmented. Alleluia! We may as well have fun, watching plutocrats soar into orbit.

Just to make sure we get the picture, British PM May wants us to know she is completely mad. On day first of the Brexit negotiations she let it be known that if the European Union will not submit, she will let terrorists do their thing to Europe. May’s words insist that there is an implied threat, the prime minister’s letter being explicit. “In security terms, a failure to reach agreement [with the EU] would mean our cooperation in the fight against crime and terrorism would be weakened,” she wrote.

It does matter that PM May personally lacks credibility. That’s the whole point: plutocracy will make people do, and submit to, incredible things. Reason is in the way, so it should be disposed of.

Scourge of PC Plutocratically Driven

March 9, 2017

Political Correctness has ruled the West for decades. It was a crime against thought, and civilization alike. It profited those who wanted to turn us into insects. Tellingly, so-called “liberals” (in the US) and progressives (elsewhere) feel that PC makes them just, moral, and strong. They have a point: the heavy chains slaves carry around, make them stronger (in a most demeaning sense). Political Correctness was a plot to make us all stupid and nasty, because stupid nastiness shared with all, is how plutocracy rules.

Brexit is the most striking example of PC gone all the way: it was alleged that the very idea of European Union was anti-democratic, and that the union had to be destroyed, for democracy’s sake (in truth, it was quite the opposite: plutocracy had penetrated the Union, but that plutocratic attack was pretty much directed from the City of London, a plutocracy (technically) and its many supports, admirers and co-conspirators…). The pretend the Union was intrinsically anti-democratic was a huge fraud, conducted in the name of democracy, and, of course, to serve the same old masters. After faking opposition to it, while conducting an extremely ineffective campaign against it, the entire British plutocracy lined up behind Brexit (even though technically the referendum was just “consultative” when conducted. Parliament decided it had force of law the following year! (If We The People had known it had force of law, We The People would have voted for “Remain”: it was sheer constitutional fraud!)

English Harbored Plutocrats Have Molded Minds, Through Media and Universities, For Brexit, Hoping To Avoid Potential EU Socialism By Making Britain Into A Giant Tax Haven and Pluto Paradise, Just Off Shore…

Not to say that the EU itself has not become a gigantic Pluto fraud. But the EU itself is governed by the national governments (thus the British government, which can pretty much veto anything important it does not like the EU to do). That was one of the many frauds hidden from the gullible British public…

***

Here is an example in The Independent, UK:

Brexit is not the high point of democracy – it’s the greatest fraud ever perpetrated in British politics:
“An irate local farmer told me he voted to leave as a protest against EU bureaucracy that delayed payments of his subsidies. He thought Defra was an EU department. He didn’t realise it was The Department for Rural Affairs and that the EU had fined our governmental department for its incompetent administration of subsidies.

No matter, we got our country back, even if it means losing the subsidies and keeping the incompetence.

British farmers received £2.4bn last year in EU payments and the National Farrmers’ Union has already warned that many farms would fail without these handouts.

Importantly, EU membership already has built-in border controls under the “right to reside” test. This provides conditions to entry, such as having a job or being financially self-sufficient. There are no immediate, automatic entitlements to benefits, which require further conditions. Most other EU states impose these controls rigorously but the UK has been less assiduous in their implementation.

There was no mandate to leave the single market, sell off the NHS to US private health insurers or to turn the UK into a tax haven. Brexit has divided the nation. For Theresa May to unite the country she must heal wounds and take the public with her.

As Churchill said, “Never give in – never, never, never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense”. Brexit is neither, so I shan’t be giving in anytime soon.”

***

The Trump-Clinton dust-up was another example of fraud: Hillary was basically campaigning, she claimed, against (some) consequences of her own husband policies (which were an extension of those of Nixon-Reagan; Nixon himself was the architect of McCarthyism, and, sure enough, the cultural inheritance of the Clintons, coming straight from Nixon, has been revived, as ludicrously, Clinton promoters have revived McCarthyism… to disguise the fact they have no new ideas since Nixon in 1950).

***

The Politically Correct was a Perfect Con instigated by Plutocratic Conspirators. PC ^3.

Being trumped by Trump is just deserts for the brainless pigeons who supported the mindset the plutocratically owned press, media, universities, courts, deep state, pseudo-intellectuals, politicians and legislators endowed them with.

The weapons we need are deeper, more powerful ideas. Don’t expect them from the bleating sheep, and its meek heroes.

Expect the stronger ideas which will forge a better future to come from fiercer debate, where truth is told to those who have avoided it religiously.

Relative to the main course which is needed, old firebrands such as Michel Foucault or Camille Paglia are not even appetizers for hungry, rebelling minds. We need to devour the feeble-minded, and relish in that salubrious activity, be it only on moral grounds.

To want to devour the feeble-minded, we first need to throw Political Correctness to the winds…

No, I am not copying Donald Trump: “Devouring the Feeble Minded” was the old slogan of my ancient Tyranosopher site.

Mental progress has always devoured the feeble-mindedness of the present, let alone the idiocies of the past. Political Correctness, also known as mental fascism, has always been in the way…

Brexit Idiocy In One Picture

July 11, 2016

Hard core Brexit idiots pontificate that they will renew their ties with the British Commonwealth and the USA. As if the quaint British monarchy imported from the Netherlands had anything in common with the hyper violent, domineering American republic, a country of immigrants, a world country, the world’s hyper power, which can purchase anything… but a soul, and a past it is ready to admit it had. The proud British are, relatively speaking, Europeans, and they don’t even know it.

Here is the European situation, the web of relationships, with the spider in the center, depicted with the most basic mathematics, set theory. I present to you the spider and the fly:

The Situation Is Even More Complicated Than That: Switzerland, For Example, Has More Than 600 "Bilateral" Treaties With The European Union, And Has To Respect Free Circulation Of European Citizens.

The Situation Is Even More Complicated Than That: Switzerland, For Example, Has More Than 600 “Bilateral” Treaties With The European Union, And Has To Respect Free Circulation Of European Citizens.

[Nota Bene: the GDP numbers above, due to the tremendous immigration of people and capital into the United Kingdom, the UK, due to the laxity of France and Germany, brought an extreme overvaluation of the British Pound, and a swelling of all things British. This house of cards is collapsing: British GDP has now shrunk below French GDP, in barely more than two weeks…]

Switzerland voted against the Free Circulation Of European Citizens, including Croatians, in winter 2014. Some sanctions were applied by the EU on an aghast Switzerland, the next day. However, Switzerland still has to accept everybody. Should it change that requirement, Italy, France and Germany would block the borders, and let Switzerland die. Really, not kidding: Switzerland has only one refinery, producing 25% of Swiss fossil fuels, and it gets all its raw petroleum through a pipeline, from Marseilles, France… Thus, Switzerland will have to vote again. Or learn to ride horses again.

Why is such ferocity welcome in enforcing European unity and free circulation? Simple: Enforcing cogent, fully informed reason upon, and by, We The People, is the best way to avoid war. Thus war tends to happen when unexpected.

Europeans have bent over backwards frantically for twenty years to accommodate increasingly crazed, selfish, grotesque, hypernationalist British demands.  The British thanked the rest of Europe by an insulting vote. (Remark: the Swiss referendum was just about refusing the diktat of free circulation of any EU citizen; it was NOT about rejecting the 666 treaties with Europe… Although of course, it could have this consequence… Nor, a fortiori, the European Union )

Right now Europe is suffering from three mentalities:

  1. The first problematic mentality was English sabotage. The English entered the “ever closer Union” and decided it was just a free trade “club”. Basically NAFTA. That was a lie, a breach of trust, and a betrayal. No wonder so many European leaders are keen to get Brexit done. For twenty years, English governments have prevented the built-up, in-depth of European laws and institutions. Instead of electing the head of the European Administration (“Commission”)  directly, by the People’s vote, one still uses the ancient system of nomination by the heads of governments. That sort of undemocratic blockage was the work of English Europhobes, mostly.

Fanatic Brexiters insist they never voted for a European “Superstate”. That is not just a total lie, but it means they want Europeans, and their ex-colonies and present allies, to be ruled by Superstates (USA, Russia, India, China).

2. The second problematic mentality is the fact that the European defense system is mostly operated by the French Republic, which is supposed to pay for it, while leaving its deficit below 3%. Logically, French tanks should first roll through Brussels, Luxembourg, Belgium, Lichtenstein, while addressing an ultimatum to Eurozone member Ireland, and force all these miscreants to pay taxes. (Since Germany has the same problem as its sister republic, France, it would rather applaud the usage of force… which is exactly what both of them did, with the help of Italy, to pressure Switzerland that way… It helped that the latter was not a founding member of the EU, and a rather small fish.)

What about the refugee crisis? Well, go back 17 centuries: the Goths, fleeing the Huns, invaded the Roman empire. Initially, the Goths came as refugees, and were allowed in. Later, even more Goths, now fully armed, came in, and thew Roman Empire said no. The solution? Have an army strong enough to kill the Huns. This was finally done in France, 80 years alter. First the inhabitants of Orleans inflicted a defeat on the Huns, inside the city itself. Then the Franks shadowed and harassed the retreating giant host of the Huns. That gave enough time for the Roman Field army headed by Aetius and to the Visigothic army to join the fray. Then the Huns got crushed in the titanic battle of the Catalaunian Plain. Having suffered tens of thousands of dead, if not hundreds of thousands (the number 300,000 has been advanced by sources), the spirit of the Huns was broken. Just as that of the Nazis in May 1945.

That was how to handle Assad: destroy him and his family, occupy Syria, re-establish secular, republican order. And it was not to the Russians or the Americans to do that, but to the Europeans. But there is no European army, no European will. Just European wealth for the world to steal. And for this, the ectoplasmic Britons are much to blame.: did they not learn anything from the Kaiser and his spiritual son Hitler?

As a result of formidable austerity imposed on France, the French defense system is woefully insufficient, although not quite as moribund as the British one. This is a grave situation in several ways: first it weakens the West enormously. Secondly it makes the USA more dominant than ever in defense. And thus, it augments the aura and diplomatic might of the USA in all matters, including the economic one… which pays for defense.

3. The third problematic mentality is indeed austerity itself. It was imposed by a coalition of conservatives and the evil influence of the ruling plutocracy. Great Britain saw less of it, thanks to the plutocratically owned tabloids, and the fact that plutocracy has made the wealthiest in Britain so much wealthier. Austerity is no less than a complete plutocratic plot, and a direct consequence of not taxing the wealthiest enough to spare us being in their debt.

So deep has the propaganda been for the plutocrats whom have made us in their debt, that only now the German SPD seems to realize that austerity is a plot of the wealthy. The “S” in SPD is for “Social”: Sozialdemokratische Partei Deutschlands, SPD… The SPD is in coalition with the German Conservatives, who are white-hot, foaming at the mouth demanding ever more austerity (especially from other Europeans… It’s understandable as Germany is in a virtuous circle presently…)

Brexit can potentially break that logjam. First, British sabotage of the “Ever Closer Union” will stop. Appropriate superstate structures could now be erected, as needed… Secondly, the austerity party in the EU, right now led by Britain and Germany, is going to be halved. Thus one can hope that the French, these austerity specialists since 1932, will snap out of their madness, and lead a revolt against the austerity party. Simple: the European Union has just do what the USA has done under Obama. The Federal deficits amounts to something around 100% of US GDP (if one adds Quantitative Easing, an unusual addition, not usually made for obvious, vicious reasons, to the official deficits).

Will Europeans understand this?

Meanwhile, it’s fun to see the Brexiters struggle with the spider web above. Good luck coming out, to sink in the ocean…

WAR, Great DOMINATOR, Destroyer of Europe, Creator of USA

July 4, 2016

Abstract: Celebrating Fourth of July 2016 my way. France, Britain, the USA and the philosophical systems they incarnate are to this day entangled into a brazen history, and a scalding future. It is often overlooked that, when France declared formal war to Britain about America, the rebels, seduced by an offer of general amnesty from Westminster, were going to surrender. This is precisely why Louis XV avoided with total war in February 1778, after sending weapons secretly starting in 1775, and secret agents before that.

***

Too Much Enlightenment Will Get You Burned:

Icarus flew too close to the Sun. One can also come to close to the truth for comfort:

A basketball court sized, solar-powered US probe is braking hard to hard in Jupiter’s orbit. Just prior, it was flying twice the distance Earth-Moon in three hours. How was the USA created? War. War against the Indians, War against the French and the Indians. War, allied to the French, against the English. These entangled wars made the USA possible. Yes, it is an extremely long story. Some of this story was anticipated in British Parliament: stealing Canada from sweet France would made the independence of the USA ineluctable. However, English hubris took over. In its arrogance, the winning faction underestimated French resentment, and French military capability. Plus the strong hold of the principles of the Republican Enlightenment on the French and American elites. When told his actions were going to create a Republic in America, Louis XVI shrugged. He knew.

Not only that, but Louis XVI’s actions would create the institution of a Revolution of Human Rights in France, which he himself led for five years (1788, 1789, 1790, 1791, 1792). The mood in France was revolutionary, and that had started decades earlier.

Louis XV was actually surrounded by revolutionary characters, including teachers of Adam Smith, the French “physiocrats”. France lost America, because France clang to the Enlightenment, at a higher level. France traded with the Indians, and civilized them, rather than outright massacring them. (More precisely, France was doing more trading, more mixing, and less massacring.) All too philosophical.

Too Much Advanced Philosophy And Not Enough Brexit Cost France America, Among Other Things. Philosophy Is Excellent As Long As It Does Not Prevent To Kill Those Who Want You Dead In The First Place. More French Greed, Short Term, Would Have Insured A More Advanced Civilization: In Canada Slaves Such As Endured Servants Were Unlawful, And Authorities Never Paid For Indian Scalps. Quite The Opposite.

Quite The Opposite.

Voltaire. Louis XV’s boyfriend and adviser, insisted that it was below French dignity to fight all-out the “Seven Year World War of 1753”. I am sure it helped that Voltaire had made a fortune in Great Britain (this is a meta observation explaining the low philosophical performance of Voltaire in this respect.)

Louis XVI was an interesting character: he was not supposed to become king: his elder brother was. He did not want to become king, however, grimly enough, he set himself to do the right things, although, often, again and again he faltered at the last moment. A giant of a man, he had, that way, much in common with the one he fed and saved, George Washington (Washington, in spite of his friend Lafayette’s insistence, would never try to abrogate slavery, even in his own household..

Where Were the Pacifists During the Demise of the European Union of Nation-States?

Nowhere, because pacifism is weak. Pacifism is neurohormonally associated with submission, surrender, sleep, it does not have the appeal that hatred, fear, anger, and the fight or flight instincts’ overwhelm us with. When the herd gets ready to stampede, what can the pacifists do? Fight it off? Scare it off? No. Pacifists can do nothing. Nigel Farage’s “Independence Day” speech was eerily similar to some of Adolf Hitler’s speeches in his manner of delivery (and content too!). No clam discourse can then persuade the masses. They don’t care: confronted to a threat, they want to fight and flight. Playing Buddha in a ten foot cell is not a proposition that is noticed, let alone attractive.

***

What Is The Biggest Defect Of Europe?

It is precisely not being what the Brexiters claims it is: a Super State. Or even, a State. Instead it is a state of anarchy. Not as bad as Britain, but close. Britain whines about uncontrolled immigration, forgetting it organized it deliberately, and depends upon France for defending its border. Europe has proven incapable of defending its borders. And what does history teach us? That borders should be defended dynamically, something Julius Caesar had completely understood. Not that Caesar invented this. Earlier, the Second Punic War had turned around when Scipio carried the war in North Africa, forcing the recall of Hannibal there (where Scipio defeated him). The Greeks had also understood that staying on their hands while plutocratic Persian Satraps attacked at will had no future. So the Athenian Republic came to the rescue of Egypt (against Persia). Later many Greeks felt that a complete invasion of Persia was the solution to their travails. Hence the expedition of the 10,000 (whom the great philosopher Xenophon ended up leading). The Greeks were less pleased when the Macedonians (Philip and his son Alexander), ran away with the idea.

War Is The Great Dominator:

Why always to speak of France? Not only is France the Middle Kingdom, at the core of the philosophical creation of European civilization, but even British historians focus on France, because France has the best historical records. The peak of the Middle Ages was around 1300 CE. Shortly after that the disasters piled up: ecology, plague, war.  Historian Guy Bois was able, by looking at Normand Parish registries, around Caux to find how the population evolved, assigning index 100 in 1314 CE.

In 1347 CE, affected by ecological troubles, and the start (in 1337 CE) of the “100 Years War” between the legitimate French heirs in London, and various illegitimate plotters in Francia proper, the population index was down to 97.

In 1348, the plague struck We The People (but not the plutocrats in their well defended, well organized castles).

By 1374 CE, the population was only 43% of what it was in 1314 CE. By then, peace being established, the population recovered. By 1413 CE, just before the “100 Year War” got launched again (Agincourt was won by Henry V in 1415 CE), the population was back up to 65% of 1314 CE. Then the area became a battlefield again, accompanied, naturally enough, by epidemics between 1415 and 1422 CE. The population oscillated down. The Battle of Castillon a Battle of Crécy in “reverse”, was the beginning of the end the “100 Year War”(70% of the English army was killed, mostly by French field guns, against less than 2% of the French army). By then the region of Normandy under consideration around far away Caux, was only 30% of what it was in 1314 CE.

FIFTY MAJOR WARS IN EUROPE IN 1,000 YEARS THAT’S WHAT THE BRITISH DO NOT KNOW, LET ALONE UNDERSTAND:

Britons whine about the Battle of the Somme, and rightly so.

Who was killing the Britons in World War One? The one who had started the war, the Kaiser, a plutocrat, who owned Germany, grandson of plutocrat Queen Victoria who owned England. In World War One, Great Britain lost 2.23% of its population, Killed. France lost 4.39%. (US losses amounted to *only* 117, 465 soldiers killed, .13% of the total US population.)

This carnage was the (despicable) Brexiters neither know, nor understand, nor want to understand.

Why?

Well the “100 Years War” went on, on and off, until 1815 CE. The Revolutionary and so-called “Napoleonic” wars were launched by Great Britain, an island, but exclusively fought on the continent (but for Trafalgar). By 1815 CE, France alone had two million dead, and some of her allies, like Germany and Poland, even more.

All this profited Great Britain immensely. In the period 1753 to 1815, England literally destroyed the French empire and population, through a succession of wars.

***

By 1815 CE, France, relative to England, was a shadow of her former self. Thus, it is natural that the British would have come to believe war, especially among European states,  was a friend.

However, in early May 1940, the second British armored division, which had been assigned to stand behind a French reserve division at Sedan was late. The Nazis armored thrust pierced there, and thus the Battle of France was lost, and, as a result, the Nazis’ rule of horror and terror festered for years.

Both France and Britain came out of this as shadows of their former selves, while their ingrate progeny, the United States of America, grabbed all it could throughout the planets, starting with the zones her parents used to control.

The “West Country Men” method, taught by the English who founded the American colony in 1610 CE, has certainly blossomed in the USA.

And to this day it rules. The Economist, July 2, 2016 gives an example, which I may detail in a future essay. Basically, US firms have become increasingly gigantic, which has allowed to become ever richer, and capable of deep research. Here is part of The Economist’s conclusion: …”if it wants to create giants, Europe may have to restrain more than its nationalist instincts—it may have to temper its tougher approach to antitrust, too. The secret of some big American firms is that they have created oligopolies at home.” In other words, the USA is eating Europe’s lunch by increasing its plutocratic index.

And this is what at the creation of European America.

France insisted upon the highest moral standards (only pure women, certainly not prostitutes could go to America, as early as 1600). England let Satan have a good run at America, re-introducing slavery, and not just for the “colored”!

Guess what? It worked. This is the whole idea behind Obama’s idea to let giant companies do whatever it takes to increase the USA’s empire. Actually, Bush had it fully started with the likes of Blackwater (a private corporation in charge of making war), and others abominable connections between official government policy and private profit.

Yet, the debate is not over. There is a new player bearing on, nature itself, with rising acidic seas, an increasingly warm and violent atmosphere, and all sorts of menace.

Greed may work, but it’s nothing without survival.

There Is No Brexit Because Brexit Vote Is No Law

July 4, 2016

It is the simplest constitutional observation: when Britain voted for Brexit. Nothing happened. Just a wet dream.

Forty years ago, Great Britain voted overwhelmingly to stay in the European Community. The vote had force of law. Why? Because Parliament had passed previously a special law giving the referendum force of law.

This is the way it works in Britain: the Parliament passes laws.

This time Parliament passed no law, prior to the referendum, saying that the Brexit vote would create a law. Hence it is not a law.

Immigration, The NHS, and Tax Dodging Are British Problems Caused By The British Elite. Not By The EU.

Immigration, The NHS, and Tax Dodging Are British Problems Caused By The British Elite. Not By The EU.

Brexiters, a dim sort, are not content with not knowing what the European Union is, or what its democratic structure is. They happily extent the principle of not knowing what democracy is, to Great Britain itself. They do not know that Britain is a state of law. That means Great Britain is ruled by laws… And those laws are passed by Parliament, not by Brexiters. Except if Parliament passed, prior to a referendum, a law saying that Brexiters were the law, should they be more than 50%.

Conclusion: most sounds coming from the British anarchy in the last 12 days have been ill-informed.

There is no Brexit. Just breakshit. A number of fools shooting excrements around as others shoot the breeze.

Only one way out: have Parliament do, what it did 40 years ago. Pass a law, saying that the future Brexit II Referendum will have force of law.

You know what?

It will fail. In Brexit II, the British People will vote to stay in the EU.

Because now British voters know a few things they did not know when they voted for the xenophobic liars, 12 days ago.

So where does that leave the true Brexiters? Well, they have to hasten to get Great Britain out, and entrap its government to (illegally!) activate Article 50.

However, it’s not that simple. It would indeed be illegal, according to the European Constitution. Because the European Constitution says that a country activating Article 50 has to do it according to its own constitution.

And there is just one way for Parliament to activate Article 50 legally: by voting for it. However, a majority of MPs in the present Parliament are against leaving the EU.

The present government of the French Republic, the principal architect and sponsor of the European Union wants Great Britain out ASAP. Here are the true Brexiters: those among the French who have had enough of seeing Britain block Europe.

I don’t share that enthusiasm. Kicking Britain out of the EU is only the second best solution. The best would be for the UK to stay in the EU, but with reduced privileges.

I think Great Britain should stay in the European Union, but should be kicked out the European MONETARY Union. And all its attending structures and activities, including clearing Euro transactions, and any activity the European Central Bank is connected to (as the ECB wishes).

That’s all, and that should be enough.

Anything else, will not work. Or at least, not as well.

In my next installment, for Amexit Day, I will consider why it is that the Britons have lost their minds. Or, more exactly, which part of history Britons did not learn. And which part of history they learned all too much.

And thus why all too many Britons have this strange, and cruel delusion, that no price is too high when one pays for disunion.

So, much ado about nothing? Not really. The UKIP, Hitler-like leader in more ways than one, Nigel Farage, just resigned as head of UKIP. The Brexit vote has enabled hyper-nationalistic, hyper-deluded types, to act their fantasies. Now they can observe that they are just that, fantasies. In case of Brexit, a Norwegian status would be the best the UK can hope for, and that would be much less good and privileged than the status the UK presently has… even in the eyes of UK “independendists”.

Some say: ‘Oh, see, how bad making the People vote is!’ What i see, is how good it is: the Brexit vote has enabled to roll out all the errors. Now that they are in the open, they can, and should be crushed. People do not learn the truth best by repeating it blindly. Truth is learned best by realizing that alternatives are erroneous.

France Taking Command After Breakshit

June 29, 2016

How The Empire Fell:

The Goths, refugees from the Huns, were attacked once on a sweltering 9 August 378 CE by decision of Roman emperor Valens. The Oriental Roman field army was hot, tired, thirsty, after a forced march in the morning. Some of the Roman commanders were arrogant. Rested, the Roman field army would have been invincible. Moreover, the Occidental Roman field army, itself also invincible, if rested, was marching in. But senior emperor Valens was in charge of the Oriental army and his nephew Gratian in charge of the Occidental army, full of Franks.

The Frank Richomeres, head of Gratian imperial guard, sent ahead, told Valens to wait for the second field army (Richomeres would later become Consul, and head of all the Oriental Part of the empire, militarily; as a Frank, and non-Christian, he was refused the purple of an Augustus, yet he had imperium). But Valens wanted a victory of his own (Gratian and other commanders had theirs in preceding months). Valens decided to attack (his mind perhaps afflicted not just by the heat, but also the desire to self-annihilation of old fashion Christianism). His decision was all about hubris. A few hours later, the Oriental Roman field army was mostly annihilated, and Valens was dead.

The Roman state would never recover from this disaster. Twenty-two (22) years later, the Franks were put in charge of the Roman defense of Gallia and Germania (400 CE). Twenty-eight (28) years later, the legions would be withdrawn from Britain, to save money, and hordes of savage Germans would break through the Roman empire, all the way to Africa. The Goths would take Rome, 32 years after the defeat of Hadrianopolis (410 CE). Now Hadrianopolis is a city in Turkey. And Turkey is full of exploding Muslims (mass attack of ISIL/Daesh on Constantinople’s airport, today).

The Franks would exterminate the Goths, 129 years later, and impose the Imperium Francorum over Gallia, Germania, and, soon enough, other regions (Italy, Spain)…

Contempt For France and the Latins:

I was talking Brexit with an American friend with very long blond hair. I told her that, initially the language of the European Community was French rather than English, and that now things would change a bit. She was amused to no end: don’t worry, French is never coming back. Ever. Again. Never.

Her arrogance made me think. Was it Hadrianopolis all over again? I mean, really, why would “Anglo-Saxons” and what I call the West Country Men” mentality, be in natural control of the world? Because they are naturally born killers?

West Country Men mentality, essence of lurid Anglo-Saxonia: Greed is the thinking reed which makes humanity wisely bend, as required by reality. Voltaire thought it was very philosophical to let such a mentality in charge of the World. Well, I don’t.

It’s true, in part, but just in part, that greed as the reed can be useful. Yet, there are many other, even more crucial, dimensions to the human existence.

***

France Is Different:

In the US, and much English imagination, the “Latins” are viewed as bit players. At most good lovers. Yet, in Europe, Spain, Italy, France and their satellites have 200 million people.

The situation of France is peculiar, because this is where the core of the mother civilization was, and rose. France is mother to Britain and the US, secularism, nationalization, mandatory education, and the anti-slavery movement, among others. All that was achieved way back in the past, and cannot be changed, even by Allah. (To finance war against the fanatics of Allah, in the early 700’s, the Franks confiscated all valuable Christian church property, and paid the army with it.)

The English love to talk about the Magna Carta, forgetting that the rebellious barons were French. And when the French Revolution started, the “National Assembly” decided it was a “Constituent Assembly”. Where did that come from? Well what became known as the “National Assembly”, with 578 representatives, had been elected in 1788 CE (a year before the official start of the French Revolution).

The English say: ‘we have this, too, Parliament…” Actually the powers of Parliament were set-up by a Frenchman who wanted to be elected king, way back. The English have Parliament, but it’s not really a National Assembly, as it is entangled with the non-elected “Chamber of Lords”. In 1789 France, the “National Assembly” made a coalition with (most of the) the Catholic church, and ejected the “Chamber of Lords”, never to be seen again.

***

The Mood Of European Unification Has Celto-German, Roman Republican and Frankish Roots:

Who were the Franks? The European Union! Indeed, the Franks were NOT a tribe. They were a “federation”. A number of people who had taken an oath. From foederare (league together) and foedus (covenant, league).

The Salic Law of the Franks was initially written in Latin by Roman lawyers. So not only the Franks were not a tribe, or nation, but they embraced the notion of being endowed by superior ideas, even if they came from others.

When one talks about deep Europe, some go back to Charlemagne. I just showed one has to go five centuries earlier. But one should of course go even earlier. The Celts had a very advanced civilization, ocean trading and more advanced than anywhere else in the world in several technologies. They were hindered by a religion which the Romans destroyed and outlawed (as should be done to some contemporary religions!). Otherwise, the Celto-Germans were pretty much open: they had a secondary cult of Greco-Roman deity, particularly Mercury, the god of trade. Compare with present day Saudi Arabia, which will cut your head off, if you disagree with what they call Allah…

***

Withdrawing England’s Privileges:

The French agreed to Great Britain entry in the European Community, 45 years ago. In retrospect, it may have been a mistake. But who could guess that Britain would be such a bad player? Refusing the free circulation of citizens of the Schengen Treaty, blackmailing for a rebate, organizing tax havens, grabbing most Euro trading, refusing the Euro, while staying inside the European Monetary System to sabotage it, fostering global plutocracy while spreading outrageous lies about the European Union’s alleged lack of democracy?

Britain was needed, because of its heft, and its military power. But the latter, and its connection with morality, has faded in recent years, witness the Assad debacle: the UK Parliament refused to attack plutocrat Assad, because the UK does not attack plutocrats. Great Britain loves plutocrats and especially their money, no questions asked. Due to budget cuts, and ethical cuts, Britain is much less than what it used to be militarily.

The French Republic then is the only significant military power in Europe, and can make Germany pay for it, by running deficits (that’s the implicit accord, obviously).

Europe is just a trading place, say Europhobes. However, it is more. It is a place of solidarity. Solidarity is a better way for interacting harmoniously than hatred and alienation. So, in a spirit of solidarity, and to bring up its abysmal economy, London was enabled to get away with much, enriching itself, impoverishing the others.

After Ejecting UK PM Cameron,

the City of London should no longer be able to clear euro-denominated trades, the French president said on Tuesday, June 29.

François Hollande said at the end of a summit in Brussels where EU elected leaders started trying to consider the wreckage of David Cameron’s referendum catastrophe, that it would be unacceptable for the trading of Euro derivatives and Euro equities to take place in the UK.

“The City, which thanks to the EU, was able to handle clearing operations for the Eurozone, will not be able to do them.  It can serve as an example for those who seek the end of Europe . . . It can serve as a lesson.”

High time. Amen. Let’s do it. Move London over to Paris and Frankfurt.

Brexit Vote Killing Brexit Mood

June 28, 2016

It took 13 years for the Germans of old to realize that the Nazis had lied about all too many things. It took 13 hours for the British to realize that the strident anti-Europeans produced an ocean of lies. And in that ocean Brexiteers swam, claiming they were not really lies, but something else, more substantial. But one can see them, confusing sinking and thinking. Here below will be found a sample of the sort of debate. But first:

Patrice Ayme: Brexit will NOT happen. Keep calm and carry on.

Paul Handover: “Easy to write but impossible to accurately predict. If I were to make a bet it would be that Article 50 is going to happen.”

[Article 50  can be invoked by any European State at any moment, for any reason. It starts a 24 month process at the end of which said State is not a member of the European Union anymore, come what may.]

Patrice Ayme’:  It is so incredibly obvious that there will be another vote. That’s why Labor is in a rush to get rid of Jeremy Corbyn, a notorious Europhobe from 43 years ago. The European Union did not extinguish one person, one vote. Just the opposite. Britain has been made rich, because it was the payment organized mostly by Germany to please Britain and its American owners. Now Germany feels strong enough to follow the more egalitarian French Republic rather than Wall Street and its London pet. The aim was always to construct a Union so strong that it could be not be undone by war, ever again. Those who stand in the way of that ought to be extirpated of all and any decision-making. Let England be the new Norway (Norway pays twice per capita, but had to accept Schengen! It learns of European Union policy through press release, as a common minnow would).

The French Republic Will Be Delighted To Brexit The English Plutocracy. Break Shit All Over, Right On, Guys!

Article 50 of the European Union Constitution, Lisbon Treaty:

1 Any Member State may decide to withdraw from the Union in accordance with its own constitutional requirements.

2 A Member State which decides to withdraw shall notify the European Council of its intention. In the light of the guidelines provided by the European Council, the Union shall negotiate and conclude an agreement with that State, setting out the arrangements for its withdrawal, taking account of the framework for its future relationship with the Union. That agreement shall be negotiated in accordance with Article 218(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. It shall be concluded on behalf of the Union by the Council, acting by a qualified majority, after obtaining the consent of the European Parliament.

3 The Treaties shall cease to apply to the State in question from the date of entry into force of the withdrawal agreement or, failing that, two years after the notification referred to in paragraph 2, unless the European Council[…]

4 For the purposes of paragraphs 2 and 3, the member of the European Council or of the Council representing the withdrawing Member State shall not participate in the discussions of the European Council… in decisions concerning it.

A qualified majority shall be defined in accordance with Article 238(3)(b) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.

5 If a State which has withdrawn from the Union asks to rejoin, its request shall be subject… Patrice: As if it never had been a member (Article 49).

Article 238 (b): “(b) ….”the qualified majority shall be defined as at least 72% of the members of the Council representing Member States comprising at least 65% of the population of these States.”

Practically, in the case of Great Britain, it means that at least 23 European Nation-States representing at least 330 million people have to agree with the exit treaty.

Of course the preceding may as well be Quantum Field Theory for Brexiteers. They know very little beyond the minds plutocratically owned tabloids endowed them with.  They probably don’t know what the “European Council” is. Let me help among Brexiteers those of good will who can read beyond tabloids:

The European Council … is not one of the EU’s legislating institutions, so does not negotiate or adopt EU laws. Instead it sets the EU’s policy agenda, traditionally by adopting ‘conclusions‘ during European Council meetings which identify issues of concern and actions to take.

The members of the European Council are the heads of state or government of the 28 EU member states, the European Council President and the President of the European Commission.

The European Council defines the EU’s overall political direction and priorities

The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy also takes part in European Council meetings when foreign affairs issues are discussed.

Decision-making process: The European Council mostly takes its decisions by consensus. However, in certain specific cases outlined in the EU treaties, it decides by unanimity or by qualified majority.

The number for France is an under-estimate. Many places in France have local English newspapers.

The number for France is an under-estimate. Many places in France have local English newspapers.

The European Institutions are as follows:
Section 1 – The European Parliament (Articles 223-234)
Section 2 – The European Council (Articles 235-236)
Section 3 – The Council (Articles 237-243)
Section 4 – The Commission (Articles 244-250)
Section 5 – The Court of Justice of the European Union (Articles 251-281)
Section 6 – The European Central Bank (Articles 282-284)
Section 7 – The Court of Auditors (Articles 285-287)

Here is a typical opinion of a Brexiteer in response to me.  Nick Brackenbury says: “The British Tabloids don’t get a vote. Her Majesty’s Subjects do. Patrice, the vote produced a majority to leave the European Union. We shall remain as part of Europe and possibly carry on buying French wine, cheese and motor vehicles (we have two Renault). But now none-British people are no longer able to pass Laws that govern British people. Fini!”

French made helicopters and planes will also come in handy, with most of the electronic equipment of the two Queen Elizabeth class aircraft carriers (it’s made by Thales), not to talk of nuclear power plants on order…

Notice in passing how proud some of the British are to be “subjects”. What’s the difference between a subject and a slave? For the slave, one needs a whip, whereas for the subject one needs only a debased perverted sense of pride? Happy to live on one’s knees, in front of a man-made deity? I wrote the following rejoinder:

Her Majesty’s slaves got their minds made up by tabloids owned by global plutocrats, for example the liar Murdoch and his lying papers. Non-British people have NEVER passed British laws. Learn. Please try to stop reading tabloids and, or listening to tabloid puppets.

Some will chuckle that the term “slave” may be a bit strong, that I do not appreciate the pride of being owned by another human being whom one reveres, like the dog reveres his master, and the Briton, his queen, and his princess, and his prince. A real fairy tale, Britain, I tell you. Complete with tax evading queen.

But slavery made Britain, and, especially America. Like in the US of A. No, this is not an allusion to the Franks retaking Britain from those who had invaded it, and liberating the slaves there, in 1066 CE.

No, it’s an allusion to how English America was made: by condemning vagrants to death, and then proposing to them deportation instead of the rope. How come that did not happen in France? Simply put, France was, and, de facto, is, much more civilized: in France peasants owned their land. However small. In Britain, they did not. Instead plutocrats employed them as quasi slaves.

The Brits are still slaves, in the sense that they do not own their land. All land in the United Kingdom is still “held of the Crown” in England and Wales and other jurisdictions in the Commonwealth realms. There is no “Allodial Title” in these desperate places. Something related to having a monarch, and being “subjects”. Exception exists, for example in parts of Australia (held by the original inhabitants). Owners of houses and businesses and the like within the United Kingdom are merely granted the use of the land by the reigning monarch, and are subject to return the land to the monarch if called to do so.

Amusingly, allodium, in earlier Latin alodis, alaudes, is already recognized in the early Salic law (circa 507–596 CE). Muslim law is often more than 13 centuries late (Islam recognizes slavery, which was abolished in Salic Law just when the Islamist empire was created, circa 650 CE). Here we see that English civilization is around 15 centuries late.

Nick Brackenbury:”Patrice, I don’t read tabloids. The Vote to Leave is done. Stop being a bad loser. When we joined the EC it was a Trading Community, now it is a controlling political movement. We like one person, one vote to count, and not be instructed by foreigners. Perhaps we are different. I often think of how the Euro Group of countries have treated Greece. Soon Italy, Portugal, Spain, Ireland. Many areas with over 50% unemployed, no investment, no attention to the young. Junckers is a joke, we fight wars to get rid of people like him. This time it just took a vote.”

To this Dominique Deux correctly replied: “When we joined the EC it was a Trading Community”

Yup, and moving to an ever closer union, as was EXPLICITLY stated when you voted to join. Vote as you like, but those of you who keep whining that you ONLY voted for a Common Market are liars. Then as now, now as ever. Or if not liars, suckers… then as now… now as ever.”

More than 43 years ago, in a referendum, the French population, one person, one vote, voted to let Great Britain in the European Community. Then Britain’s Parliament and government joined the European Community EVER CLOSER UNION. Within three years, Britain tried to get out, conducted a referendum, and voted to stay in.

The European construction, ever since 1948 was for an EVER CLOSER UNION. The European UNION was/is just part of it. The idea was to make war between Francia and Germania forever impossible. Economics was just one of several means to achieve this. There was a complete trade union before August 1914. Did not work too well.

Tabloids, and tabloid strength minds opted to believe that the UNION was a “bloc” or a “club”. And that this “club” was just about trade. That was a total lie. It was an EVER CLOSER Union.

I am no bad loser. The Brexiteers are bad winners. They are winners who can’t win. Their ship of lies is disintegrating for all to see. The Brexiteers’ win at the voting booth was the best way to insure the defeat of Brexit in the real world. Thankfully, it’s giving an opening for true Europeans to kick Britain out of the EMU (European MONETARY Union).

The fact so many Brexiteers, such as Nick above, think foreigners pass BRITISH laws, a 100% UNTRUTH, tabloid strength, is rather typical. It is actually astounding to see clever, well-informed, worldly and multicivilizational individuals such as Chris Snuggs, believing 100% such lies. On the positive side, it makes my study of fanaticism, Nazism, Jihadism, Stalinism, and other public mania so much easier.

The whole Brexit thing being such a silly thing. Britain will now leave Europe. Right. Keep calm and carry on. Sail east of New Zealand? Hahaha.

The English suffers from their home-made plutocracy… And accuse foreigners. Another of my correspondents, the English-born and tremendously educated, US biology professor Karen Eilbeck wrote:

“Reflecting on my trip back to the UK, I feel quite sad. It is easy to fly the St George cross out of your bedroom window and blame others for your state of affairs but harder to actually do some positive and impactful. Start with something small. Pick up the rubbish. When I see my home strewn with garbage, it hurts. Don’t stop to blame anyone. Take the initiative. Do something. I promise, it will make you feel better, and it will make those around you feel better and maybe everyone will be a little less depressed.”

Please read my essay especially around Martin Wolff’s considerations, which I have long written about. But now that the Financial Times says what I said, it should be right. Fix English plutocracy and its addiction to immigration of savage people and stolen, tax evading capital.

Meanwhile start by getting out of the European Monetary Union. Sunday, Iceland kicked England out of the European soccer cup. Today was the day the unworthy Cameron was kicked out of, and by, an exasperated EU. Tomorrow the Europe of 27 Nation-States meets and decides.

On the EVER CLOSER UNION. The Ever Closer FEDERAL Union of 27 Nation-States (with Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Montenegro and Kosovo taking orders; the last two use the Euro, the former two obey and contribute).

Europe is a matter of war, not trade.

If Great Britain cannot play democratic, or does not want to, it will still have to take orders from the democratic European Union, just like Morocco does, and for the same reasons. Guess what? The time to get rid of these tax havens which have enriched British plutocracy so much, has finally arrived! And let’s see how well the City of London does, when all Euro trading is done in the Euro Zone. No wonder the French are pressing to get Great Britain out ASAP. The UK Prime Minister has been asked to get out of Brussels for the European Union meeting of June 29, 2016.

A Union with disunited lunatics having surreal visions made little sense, indeed. It also means that the French Republic is effectively ejecting Great Britain out of the European Union, without waiting for the ignorant Britons and their tabloid addicted brains, to realize the enormous extent of the tremendous error they made. Half of the art of war is the surprise element: at Waterloo, Napoleon got surprised by the Prussian army. With Brexit, the Brexiteers are surprised. To their surprise, they found that they did not want to really leave, at least not now. And it turns out, second big surprise, that France wants them out, now.

Brexit’s Engine Of Lies Enlightens Us

June 25, 2016

Abstract: The mood that led to Brexit is silly, racist, xenophobic, infuriated and infuriating, irrational and hopeless. However, that mood blossomed from perfectly understandable reasons. So it has an emotional logic that the logic of simple statistics do not carry. One perfectly understandable reason is that British leaders (Thatcher, Major, Blair, Brown) were firmly hell-bent to make Britain into Europe’s superpower (not bad for a country which started with a GDP smaller than Italy). So these UK Prime Ministers got people and money wherever, by whatever means, possible: the most primitive manual workers, and the worst tyrants’ stolen wealth were equally welcome, no questions asked.

That flood of people and money worked well, until it became intolerable to the original English population, which was priced-out, and told centuries of civilization should go to the trashcan, to leave space to savages and plutocrats. PM Cameron promised to stop this satanic immigration machine (of people, plutocrats, tax havens, and capital), but he could not (in great part because he confused legal European immigration and immigration of illegal savages).

One mean for plutocrats to control the world is rule and divide, and the instrument of that has been to accept so-called “multiculturalism”, which says that Western democracy is not superior to the savagery of the past. According to multiculturalism, Pashtun ethics, and local Sharia, local Muslim law, is just as good as 27 centuries of refined Roman Republican law. You can see below Obama blatantly imposing the mood that multiculturalism is good, by advertising for Islam and…tax avoidance.

The present US administration enabled and promoted a crafty, entangled empire of spying, tax-avoidance, deep US state, which is starting to enrage much of the West. Indeed, the English have had enough of this circus of exploitation they are submitted to. One can’t blame them. Too bad the European Union’s plutophile leadership has been all too much of a pseudo-innocent bystander. And by “innocent” I do not mean just morally clueless, but also mentally retarded. In that sense, Brexit spearheads a fully justified rebellion which is not just good, but desperately needed. What is now needed is to divert that energy towards the correct targets, and that means to foster the noble and necessary Union Of Europe, while keeping multiculturalism withing strict Republican guidelines.

THE PSEUDO-DIVERSITY MACHINE AND HOW IT EXPLOITS PEOPLE:

So much to talk about, in connection with Brexit! A notion of democracy, identifying it with nationalism was brandished, as if self-obvious. Actually, identifying democracy and nationalism is as wrong as wrong can be. This is one of the most interesting lies which have fed Brexit. But there has been more, lies which have actually brought Britain to the sorry state of hateful division it now festers in. One lie has been that Britain is the second power in Europe, soon to be the first. It’s the attempt to turn that lie into a truth, which disintegrated Britain, as I will show below.

That England outside of London, and some large cities, voted to leave the European Union, was not surprising: Britain got in the EEC (predecessor of the EU), 43 years ago. However, it soon got cold feet. Thus Britain conducted a referendum, 40 years ago, to check whether it wanted to be in Europe, or not (yes, I know, the whole idea is ludicrous: anybody looking at a map can see that Britain is in Europe).

Here is a telling detail: the present leader of the official Labor campaign to “Remain”, in 2016, was, in 1976, AGAINST Europe (when his party was for Europe)! And he did not change. Indeed Jeremy Corbyn said, ten days before the vote, that Britain could not control its immigration problem if it stayed inside the EU. That’s hogwash (France and Germany could control their immigration, and still can; see below Martin Wolff of the Financial Times agreeing with that point of view I long-held). But that hogwash is also the UK Independence Party’s number one argument.

What infuriates, and should infuriate, those who voted for Brexit is exemplified by the following picture. One can see the president of the USA sitting, just after Brexit, with a number of picturesque characters. There is the Muslim woman, advertising her submissive religion, with her giant scarf. Imagine a Christian woman, sitting with a cross a foot long hanging from her neck, next to the US president: people would feel that’s ridiculous. So are submissively dressed women the future? The future of England, Mr. President? That’s what that Muslim woman flaunts. Don’t worry for this oppressed minority: she sits next to Obama because she is a founder, CEO, and probably the latest master spy produced by the NSA-Silicon Valley Entrepreneurship bandwagon. Other people in the panel are the symbolic black, the symbolic woman, and the 50 billion dollar billionaire who could not get a degree, and became hyper rich by ruining England (because Zuck extracted wealth from England, by the billions, selling their information, among other things).

Go On With This Diversity Circus Of Tax Evading Manipulative Spies, and Don't Be Surprised If A White Fascist Backlash Develops, Brexit Style, and Worse, All Over The West

Go On With This Diversity Circus Of Tax Evading Manipulative Spies, and Don’t Be Surprised If A White Fascist Backlash Develops, Brexit Style, and Worse, All Over The West

The preceding is just a panel of lies, just like the Inquisition would put on first stage giant crosses, and innocent children, to proclaim its purity. (Notice that, in the panel above, Trump is on the record protesting the advertising for Islam, and the mass tax evasion of the tech monopolies the US deep state, and Obama, have come to depend upon; Trump has explicitly declared they will have to pay taxes under his reign. Those monopolies have contributed to ruin deep England.)

This is a well-known tactic used by Inquisition, Wahhabis, Stalinists, and others mad with absolute power that:”I want to save you, so I will kill you out of compassion.” It makes them feel good about themselves, while disarming their opposition by claiming to act out of love, not hatred.

The main actors of the EU vote in Britain all hated the European UNION, but some of them hid it by making non-sensical statements: it was just a “club”. Or just a “block”. Or voting “Leave”  would adversely affect the price of housing… When, precisely, the extravagant price of housing was one of the main griefs of those who wanted to vote against the EU.

The main engine of the anti-EU vote was racism (some of it, well justified! Oopss!). Suppose that, in France, to appease the French National Front, the president decided to hold a referendum on “French Independence” and then argued obsessively about it with the head of the National Front. That’s what just happened in Britain, and worse, because no national French political figure ever had as a fanatical anti-Europe position as Nigel Farage, or Jeremy Corbyn did.

Strikingly, in his victory speech, UKIP’s Farage imitated Hitler’s oratory style, complete with yelling in a syncopated fashion with a gaping mouth, as Adolf used to. This is getting better all the time.

Karen Eilbeck, a British national, and university biology professor in the USA, told me:”I think you mean worse. Gets worse all the time.”

No, I was trying to affect an ironical, cool, British like sense of humor. Sorry if I failed. Farage’s discourse, in content and manner, was strikingly Hitler-like. He even used Hitler’s big lie technique that:”We achieved this without firing a bullet”… exactly a week after MP Jo Cox got three bullets drilled into her, by an anti-European fanatic owner of a cherished Hitler manuscript.

BRITAIN, OR THE FROG WHO WANTED TO BE BIGGER THAN THE OX:

Martin Wolff, the respected (in financial, economic and plutocratic circles) columnist of the Financial Times opined that:

“Cameron the prime minister, took a huge gamble and lost. The fearmongering of Boris Johnson, Michael Gove, Nigel Farage, The Sun and the Daily Mail has won. The UK, Europe, the west and the world are, this morning, damaged. The UK is diminished and will, quite possibly, end up divided. Europe has lost its second-biggest and most outward-looking power.”

The last few words are sheer propaganda: in which sense is Britain “second-biggest”? In BS? Because it’s not in population (France is larger: up to 70 million belong to families who can partake in French elections, by contrast with less than 65 million in Britain).

OK, the UK is second biggest in military might: France has more nukes, and more vectors for said nukes, all made in France, not bought in the USA, and France has nuclear armed supersonic stand-off missiles that even the US does not have, and the world’s most silent submarines (said even the US military). This means that France has hundreds of nuclear vectors, some strategic nuclear subs, some attack nuclear subs, Barracuda class, some supersonic stealth bombers. Whereas the UK has just four nuclear strategic submarines with US rockets on board.

And France uses her military might by conducting wars in many more countries than Britain. If Britain had joined France against Assad, the US would not have chickened out, Assad would have been eliminated, and there would be no Syrian refugee crisis.

“Second-biggest”? A lie has been circulating in pluto media circles that British GDP is much higher than France. But it’s just a lie contradicted by IMF, World Bank and CIA data. France’s GDP is actually higher. France has also a much more diversified, modern and efficient economy.

Of countless such lies was the mood that Britain was superior yet tortured by the European Union arose. So here we see Wolff decrying something with logic, which he contradicts by building a mood adverse to it.

Only the UK scientific sector, which gets 16% of EU science subsidies when Britain pays only 11% of the EU budget, is world class. British science is clearly the best in Europe, on a par, or better, than French or German science.

Having made a offrand to British bigotry, and delirious self-satisfaction, Martin Wolff proceeds to say a few true, and relevant truths:

“The hinge between the EU and the English-speaking powers has been snapped. This is quite probably the most significant event in British history since the second world war. It could mark an important moment in the west’s retreat from globalisation. It is, above all, a victory of the disappointed and fearful over those confident in the UK’s ability to adapt to change and lead in Europe.

The geography of the outcome reveals that this has also been a revolt of the provinces against a prosperous and globalised London. It is also a revolt against the establishment — political, economic and commercial. Meanwhile, those who consider themselves losers and those who resent the changes in their country, notably the mass immigration, have won.”

Something that made England so much feeling like the “second-biggest” power in Europe, has been, precisely, this sudden and irresponsible mass immigration: London is one of the largest French cities has claimed, rather inaccurately, Boris Johnson (ex-mayor of London and next British PM) .

Wolff again:“Yet the UK might not be the last country to suffer such an earthquake. Similar movements of the enraged exist elsewhere, notably in the US, with the rise of Donald Trump, France, with the rise of Marine Le Pen, and even Germany, with the rise of Alternative for Germany. Others might follow. But, in an act of terrible self-mutilation, the UK has led.”

As I said, the French right-wingers are not dumb enough to give Le Pen a referendum. Moreover, she is a lawyer, not a professional money changer like Farage. Farage, per his employment and his family background, believes in plutocratic finance as an ultimate good.

In Italy, last Sunday, the “Five Star Movement” got two young women elected. One, 37, is now mayor of Rome, the other, 31, mayor of Turin. Italy has its own change of Constitution referendum coming, and it does not look good for Mateo Renzi, its young PM (although older than the chicks above).  What is nice in the passage below is that Wolff lays the blame at the feet of Tony Blair, as I said long ago, and that’s entirely accurate. The European Union had nothing to do with it. And it’s that Blair policy which inflated Britain… And made it nearly the “second-biggest power” in the EU:

“It is one of the great ironies that Tony Blair’s Labour government, with its decision to open the UK at once to migration from the new members of the EU, paved the way to an outcome that will horrify him and his erstwhile colleagues. It is now clear that the failure to introduce safeguards on migration when opening the EU to newer and far poorer members was a mistake. But that is ancient history. Its impact cannot be reversed.”

The French government has been struggling mightily to mitigate such immigration, while Britain did the exact opposite, in its single-minded effort to become the biggest European power. Blair “New Labor” was just new plutocracy. Now it can be seen, even by those long blind.

Instead of becoming the biggest power in Europe, Great Britain will now burn and explode.

Except, of course, if Great Britain is asked to vote again. Don’t underestimate Boris Johnson. Not only does he speak perfect French (learned in Brussels as his dad worked in the EU!), but he wrote, a few months ago, an editorial supporting :Remain” before realizing that supporting “Leave” would make him British PM.

Lies can catch up. Sometimes, thirteen hundred years pass by and the lies are still strong, and suck all the air out of democracy, as in the case of Islam. Sometimes the lies rule for only thirteen years, as they did in the case of Nazism. It all depends. In part upon the fortunes of arms. One thing is sure, though: history, propelled by technology, is going ever faster.

So there Obama was, talking next to a woman with a blatant Muslim religious symbol all over her head and shoulders, religiously listening to the spymaster Zuckerberg, a college dropout worth little more than 50 billion dollars. Zuck went on and on, speaking of power and money, and was thunderously applauded for his trite comments on how conspiracies bring people together. All lies. And lies not understood very well yet.

But those who voted Brexit, seeing this scene, would seethe with anger, and rightly so: Facebook is a lie, the woman with the Muslim scarf is a lie, the wealth of Zuck rests on lies and crimes (not paying taxes), etc. And why is all of this imposed by the leader of the so-called free world? Zuckenberg pointed out that Obama would soon wear a T-shirt, a not so subtle allusion that, within a few months, Obama is nothing, and his creature, Zuck, stronger than ever. Why all this multiculturalism and all this plutocracy to break the English’s honest to goodness civilization? Precisely to break it. And replace it by oligarchy, and that supreme form thereof, plutocracy. What else? And the Brexiteer English are not wrong. This is exactly what is going on. And those who feel like voting for Trump no doubt feel the same…
