Does Clinton Corruption Matter?

Clinton Foundations (yes, there are two!) helped Clinton as a presidential candidate (be it just with taxpayer paid travel in the best accommodations). The Foundations were entangled with the State Department. It is 99% probable that at least five countries had full access to State Department mail, thanks to Clinton’s private server. Clinton knew the debate questions in excruciating details (proven for one debate), that’s how she beat Sanders. Ethics up, guys!

A typical answer came from a Clinton fanatic, Mike Griffith: “So what. We just need to stop Trump. Right, Patrice? I’m alright with a little corruption. I’m sure Hillary is no angel, nor her husband, nor George Bush (probably the worse of the bunch / not to mention Cheney).”

That was part of various exchanges, where I got most of the insults in the book, hurled my way (it just wakes me up, better than my tenth cup of coffee). I replied that: You need to stop plutocracy. Good luck doing it with a genius of qui pro quo such as Hillary, who transformed $1,000 into six figures, supposedly all by her little self, when she was in her twenties, playing cattle futures. Actually she was not playing the futures, the lawyer for Tyson Foods, Arkansas’ main employer, was “playing” them for her. Specialists have evaluated her trading success as one chance in 31 trillions. It was obviously a back payment for service rendered… or expected. Did I mention the obvious? Her husband and presumed accomplice, was governor of Arkansas. Yes, corruption grows with the years, especially when one got away with it.

I am not particularly for Trump (I used to be against Trump, decades ago, but now we have much worse under our eyes, and experienced much more wicked minds). However I am aware of extremely damaging laws which attack fundamental liberties of simple people (such as Obama’s great invention to terrorize little guys who dare to travel a bit, FATCA; I will speak of FATCA in detail some other day, it is exemplary of the viciousness of so-called “Democrats”).

I am more for democracy and truth than for anything else. It is funny to see a bunch of Clinton fanatics insulting other people, or even democracy, in the rabid hope that all what Clinton propagandists, who happen to be the standard plutocratic propagandists, brandish as truth, is all true: if Trump did not exist, the USA would be OK.

Those anti-Trump haters did not notice that Trump never ran for office before. Nor did they notice that Bill Clinton ran for Congress in 1974,  That was 42 years ago. This is a Clinton world we are living in, not Trump’s.

Carter Declared Secret War To Afghanistan On July 3, 1979. Clinton Would Pursue It, And Attack Iraq, Too. Why Do We Need Such Warlords, Deciding Of Life And Death, To Overlord US?

Carter Declared Secret War To Afghanistan On July 3, 1979. Clinton Would Pursue It, And Attack Iraq, Too. Why Do We Need Such Warlords, Deciding Of Life And Death, To Overlord US?

Now for the bigger question:

***

Does Some Corruption In The Leaders Of The Republic Matter?

The answer is that it all depends of what the alleged corruption is, who, and what for. Corruption of the spirit of the Roman Republic was alleged against the Gracchi, because they did not follow traditional procedures when passing their anti-plutocratic laws. A detailed examination of the circumstances show that complaint was unfounded, considering what was at stake: the Gracchi tried desperately to stop the plutocratization of the Roman Republic. They had good reason to believe the plutocrats were playing dirty, because they were. Ultimately, the Gracchi laws passed, the Gracchi were assassinated, and the anti-plutocracy laws were not enforced.

Similarly, corruption was alleged against Caesar. It was both true, and irrelevant: Caesar was going to leave at the head of the greatest army Rome ever had, to subdue Persia, just as Alexander had done before, swing through the Caucasus, and subdue Germany from behind. Had Caesar succeeded, the Roman Republic could have survived, and taken the world over. However, the plutocrats who assassinated Caesar feared a triumph of the Republic more than anything else. So they killed a departing Caesar.

What we have now in the USA is an extremely dangerous form of corruption:

***

Corporate Fascism Serves Its Servants Well:

How did Mussolini, Hitler, Franco, get to power? With the help from major US corporations and their leading plutocrats. This is what the official history books do not want you to suspect.

Under Obama, extending a movement well launched by the Clintons’ repeal of the Banking Act of 1933, corporate fascism has been allowed to run rampant.

The present US system is the most corrupt in the history of the world, if measured by size alone (just like we are the richest people who ever lived, as measured by GDP and my own AWE).

Obama has advantaged what one should call the Obama corporations. All the Obama corporations pay little, or no taxes: Apple, Facebook, Google, Amazon, GE, etc. Obama corporations have the full might and so-called “justice” of the United States of America behind them. What, who pays for that? The little guys, worldwide.

“Friends” such as Mike Griffith, above, have scoffed:”Why to give up power?” The reason to not gather too much power on the few is equality (at least of opportunity), without which there is no democracy. And if there is less democracy, there is less mental power, thus less power, even less economic and social power, period. As Obama corporations are advantaged, little guys, including the engineers and scientists who make the system innovative, suffer, shrivel, and disappear. Obama may think, in his naivety, that Elon Musk is a great scientist, and needs billions of state aid, but Musk is actually nothing important for innovation. The guys who design electronic chips are much more important. And such people are decimated by the system Obama and the pro-plutocratic Supreme Court have set-up. They are reduced to bankruptcy. The corruption in the present regime extends all the way down the justice system. Federal judges can take decisions in favor of giant corporations, and even refuse to make them pay what a jury has decided they should pay. Then underhanded pressure make the lawyers of the little guys go away, and the Judge accepts a job in one of said corporations I saw the situation from distance zero; obviously I am going to give no names, you are not just talking about ruin here, but much more definitive solutions. Speaking of that, at distance zero too, I was told of direct death threats in the realm of a joint private-public employment. This entanglement of deadly corruption started with racist president Wilson, through the likes of Prescott Bush, Brown, Brother Harriman, Dulles Brothers, and all the plutos higher in the chain of command. We are now in generation five or so. Obamacare was written by Sen. Baucus a fifth generation Pluto, etc… The Clinton are low level puppets of that monstrosity. However top notch lawyers know they set up systems to kill thousands (legally, through mock drug charges).

When The Big Guy Is Free To Terrorize the Little Guy, You Get Persia, Not Athenian Greece:

When the Macedonian (that is Macedonian plutocracy) led army defeated Achaemenid  Persia, the Macedonians and their Greek contingents were stunned by the advanced Persian civilization. The freeway system was stunning (in the gigantic empire, news took just a week). The buildings of Babylon, with its suspended gardens, or of Persepolis, with its gigantic palaces, were stunning. The Persians were highly sophisticated. Laws were intricate, administration superb.

So why was Persia not more advanced than Greece, but a retard, instead?

Liberty, Equity, Equality. Greece was not perfect that way, far from it. But it was much better. So innovation was Greek, just as it had been Sumerian, Egyptian and Cretan earlier. And for the same reason.

In Persia, oligarchies were enabled to gather overwhelming power. They were headed by “Satraps”. Thus the little guys got crushed.

All together, the little minds of the little guys gather more mind than the few minds of a few Satraps.

The Clintons and Obama (let alone the crazed like a fox G.W. Bush) want us to live little lives, when they live big, harnessing the state. But you would have had to experience a keen interest in history since the day before yesterday to know this. But you did not. Because like Obama, you had only passion for the Chicago Cubs and the like (Obama tweets about this sort of brain-dead material all the time). Having passion for nothing is not worth it, and it creates dead minds, fit for slaves.

So yes, Clinton corruption matters.

And this time, it is not just about the USA, or the West, or even civilization. It’s about the planet.

Yes, I know, they accuse Trump. Trump was not in power, guys.

The Clintons were.

America is under Pluto. Europe is under Pluto. China may be going there unless the Communist Party performs a miracle that seems unlikely. Parliament may overrule the will of the people in Britain so Pluto may reign. (The Economist’s endorsement of Hillary was particularly nauseating–“keeping fingers crossed.” Trump is a choirboy compared to the Clintons.) The technology of oppression has never been stronger, better, less obtrusive, more lethal. A Dark Age may be upon us. The next ten or fifteen years will tell.
War fever and arrogance are consuming the Western Pluto’s. They could bring the world’s judgment down on us rather quickly. The end of empire is ugly.

The atrocious hysteria against Trump is a sight to behold. Today a friend was telling me how Trump hated Mexicans, women and foreigners. I asked for a quote, stuff Trump said. She could not come up with ONE SINGLE example. She told me everybody knew that. Then she stormed out, huffing and puffing. It is sheer madness. No conversation about Trump’s proposal to enforce anti-trust law. For Democrats, it is all about sex and racism. They should read Freud, find out it’s all about their obsessions

There is serious madness out there, as my commentator/friend Gmax said

Congress runs the USA. For example Congress + Senate overruled a few weeks ago, Obama about allowing US citizens to sue Saudi Arabia about 9/11. Clinton was a politician, he learned to kiss ass with the powers that be in 1974. (And even before that.)

FBI finds emails related to Hillary Clinton’s State Department tenure
Last Updated Nov 3, 2016 7:54 PM EDT

The FBI has found emails related to Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state on the laptop belonging to the estranged husband of Huma Abedin, Anthony Weiner, according to a U.S. official.

These emails, CBS News’ Andres Triay reports, are not duplicates of emails found on Secretary Clinton’s private server. At this point, however, it remains to be seen whether these emails are significant to the FBI’s investigation into Clinton. It is also not known how many relevant emails there are.

Are you saying Drumpf is too incompetent or too perversely self-interested to turn pluto? Is there anything about him that would not grab at a chance to be paid well for playing along? THe rage against all things Clinton seems to be your argument.
Clinton would not be the only one to fall to temptation. Drumpf has not shown himself to hold much regard for the common man but has been an effective marketer. He is all about money so hard to see him turning away from plutocracy- it has been good to him.
Essentially you are saying anyone but HRC because of one reason- plutocracy. Not so much on how Drumpf would somehow reverse the trend. He is all over the place on issues and has flip flopped repeatedly except that he will make US “great” again. At least Sanders and Warren hold some sway over HRC.

    Like

    • Patrice Ayme Says:

Sanders and Warren have no sway over HRC. I don’t trust Warren as much as I used to. Sanders, true, could lead an important commitee in the Senate. However, the fact that the Democratic establishment rigged the debates, tells volumes. That Podesta character was highest level in the Obama adminstration, and he received emails which certainly broke the spirit of the law in a democracy. Instead of firing a blast against the head of the Dem party who had sent him these emails, he was content to get more.

I have no illusion: HRC will win, she has the world plutocracy behind her. I am preparing tomorrow’s war. Against plutocracy. Trump has already made his billions. Trump (the changed the family name several generations ago, BTW) has been a rebel against the plutocratic establishment since the early 1970s, he is a kind of Bob Dylan (changed his name himself from Zimmerman) of the plutocrats. Precisely because he had to suffer anti-German racism.

Anyway, it’s hard to reason with people like HRC who is angry at Trump because Trump was notoriously angry at Reagan as early as 1987, when Reagan was president. I deeply dislike and despise Reagan (I have even stronger words inside). HRC, Obama, admire Reagan. Most “reasonable” people admire Reagan. Most enraged Trump supporters nowadays used to vote for Reagan, or their parents did. At least those have seen the light.

For me the fight, the war started before World War One. Actually it is president Wilson, a hyper racist, probably the most racist US president, if not the most racist leader of the West, ever (and I know of Hitler), who launched the Dulles Brothers (one of which led the JFK solution). Some scoff, they say, oh, well, then the US leads. No: plutocracy leads. Global plutocracy.
I am anti-nationalist. However plutocracy is worse than nationalism. Trump is nationalist, HRC, plutocratic. Racist Wilson proposed to the Kaiser an alliance of the superior white race against the French. He did not understand that he had proposed a plutocratic alliance against the Republic.

Yes, I know, maybe one day that we will be taught as obvious history. But not so if plutocrats are ever more in power.

Hillary knows very well that the same people funding her are funding the Islamist State. Probably makes her and Abedin laugh, far from microphones.

Reagan is not to be admired , but neither is Trump. He is likely to the GOP Congress whatever it wants. Not much of a stand against plutocracy. As I said your position is any one but HRC even a nationalist whiner like Trump. Sanders was an outside in the party and it is not surprising that the organization worked against him whereas HRC has been with the party for decades. Not that it was “fair” but it was hardball politics over “democracy”. Sanders could have run as a third party candidate- as unwinnable as that would be in the two party system. Trump ran back and forth on the political aisles and saw the Tea Party/establishment rift as an opening. That situation was not an available option for Sanders.

“My analysis is that Trump would not be permitted to win. Why do I say that? Because he has had every establishment off his side. Trump does not have one establishment, maybe with the exception of the Evangelicals, if you can call them an establishment,” said Assange. “Banks, intelligence, arms companies, foreign money, etc. are all united behind Hillary Clinton. Trump has held some of the opinions he has since the 1970s (against PC) or the 1980s (against globalization). One has to respect that: he was an innovator.

We are told all the times people who are not great (Krugman, Obama, maybe Dylan) are immensely great, we are coakroaches. Their ideas are everything, we are nothing. Well, on globalization, I think Trump is a giant, and Krugman and his flea Obama, is a coakroach.

Make no mistake: I am as international and transnational as they come. So is Trump (look at his exotic wives, his children brought up in FRANCE). What Krugman and Obama want is global plutocratization. That’s what they suck. Well, enough with those leeches.

PA, bravo! First let me say, I deeply support your comments over the past few days about the upcoming election. In my opinion you are right-on when it comes to forewarning us about what HRC stands for.
For me, what it comes down to, is a choice between continued, horrible subservience to the plutocratic wolves in sheep’s clothing (Obama-Clinton) vs. an unruly violent mob, led by mobster (Trump) who will more likely act as puppet to Paul Ryan & the Heritage foundation, than to do the hard work to prepare his own self-governing ideas.
It appears to me that one side will allow the continued oppression against the common people by corporations in collusion with law enforcement agencies; the other side will tolerate having the rogue and racist elements within law enforcement to stand aside, or in some cases to accommodate, the violent acts of some US citizens against other citizens.
For myself, as a puny, nearly powerless voter, who feels we are seeing the end of any hope for making adjustments to the US non-representational parliamentary system – the question is, how best can I find a way to give one side or the other a “black eye”? Is there a way that I can vote for that which is closer to allowing the last pieces of democracy to proceed, and not give more power to the dissolution of respect for the US constitution in the way shown recently by elements of the FBI and its director? My vote will be in hopes that we can give some time and breathing room toward the fermentation and trickle-up of Bernie’s ideals, and for getting those ideals into more minds which are coming online in the next few years.

Trump’s boldest proposals are building the wall and deporting 12 million Mexicans and enacting a tariff of 35% on goods from companies that move overseas. Congress will be controlled by Paul Ryan who said that reading Ayn Rand was a religious experience for him. He’s completely against all non-military government spending and against all interference in markets. So those Trump proposals will not be passed by Congress. However Ryan will pass Trump’s proposed massive tax cuts for the richest plutocrats.

Hillary stated in the debate that she will expand Social Security and make rich people like her and Trump pay for it. She also proposed increasing the inheritance tax on billionaires from 40% to 60%. Based on those two items alone, I had no choice but to vote for Hillary. What are your sources for your tax statements about Trump? Trump has long held the positions below, sometimes for decades (when he was a democrat, up to 5 years ago, and he realized Clinton=Obama lied). Here it is, direct from Trump’s site :

      DONALD J. TRUMP’S VISION

Reduce taxes across-the-board, especially for working and middle-income Americans who will receive a massive tax reduction.
Ensure the rich will pay their fair share, but no one will pay so much that it destroys jobs or undermines our ability to compete.
Eliminate special interest loopholes, make our business tax rate more competitive to keep jobs in America, create new opportunities and revitalize our economy.
Reduce the cost of childcare by allowing families to fully deduct the average cost of childcare from their taxes, including stay-at-home parents.
Read the Fact Sheet on Donald J. Trump’s Tax Policy, here.

Read Mr. Trump’s Remarks at the Detroit Economic Club and the New York Economic Club.

      TAX LAW CHANGES

The Trump Plan will revise and update both the individual and corporate tax codes:

      Individual Income Tax

      Tax rates

The Trump Plan will collapse the current seven tax brackets to three brackets. The rates and breakpoints are as shown below. Low-income Americans will have an effective income tax rate of 0. The tax brackets are similar to those in the House GOP tax blueprint.

Brackets & Rates for Married-Joint filers:
      Less than $75,000: 12%
More than $75,000 but less than $225,000: 25%
      More than $225,000: 33%
*Brackets for single filers are ½ of these amounts

The Trump Plan will retain the existing capital gains rate structure (maximum rate of 20 percent) with tax brackets shown above. Carried interest will be taxed as ordinary income.

The 3.8 percent Obamacare tax on investment income will be repealed, as will the alternative minimum tax.

      Deductions

The Trump Plan will increase the standard deduction for joint filers to $30,000, from $12,600, and the standard deduction for single filers will be $15,000. The personal exemptions will be eliminated as will the head-of-household filing status.

In addition, the Trump Plan will cap itemized deductions at $200,000 for Married-Joint filers or $100,000 for Single filers.

      Death Tax

The Trump Plan will repeal the death tax, but capital gains held until death and valued over $10 million will be subject to tax to exempt small businesses and family farms. To prevent abuse, contributions of appreciated assets into a private charity established by the decedent or the decedent’s relatives will be disallowed.

      Childcare

Americans will be able to take an above-the-line deduction for children under age 13 that will be capped at state average for age of child, and for eldercare for a dependent. The exclusion will not be available to taxpayers with total income over $500,000 Married-Joint /$250,000 Single, and because of the cap on the size of the benefit, working and middle class families will see the largest percentage reduction in their taxable income.

The childcare exclusion would be provided to families who use stay-at-home parents or grandparents as well as those who use paid caregivers, and would be limited to 4 children per taxpayer. The eldercare exclusion would be capped at $5,000 per year. The cap would increase each year at the rate of inflation.

enforcement of tax laws is a major problem- IRS seems stymied by corporate tactics and no one is stepping up to the plate. SEC situation is much the same. laws without enforcement are useless. unless executive branch moves towards enforcing laws against plutocratic corporate interests the laws mean nothing.

Well, as I said: US law says Apple should pay 35% tax. French Law Says: Apple should pay 33% (to be reduced in future to 25%, by law voted by ruling French socialists. Trump suggested the same rate, which makes him a French socilaist by that measure!) European Law says that Apple CANNOT pay less than 12.5% tax. Steve Jobs said to Irish leaders: I am rich, you want to be rich, what about 1% tax on Apple worldwide income?
Then the EU finally wakes up, 2 decades later, and asks for payment of very recent tax. Then Obama threatens EU. EU scoffs. Within a week, Obama strikes Deutsche Bank with exactly same amount, as a fine (for 2008). Fact is Obama administration is completely rotten. The TPP text was just released, it’s madness (coming in today’s essay).

What happened to your daily blast against the establishment? You and WikiLeaks are doing a good demolition job against those plutocrats who hold the media. Hurry up, the election is coming, and the low lives who are so into politics now will not care less after Tuesday. Another blast against Clinton, please!

I am getting seriously tired of Clinton’s ridiculous antics. This week she flaunted her relationship with allegedly attempted murderess, Venezuelan Machado… It’s getting beyond weird. That nobody, except a fringe around Trump, got the fact her confidant Abedin is a Saudi agent is also mystifying (instead of hitting the Khans, Trump should have hit Abedin, but even him did not dare…).
