Leader Corruption Corrupts Society

April 17, 2016

And Ever More Corruption Corrupts All Too Much.

Plutocracy is the new world order: vote for Clinton, and join the winners, the leaders, the ones “who love man”… (Them and Big Brother.) New Yorkers are winners. Instead, we need whiners.

New Yorkers have a choice: they can vote, once again, for one of the most corrupt politicians in the world, or for somebody else. Right now they are led by people who kiss some of the world’s greatest plutocrats (I wanted to write a stronger word than “plutocrat”: show me a plutocrat, I will show you a crime).

American Presidency Kissing One Of Its Puppet Masters. Vote Clinton To See More Of That, And Make More Tax Fraud Treaties, Like The One They Engineered With Panama

American Presidency Kissing One Of Its Puppet Masters, notorious plutocratic heir Penny Pritzker. Vote Clinton To See More Of That, And Make More Tax Fraud Treaties, Like The One They Engineered With Panama

So it’s not really a choice: did you see all the big towers rising in New York, with apartments worth a thousand times the yearly median family income? The stratospheric rents? Corruption corrupts, and it corrupts stratospherically.

Clinton extolls Obama’s record at every turn. Do people know who Obama kisses? Do people know Obama’s sugar mamas?

However, since she invaded Iraq and helped kill a million people or so there, New Yorkers voted twice for the greatest financial deregulator of all times, Hillary. (Don’t forget her husband organized a medical drug embargo, “without inhaling”, against Iraq, when he was in power, to punish the children.)

Obama just said that “bad laws” enabled the sort of tax fraud blatant in the Panama Papers. However on October 12, 2011, the U.S.-Panama Trade Promotion Agreement was passed in the House by a vote of 300-129 (H.R. 3079) and in the Senate by a vote of 77-22 (S. 1643).[10] President Obama signed the pact, but further regulatory formalities were needed before the agreement entered into force October 31, 2012.

On October 12, 2011, Senator Bernie Sanders (IVT) criticized the Panama-United States Trade Promotion Agreement, arguing that Panama is a world leader in tax evasion, tax optimization, and avoidance.”[11]

But tax fraud is only the less corrupt of Panama’s activity. There is much worse.

Notorious plutocrat Penny Pritzker, from the famous Pritzker family, having vast holding in Columbia, of all places, was appointed by President Barack Obama on June 26, 2013, in charge of passing such agreements, which claim to be fighting what they promote: global corruption. (For those who don’t see the connection: the border between Panama and Columbia is fully open, and Panama launder drug money from Columbia, on an industrial scale.)

So New Yorkers will vote for Clinton again: after all, corruption and global plutocracy headquartered there, has been pretty good for the “Big Apple”. Similarly, Augustus’ corruption was good for Rome (he made himself the richest man, but killed civil war). Western Europe and American plutocracy profited from the slave trade, for centuries, and that’s why it lasted, centuries. Now they cry crocodile tears about slavery… to divert attention from today’s problems, which are arguably, and potentially, much greater.

We need discernment. We need to increasingly discern the subtleties between evil and proclaimed good intentions. As our hands become those of gods, we need a really holy spirit to inhabit us. Watch the cult of Xi in China, and the crazed maniac next door, with his Swiss education, and his uncle, whom he fed, alive, to dogs. Xi and the maniac have thermonuclear bombs, and the intercontinental missiles to throw them about.

Morality is a world problem. A world security problem.

Corruption is what brought the Roman Republic down, by 146 BCE, when it turned into a rabid plutocracy, destroying Carthage and Corinth. Plutocracy is the ultimate stage of corruption, when evil does not bother to hide, but rules in plain sight.

From Nature, “Corruption Corrupts

A cross-cultural experiment involving thousands of people worldwide shows that the prevalence of rule violations in a society, such as tax evasion and fraudulent politics, is detrimental to individuals’ intrinsic honesty. See Letter p.496

Does society affect intrinsic moral values? In this issue, Gächter and Schulz1 (page 496) address this question with an experiment involving 2,568 participants in 23 countries. The authors show that a country’s prevalence of rule violations, which for this study included tax evasion, corruption and political fraud, is positively associated with the tendency for residents of that country to lie for a small amount of extra cash. The finding rejects the idea that intrinsic honesty levels are similar in countries around the globe, and suggests that corruption corrupts.

Simon Gächter and Jonathan Schulz from the University of Nottingham asked volunteers from 23 countries to play the same simple game. The researchers found that participants were more likely to bend the game’s rules for personal gain if they lived in more corrupt societies. “Corruption and fraud are things going on in the social environment all the time, and it’s plausible that it shapes people’s psychology, what they can get away with,” says Gächter. “It’s okay! Everybody does it around here.”

In other words, corruption corrupts, just as gangrene does. Or starts with the head, as when a fish rots (something I personally observed in Africa).

Gächter and Schulz asked volunteers to roll a die twice, and report the first roll. They got a dollar if they reported a one, two if they reported two, and so on; a six, however, earned them nothing. The experimenters couldn’t see the results; they dished out money based entirely on what the volunteers said.

“The task contains a lot of psychological truth, exactly because it’s so simple,” says Gächter. If everyone were honest, the average claim would be 2.5 dollars. If everyone were maximally dishonest, it would be 5 dollars. But there are many shades of gray between these black and white extremes. For example, volunteers could report the higher of the two rolls, rather than the first one. They’re still cheating, but it’s more like bending the rules rather than flagrantly ignoring them. It’s “justified dishonesty.” If they do that, the average payoff is 3.47 dollars.

Over five years, Schulz played this game with students from 23 countries, from the Great Britain to Indonesia to Guatemala to Morocco. They chose these nations to represent a wide range on the “prevalence of rule violations” (PRV) index—a score that Gächter and Schulz created using 2003 indices of political fraud, tax evasion, and corruption.

The researchers found that individuals from high PRV countries, like Georgia, Tanzania, and Guatemala, behaved less honestly in the die-rolling game than those from low PRV countries like Austria, Sweden, and the Netherlands. The former claimed an average of 3.17 dollars; the latter claimed 3.53.

Corrupt environments corrupts the individual. But, of course, it goes well beyond that. Corrupt environments corrupt not just the moral system, but the COGNITIVE system.

I have argued in “Plutocracy Causes Cancer”, that the USA is the world’s most corrupt country. Americans will never believe this, because they don’t see what is in plain sight (like Clinton’s corruption). After all, the US cancer rate is 15 times that of Congo: clearly American bodies are more corrupt (this takes age into account). So, that American bodies are more corrupt is a fact, and the cause of that fact is that American let plutocratic corporations feed them poison.

What Nature is saying is that American souls are also corrupt. In any case, the simple fact that Americans do not realize they are fed poisons is an indication of their mental dysfunctionality. So is voting Clinton.

Free trade agreements are a trick to get more of the world to eat the same poison, to make American plutocrats even richer and more powerful: the Trans Pacific Pact is an attempt to have plutocratic corporations sue governments. Obama is super anxious to pass it, because it makes him earn brownie point in his plutocratic mission to please his masters, down to the bitter end.

Corruption everywhere, and the headquarters are in New York and London: let the little people vote. After all, they need always more, and bigger crumbs, to justify to themselves, their own debasement.

Many New York democrats will vote Clinton, because all they know and love, has to do with corruption. The fate of the biosphere is in balance.

Why? Because the principle of plutocracy is the rule of cruelty, and lies (Pluto was known to make itself invisible).

Obama and Clinton have talked one way, and acted, decisively, the exact other way: just look at their Panama Papers accord with Panama, a large criminal organization claiming to be a state, where anybody with dirty money can find a lawyer to become a “bearer” of such assets, and thus hide from the world, sink below the murky waters like a crocodile, ready to come out, and swallow you all…  New Yorkers, or new porkers? One or the other will be swallowed by what lurks below. Meanwhile, let’s listen to our lying leaders.

All those leaders just met, including the IMF, World Bank, etc… Claiming they just discovered what I was writing about more than a decade ago, in excruciating detail; under Obama, the spectacle of the American president taking his presidential plane to go beg plutocrats for billions was in plain sight, for all to see. But to see that, one needs visual systems which have not been corrupted. Too many towers in New York to see very far.

The Panama Papers, which Clinton and Obama engineered, fed the highest international criminality, including selling children. No less.

Heathen Tax Havens Top World GDP

April 5, 2016

The Prime Minister of Iceland just resigned. The right honorable PM did not have major funds in a tax havens. He asserted this to journalists. That was correct. His very rich blonde wife did have dark money funds in tax havens, though. This has been revealed in Tax Havens. And the PM had claimed she did not. And how did the wife get so rich? Like Chelsea Clinton? Becoming a hedge fund money manager in her early twenties? Just asking.

What’s a Tax Havens? A place with little or no taxes. By claiming residency there, individuals or corporations can escape taxes. Plutocratic corporations can claim their profits there. They do this by charging extravagant charges to their subsidiaries. Thus subsidiaries in high tax countries (such as the leading countries of the West: USA, Germany, France, UK, Italy, etc.) are not “profitable”, because they spent all their money paying a subsidiary in a

According to the IMF, there are around 60 Tax Havens around the world,  50% of world financial transactions pass through Tax Havens, for a grand total of 25,000 billion dollars ($25 trillions).

What Can't Be Seen, Can't Be Taxed. Or Why Dark Liquidity Grows Ever More, As Its Engine, Plutocracy, Grows

What Can’t Be Seen, Can’t Be Taxed. Or Why Dark Liquidity Grows Ever More, As Its Engine, Plutocracy, Grows

One should stop and meditate this number. The established mental order, in economy quantifies the performance of societies according to GDP (not Gross Demonic Product, but Domestic, supposedly). GDP is just the sum of all financial transactions.

So this means that the GDP of Tax Havens is $25 Trillion. By comparison the GDP of the EU is 18.5 Trillion dollars (a trillion dollar higher than that of the USA). It’s promised to a bright future: Dark Pool Liquidity is skyrocketing everywhere: even in Canada.

365 major international banks are involved in just the particular scandal at hand. The British centered bank HSBC alone is involved in 2300 screen societies managed by that law firm, Mossak Fonseca.

The idea of Tax Havens came from Great Britain, and initially was directed to the Anglo-Norman isles.

To be viewed officially as financially clean, that is, not a tax haven, a country has to make 12 tax treaties with other countries. Thus Panama has tax treaties with Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, etc.: tax havens, by signing treaties with other tax havens certify each other to not be tax havens.

Could the great leaders of the great democracies have ignored all the preceding? Sure. That’s what they did. David Cameron, the British Prime Minister, is an expert; he ignored his father’s overseas, false name accounts.

As The Guardian (a paper which censors me!) puts it:

“David Cameron’s father ran an offshore fund that avoided ever having to pay tax in Britain by hiring a small army of Bahamas residents – including a part-time bishop – to sign its paperwork.

Ian Cameron was a director of Blairmore Holdings Inc, an investment fund run from the Bahamas but named after the family’s ancestral home in Aberdeenshire, which managed tens of millions of pounds on behalf of wealthy families.

Clients included Isidore Kerman, an adviser to Robert Maxwell who once owned the West End restaurants Scott’s and J Sheekey, and Leopold Joseph, a private bank used by the Rolling Stones.

The fund was founded in the early 1980s with help from the prime minister’s late father and still exists today. The Guardian has confirmed that in 30 years Blairmore has never paid a penny of tax in the UK on its profits.

The prime minister’s spokeswoman said that Downing Street had responded to allegations about Ian Cameron in the past.

Asked if there was still any family money invested in the fund, she said: “That is a private matter.” She said the prime minister had “taken a range of action to tackle evasion and aggressive tax avoidance”.

The Panama Papers, 11.5m documents leaked from the offshore agent Mossack Fonseca, reveal the details of how Cameron Sr sheltered Blairmore’s profits with a series of expensive and complicated arrangements.”

How was all this possible? How come We The People have become so lenient for the crooks who govern us? How did we become sheep? Panem Et Circenses, the Roman historian and philosopher Juvenal put it, 19 centuries ago: bread and circuses. Distract people with distributions of bread and circuses. This can set a degeneracy of minds which can fester for centuries. Roman citizens did not revolt until the Nika Riots, four centuries after Juvenal. Those started after increasingly violent confrontations, years after years, of partisans of the “Blues” and “Greens” teams of charioteers. Roman citizens had lost all taste for politics. Actually this started a few generations before Juvenal wrote, when a  bunch of major plutocratic crooks such as Brutus (who, before becoming the assassin of Caesar, had been a major corrupt Roman official in “Asia”).

Under the second emperor (or “Princeps”), Tiberius, the Roman national assembly felt so irrelevant, that it fell in disuse. We The Roman People felt that governance had been completely confiscated by the major plutocrats, so why bother?

How not to fall in the same despondency? Well, by mustering some rage, or, at the very least, anger, as Senator Bernie Sanders has been doing, and showing. In a most timely, and wise, manner.

PLUTOCRACY CORRUPTS NOT JUST SOULS, BUT BODIES

The most advanced countries claims not to be corrupt. They publish propaganda to this effect every year. The USA has even a “Foreign Corrupt Practice Act”, which is not just used to eliminate rivals, but to bludgeon in the mind of its naïve citizens, that the US is not corrupt. That the most advanced Western countries are not corrupt, is mostly an opinion about themselves that the powers which rule these countries have imprinted their subjects that they should hold it. And we will show here that it is obviously wrong.

Indeed, if the most advanced countries are as little corrupt as they claim to be, why do they fester with so much cancer? Should we not view cancer as a form of corruption? A corruption of the body? An objective form of corruption, which does not lie? Could we then see this map of true corruption appear objectively, by looking at the world’s cancer rate?

Hard To Swallow. Rate of Stomach Cancer, Worldwide. Euramerica Festers With Most Corrupt Stomachs. Could It Be From Poisons Ingested To Make Plutocrats Ever More Powerful?

Hard To Swallow. Rate of Stomach Cancer, Worldwide. Euramerica Festers With Most Corrupt Stomachs. Could It Be From Poisons Ingested To Make Plutocrats Ever More Powerful?

Could it be that this corruption of the body come from a corruption of the institutions?

Arlene Blum, famous mountaineer and scientist put it in a Science Magazine editorial, March 11, 2016, “Tackling Toxic:

“Most Americans believe that if a chemical is in their cosmetics, their coat, or their couch, someone is making sure it’s safe for their health. In reality, little toxicity information or regulation is required for 80,000 industrial chemicals used in commerce in the United States. To address this, legislation to update the ineffective 1976 Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) is currently moving through Congress. The hope is that it will lead to improved regulation of chemicals, but the extent and timeliness of the reform are not certain. In the meantime, the widespread use of harmful chemicals continues to pose a threat to our health and environment.

In 1977, Bruce Ames and I published a report that a flame retardant in children’s pajamas called “brominated Tris” was a mutagen and potential carcinogen. Three months later, it was banned from children’s pajamas, only to be replaced by “chlorinated Tris.” We determined that this too was a mutagen, and it was removed from pajamas. Such regrettable substitution of a harmful chemical with a less-studied cousin is like “a game of whack-a-mole,” according to Donald Kennedy (former editor-in-chief of Science and former commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration).*

Unfortunately, highly fluorinated chemicals are now getting the regrettable substitution treatment. These chemicals provide stain and water repellency in outdoor clothing, nonstick cookware, furniture, carpet, cosmetics, and food contact paper. However, they are highly mobile, have no known degradation pathways in the environment, and can persist indefinitely.

Perfluorooctanoic acid, commonly called C8, has an estimated half-life of 2.3 years or more in humans and is associated with cancer, elevated serum cholesterol levels, and other health problems. C8 was phased out of consumer products in the United States last year, a half-century after toxicologists first revealed its potential for harm. It was replaced with numerous perfluorohexanoic acid (C6) compounds that are more rapidly excreted by humans but also show extreme environmental persistence. Are these replacements safe? There is limited research thus far on the toxicity of the C6 alternatives. However, they are increasing in the environment and in human blood, and they share the potential toxicity of their C8 relatives.

One solution to the regrettable substitution problem is to address entire families or classes containing toxic chemicals rather than tackling them one at a time. For example, the Green Science Policy Institute, an organization of scientists that promotes the responsible use of chemicals, has called for a 50% reduction over the next 5 years in the use of six families of chemicals in consumer products, whose studied members have been found to be harmful: highly fluorinated chemicals, antimicrobials, flame retardants, bisphenols and phthalates, organic solvents, and certain metals. Before using such substances in products, we should ask “Do we need this chemical, given the potential for harm?”

Worldwide Incidence Of Cancer, Age Adjusted. Rich World, Rich In Subjugation To Plutocrats, Rich In Corruption, Rich In Cancer

Worldwide Incidence Of Cancer, Age Adjusted. Rich World, Rich In Subjugation To Plutocrats, Rich In Corruption, Rich In Cancer

The good news is that companies are starting to act: Kaiser Permanente, IKEA, Levi Strauss & Co., and Crate and Barrel are phasing out highly fluorinated and other chemical classes of concern from the products they buy, produce, and/or sell.

Scientists can contribute by evaluating health and environmental impacts across a chemical’s life cycle and looking for safer alternatives. They can make policy recommendations and collaborate on consensus documents. In 2015, 230 scientists from 40 countries signed the Madrid Statement, expressing concern regarding the persistence and toxicity of both the highly fluorinated C8 chemicals and the C6 alternatives. Scientists can catalyze dialogue and action among manufacturers, retailers, and large purchasers and have an immediate impact in reducing the use of harmful chemicals.

Such actions by the scientific community can, along with meaningful TSCA reform, improve the health of the population and the environment. Most important of all, it will make our planet healthier and safer for future generations.

  • * D. Kennedy, Science 318, 1217 (2007).
  • ‡ A. Blum et al., Environ. Health Perspect. 5, A108 (2015).

Dr. Blum works at UC Berkeley in the world’s most famous laboratory detecting the carcinogenicity of products. It was founded, many decades ago, by Dr. Ames, and is now the golden standard in that field. Dr. Ames noticed that mutagenicity implied carcinogenicity, and found easy in vitro tests for the former.

So none of 80,000 industrial chemicals used everyday in households and foods have been appropriately tested.

This is probably why so many people die of Parkinson (Andy Grove, founder of Intel just did so, at 79). In any case this is why the hundreds of thousands of California Monarchs which used to fly around, have disappeared (I saw one yesterday, just one, next to the flower they prefer, but which now have become very rare). Parkinson was unknown before Parkinson identified it in the 1820s in England.

This is also no doubt why the cancer rate of brain tumors has quadrupled since 1950.

Meanwhile a few people control half the wealth in the world… PRECISELY because the mood reigns that, among other things, chemicals should not be tested appropriately, or known thoroughly. It may well be why autism rates have blossomed.

After all, latest generation insecticides, neonicotinoids, a way to make insects smoke, and, thus, die, give a sort of Alzheimer to bees (and probably not just bees, methinks).

The same mood that dangerous people doing dangerous things should be left in peace plotting with their co-conspirators, means that, when Apple Inc. does the “double Irish” tax avoidance scheme through the British Virgin Islands, to become the most “valuable’ company in the world, little people thank Apple to be so vigilant about their iphones’ vaunted secrecy.

Corruption does not have to involved lots of money. Thanks to 2,000 strikes by Russian aircraft Palmyra was just liberated from the Wahhabists. Documents just read by French TV in Palmyra, show that an Islamist fighter could buy a woman for six months, for the modest price of three Euros. Yes, three.

Meanwhile, a leak of 11.5 million documents out of just one law firm in Panama shows much greater lawlessness than expected.

That leak, with just one law firm, shows how Global Demonic Plutocracy (GDP) pays the political leaders which it employs.

Let’s notice in passing my astounding foresight: I wrote on this site last week that Obama went to Argentina, to celebrate the reinstitution in Argentina of made in the US corruption. Sure enough, within days, the Argentine apparent Criminal In Chief, Mr. Macri, the new president, offered money to Vulture Funds based in New York. No doubt those New York Vultures billionaires could have fed discreetly the companies that said law firm is managing for Mr. Macri, the Argentinian Corrupter In Chief. The way it works is that local natives lend their names to head said companies, nominally speaking, allowing the likes of Mr. Macri, or the president of Iceland, or Ukraine, to be paid by Global Demonic Plutocracy.

It would be interesting to add up how many people the GDP kills each year. Considering everything, all the avoidable causes of death fosters onto us by the greedsters, it may well be above twenty millions. And this is even before the next large wars its policies may bring (as they did in 1914).

It’s a lunatic asylum out there, and, naturally, the inmates are not happy, when informed of that fact. After all, they elect their leaders, lionize plutocrats, and live exactly as they are told to live: by not taking great pleasure in asking as many uncomfortable questions, as they can possibly imagine. Instead the average male becomes an expert at sport scores of celebrities, like the despicable Mr. Messi (many times the best soccer player in the world, whatever that means for those addicted to sport scores…). Messi is one of 140 celebrities nabbed in the Panama papers. He is probably not one of the 150 sport celebrities given elicit drugs by this British doctor (his clientele was local, British super rich “sport” figures). It was long obvious that Spanish and British (let alone American) sport figures are drugged out (just look at their medals!)

That’s alright: those addicted to the scores of drug sports do not deserve any better.

But when we are all condemned to lunch, diner and what not, with Satan, and to eat the foods his obsequious servants the plutocrats, have concocted to poison us, I think we should draw a line…
