U.S. Has Far Higher Covid Death Rate Than Other Wealthy Countries, is a title of the New York Times, February 1, 2002. Wow, if the New York Times starts telling the truth… What’s next? Revealing that the US financiers of the Wuhan Virus (lab), sitting pretty at NIH, had various vested interests in COVID? Just asking?

Let’s relax with a bit of boring New York Times:

The ballooning death toll has defied the hopes of many Americans that the less severe Omicron variant would spare the United States the pain of past waves. Deaths have now surpassed the worst days of the autumn surge of the Delta variant, and are more than two-thirds as high as the record tolls of last winter, when vaccines were largely unavailable.

With American lawmakers desperate to turn the page on the pandemic, as some European leaders have already begun to, the number of dead has clouded a sense of optimism, even as Omicron cases recede. And it has laid bare weaknesses in the country’s response, scientists said.

“Death rates are so high in the States — eye-wateringly high,” said Devi Sridhar, head of the global public health program at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, who has supported loosening coronavirus rules in parts of Britain. “The United States is lagging.”

The US effort has been led by Dr. Fauci, who said multiple times that attacks on him were attacks on science, because”I am science”. 

Fauci style science is like a chameleon, always changing appearance. Videos are out there of Fauci authoritatively contradicting Fauci. Fauci is not just science, he is also bipolar and schizophrenic. In truth, much of the science on COVID has drastically evolved.

For example, I believed from earlier publications that the virus infected neurons. However a thorough paper published in science a couple of weeks ago, asserts that it is the immune reaction which attacks the brain. If that’s really true, it changes a lot of things…

LOCKDOWNS KILL:

An international huge meta analysis led by John Hopkins University showed that lockdowns during the first COVID wave in the spring of 2020 only reduced COVID mortality by .2% in the U.S. and Europe.

Abstract:

This systematic review and meta-analysis are designed to determine whether there is empirical evidence to support the belief that “lockdowns” reduce COVID-19 mortality. Lockdowns are defined as the imposition of at least one compulsory, non-pharmaceutical intervention (NPI). NPIs are any government mandate that directly restrict peoples’ possibilities, such as policies that limit internal movement, close schools and businesses, and ban international travel. This study employed a systematic search and screening procedure in which 18,590 studies are identified that could potentially address the belief posed. After three levels of screening, 34 studies ultimately qualified. Of those 34 eligible studies, 24 qualified for inclusion in the meta-analysis. They were separated into three groups: lockdown stringency index studies, shelter-in-placeorder (SIPO) studies, and specific NPI studies. An analysis of each of these three groups support the conclusion that lockdowns have had little to no effect on COVID-19 mortality. More specifically, stringency index studies find that lockdowns in Europe and the United States only reduced COVID-19 mortality by 0.2% on average. SIPOs were also ineffective, only reducing COVID-19 mortality by 2.9% on average. Specific NPI studies also find no broad-based evidence of noticeable effects on COVID-19 mortality. 

 

While this meta-analysis concludes that lockdowns have had little to no public health effects, they have imposed enormous economic and social costs where they have been adopted. In consequence, lockdown policies are ill-founded and should be rejected as a pandemic policy instrument.

 

Meanwhile, Neil Young, a Canadian who made his fame with students shot in Ohio, recently burnished his progressive credentials by denouncing a pioneer of messenger RNA research. A “podcast” host interviewed a professional researcher Dr. Malone, over three hours, in an interview which was often highly technical (I listened to the first half)… and highly critical of established experts, many of whom Dr. Malone met professionally in his long career. Wikipedia has a hit piece n Dr. Malone which poses as a biography (although it mentions he could get the Nobel for his research [2]). Suddenly celebrities  with no background in science whatsoever denounced anti-vaxxers and anti-maskers, all over got cheap advertizing by displaying their scientific virtue. Now, of course, the governor of California, a corrupt politician and plotician making a colossal fortune from his prostitution for the house of Getty, is also an expert biologist in his own mind, proclaiming states of emergencies in California to mask two year old babies, claiming they spread the disease…. While Newsom himself goes unmasked, claiming it’s OK, as long as he has a mask in his left hand... in the sort of places where he himself ordered low lives to wear masks…

Dr. Malone was banned all over social networks. His discourse is learned, circumspect and technical. So why banned? Because he says, Malone exposed that many of the “experts” had colossal vested interests. They typically sat on the boards of companies they recommended as experts… while making millions from these boards and their stocks or options.  

All this ugly reality got hidden by the mask masquerade. Masks showed their inefficiency during the recent bouts of COVID. Now, the more controversy, the more the mask masquerade masks the reality of what is going on: the financing of a lab known to be extremely dangerous in Wuhan, the refusal of cheap therapeutics, etc… While “COVID experts” sit pretty on the boards of immensely wealthy pharmaceuticals, etc…

I have argued that the “Mask Masquerade Kills”: masks are mostly ineffective [3], while giving a false sense of security, thus exposing people to contamination. But then they are useful to the establishment as small people, low lives learn to live without faces, while believing that having no face saves lives…

Even George Orwell and other writers writing about the worst futures they could imagine, never dream that one day people would view having no faces as the summum of morality and altruism. Let alone, health.

[3] Paradoxically, I got COVID in Spring 2020, after a collision in the complete wilderness with an unmasked cyclist on a trail forbidden to cyclists, and on which I had never seen a cyclist before. Also it was the only spot a collision could happen by surprise, because of a sharp bend… In general though COVID is transmitted in enclosed locals where only HEPA filters and open windows could lower the viral load floating in the air… Getting the virus outdoors is nearly impossible.

Exponentiating The Climate; Or When “Experts” Exponentiate Themselves.

“Experts” in infectious diseases, at least those at the top of the hierarchy, including the world health Organization and the much admired Dr. Fauci, have proven disastrously wrong in the orders they advised governments to give to fight the COVID pandemic... Could it be that expertise is itself infected?

Experts did well in many other countries, from China to New Zealand, so we can compare. In the most “advanced” and largest “representative democracies” of the “West”, “experts” seem to make a habit of giving “advice” which makes bad situations, worse… Examples abound, I will sketch a few here. Probably because, those countries being wealthier and not under Communist Party rule, the corruption therein is much greater. Please watch Fauci taking himself for Don Corleone of the Godfather, or on Kim Kardashian’s show, to understand better what I mean.

An excellent example of thorough corruption driven by “experts” is Western Finance since the Clinton administration’s repeal of President Roosevelt’s work, accomplished in 1933. That brought the 2008 financial crisis, where the “experts” once again, gave the advice which augmented the inequalities, not to say the inequities…

Another subject where “experts” proved incompetent was the climate. For decades, “experts” pontificated that it would take 5,000 years for Antarctica to seriously melt. So no serious worries were to be had. Yes, a few glaciers could melt. But Antarctica? No! Their erroneously optimistic opinions were thoroughly idiotic, ignored basic physics and the notion of exponential, and supported only by their desire to please their masters.

It was obvious all along to really free and superior minds, that Antarctica was at risk of melting from below, cataclysmically... Because the densest oceanic water is not the coldest.

The maximum risk with the climate is not drowning, which can be survived by swimming to higher ground, but actually, lacking oxygen, hypoxia: experts have argued with me, and, latter the French president, to claim atmospheric oxygen was NOT at risk. Those “experts” in denial tweaked what was known in the most satisfying way, to please their employers (big fossil fuel guzzling governments, typically).

In truth, it is, at least in the worst scenarios one should imagine, and they do not require much imagination: all forests burn, all plankton gets acidified to death from carbonic acid and burned form high temperatures, and then the permafrost melt and oxidizes …devouring atmospheric oxygen (yes we can, I did the computations; “experts” can try to repeat them). But enough with my fertile imagination. Another fact is not pointed out enough: clearly GLOBAL HEATING is EXPONENTIATING. Just look at the graph of temperatures. To help, I traced the exponential by hand, in red:

E X P O N E N T I A L: Clearly the world temperature is following an exponential. Thus presumably, the entire planetary climate… And the “experts” are at fault.

A (growing) exponential has the shape it does because its rate of growth is proportional to its size. In other words, an exponential depicts a phenomenon where the rate of increase of the size of the phenomenon is proportional to the size of this phenomenon. In other words, the bigger the problem, the faster it grows, because the problem itself contributes to its rate of augmentation. The multiplication of bacterial or viral infections are the archetypical example of this… Or that of any uncontrolled population, such as that of Niger (which went in one generation from 4 million under the French administration, in 1960 to 24 million today…)

On December 3, 2020, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Gutierrez, called the state of our planet “broken”. Exponentiating the climate into hell is part of the problem. An even larger problem is that expertise, in the most important countries, has been captured enough by those with exaggerated power to break civilization itself….

And the remedies are not close at hand. Remedies will go through superior knowledge. However, plutocracy, worldwide dominates truth. The media, worldwide, is owned by plutocrats, the evil-rulers… who have a vested interest of making the planet ever more homely for themselves, that is, ever more like hell.

So what to do? That’s the question pragmatic ones always want to be answered, when one points at the root of the problem, namely a planet led secretly by corrupt “experts” on plutocratic payroll… Press for enormously accelerated research in green hydrogen and fusion hydrogen. (“Green hydrogen” covers hydrogen and derivatives such as ammonia, which can be used for storage of renewable energy; it’s mostly a question of deployment). Also boycott countries such as Australia, the world number one coal exporter. Australia should be the object of UN sanctions, like Rhodesia or South Africa were in the past, and for similar reasons: crime against humanity. Australia is treating all of us, humanity, as an inferior race, not to say species. Some will point the finger at Trump and his rhetoric, but, de facto, the USA’s outrageous CO2 production (more than thrice France, per person) is more hedonistic than greedy, and coal has gone down in the US even under Trump: India and China are the ones fostering coal as much as they can, and they get much in Australia, and plan to get even more. North Americans like big mansions and big lives, while Australia, and also Canada sell as much of their souls, and their fossil fuels, as they can find… Although they live comfortably enough already (much better than India and China!)

Fundamentally, though, the notion of democracy has to be elevated to higher standards (well beyond what “experts” in politics will suggest). So that “expertise” can be re-evaluated. And that means more well informed debate with all involved (thus more direct democracy, isegoria, parrhesia, etc.). This starts with realizing the usual punditry and “factchecking” is itself serving who pay their bills, and mortgages for those big mansions from which they can zoom down on us. The fact is, just as with COVID, there are some countries doing much better than others on the question of CO2 emissions, and this has a lot to do with their experts finding a completely different version of reality, alternative facts, and alternative solutions… We will see what Biden’s “experts” will propose. Solutions go through new technologies… or then regulations enforcing the implementation of new technologies, or technologies which should have been deployed (such as renewable and biodegradable plastics). Right, new technologies do not necessarily work: geothermal energy deployed industrially in northern Alsace has brought earthquakes so numerous and damaging that many houses are now cracked, and the technology had to be stopped on an emergency basis, lest all of Alsace be levelled… And everybody knows that some of the nuclear fission technologies previously deployed have created very inconvenient radiation problem: that can be fixed with new nuclear technologies; the previous ones were deployed precisely because they polluted… the main pollution being Pluto-nium. Plutonium can be weaponized, and that’s why it was loved. We need to have experts focus on something less hellish.

Ultimately, real top notch expertise has to be symbolized by simple, autonomous ideas.

The fact that the world temperature is now exponentiating means that the temperature augmentation is self-feeding. This is an important new fact. It should have its own neural network. Amen.

Notre Dame Burning, Symbol Of A Degenerating Civilization, Where Expertise Has Collapsed

Completely incompetent leaders, and only them, decide what our world is. They take their little decisions in secret, among experts, unchallenged by the common sense of debate. They jet set around the planet and splurge.

Notre Dame catches fire. Where are the helicopters dumping water? Can’t have them say the experts, cathedral too fragile: a fire hotter than lava is more of a problem. Obviously an idiotic opinion (whereas planes have killed with the tons of water they suddenly dump, helicopters can be as gentle as needed: the water comes from a pail, and the pail could have filled up 100 meters away in the Seine).

The burning of Notre Dame tells us that the world’s “experts” are not what they claim to be. They are experts of routine, self-glorification, career building. Think about it: a roof with timber older than a millennium has burned. The “charpente” of Notre Dame was made of 1,300 oaks, each more than 1,000 years old. It was called “the forest”. Middle Ages engineers and firefighters took care of the cathedral, and its roof, for centuries, but their Twenty-First century alter-egos couldn’t.

Our civilization could go up in smoke even faster than that

Notre-Dame resisted 856 years, the Middle Ages, eight religious wars, the French Revolution, the Cossacks, the Franco-Prussian war, the Commune, WWI and the Kaiser’s shells, Hitler, V2s. But not Twenty-First Century arrogant incompetence! A warning for all!

Fire is out of control in the North Tower of Notre Dame (“Beffroy Nord”). Nobody told me this, I saw the flames on TV. The incompetence of “experts” is astronomical. The entire cathedral may well collapse.

Water dropping helicopters should have been used. No ifs and buts. Even Trump in his White House figured that one out right away. Trump was first to react, within half an hour:

So horrible to watch the massive fire at Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. Perhaps flying water tankers could be used to put it out. Must act quickly!

Sécurité Civile Fr‏  Hundreds of firemen of the Paris Fire Brigade are doing everything they can to bring the terrible #NotreDame fire under control. All means are being used, except for water-bombing aircrafts which, if used, could lead to the collapse of the entire structure of the cathedral.

My personal answer: That’s hogwash, you are incompetent. Helicopter dropping water from the Seine would have made a huge difference, OBVIOUSLY. You were NOT ready for the worst possible case. There is a principle for all of humanity rising with these flames: one has to be ready for the worst.

Looking at the fire progressing on the roof, it is completely obvious that water dropping copters would have mitigated the fire. It may even have helped collapsing part of the metallic cover below which the flames crawled…

Of course, a sprinkler system would have stopped the fire right away. What do the French authorities say to this? We don’t do sprinklers in France, or something to this effect.

What has happened since Notre Dame was built, 856 years ago? Not much of planetary significance for centuries, until around 1850 CE, when the CO2 built-up stopped the Little Ice Age.

Now the entire biosphere is crumbling under various industrial assaults of humanity. We need expertise as never before. And what do we observe? Our “experts” are not up to Middle Ages standards.

Remedy? Always the same idea: publicly, transparently, thoroughly, debate, with peculiar attention to idiosyncratic ideas.

A public debate on fire security for Notre Dame (and similar buildings throughout the world) would have brought the question: why not a sprinkler system?

Sprinkler systems can release prodigious quantities of water. NASA uses water suppression to cut down rocket engine sound from 285 decibels (which would destroy everything when reverberating) to half that (142 decibels). To do this the NASA sprinkler system releases 60 tons of water… per second.

It’s not really new tech: New York skyscrapers had sprinklers, a century ago. Oh, by the way, 60 tons of water per second would have stopped the World Trade Center fires in… seconds. (So the WTC would not have collapsed; that happened because when steel is brought up to 500 degrees Celsius, it loses half of its strength… The steel in the WTC got progressively brought up to 500 C, after an hour, or so, from the burning of furniture… initiated by burning the kerosene of the planes… was there kerosene at Notre Dame? The French authorities decided, within minutes, that it was an accident, no Jihadist involved, they are like Allah, they know everything…)

Another question would have been: why not helicopters? The question was already asked for the World Trade Center.

Spaceship Earth is in the hand of “experts”, or those elected oligarchs we call politicians. The politicians are experts because they asked “experts”.
