Ex New York Senator and Secretary of State Clinton made her first major campaign speech. In New York, with the reborn World Trade Center in the background, as she pointed out. She looked fantastic, spoke even better than that, and promised plenty of candy to anybody who voted for Obama.

Is she for real? We now know Obama was not for real: when he could have done everything, in the beginning, he did nothing. I got very depressed (I am intimately involved). Now Obama has stooped, for all to see, to ally himself with such right wing extremists that even plutocrat Pelosi voted against him. Obama fights to enable plutocratic corporations to sue the government of the USA, one of the many seductions of the TPP. That Trans Pacific Partnership is negotiated in secret, among the haves, as it should.

Is Hillary for real? It’s hilarious: there is no choice. The excellent Senator of Vermont (Green Mount in French), Bernie Sanders, has a much better program: to make the USA like France (hopefully without the tyrannical French law, administration, and taxes on the middle class).

Bernie’s program could be paid, if, and only if, the taxes on the rich got as high as they were in the 1940-1970 period. However the vulgum pecus has been conditioned to identify with the wealthiest, spiritually speaking. An hilarious form of corruption. Bernie would lose to Jeb Bush, as a result.

It’s hard to have a democracy when common folks’ spirits are those of dogs conditioned like Pavlov’s dogs, to salivate, each time they hear of wealth and mentors.

Carlton Affair: Sex Drawing Rights?

Carlton is a luxury hotel in Northern France where Dominique Strauss-Kahn (“DSK”), ex-head of the International Monetary Fund, was suspected by French “judges” to have organized an international prostitution ring. How likely did that sound? Not too much: no government prosecutor could be found to prosecute DSK about this. But the judges persisted in their search for judgment of whom Manhattan (aka Wall Street) found right to jail. Perhaps the honorable French judges hoped to qualify as honorary Wall Street Very Important Persons, or something equally worthy. In this plutocratic world, consideration by the wealthy has become everything (wealth can even get you passports fast!). Wall Street inspired “justice” has been relentless to find that whoever looks like strong competition is in breach of the law of the USA.

After four years DSK and 13 other co-defendants were found not guilty whatsoever. DSK said: “Tout cela pour ca. Quelle destruction.” (All this for this, what destruction.)

DSK of course deserved his punishment: he drew for hundreds of billions of SDR. DSK was then ripe for retaliation, extortion, vulture justice. See how it all started, from that well known left wing propaganda outfit, CNN, which wrote in 2011: “IMF calls for dollar alternative”:

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) — The International Monetary Fund issued a report Thursday on a possible replacement for the dollar as the world’s reserve currency.

The IMF said Special Drawing Rights, or SDRs, could help stabilize the global financial system.

SDRs represent potential claims on the currencies of IMF members. SDRs can be converted into whatever currency a borrower requires at exchange rates based on a weighted basket of international currencies. The IMF typically lends countries funds denominated in SDRs

While they are not a tangible currency, some economists argue that SDRs could be used as a less volatile alternative to the U.S. dollar.

Dominique Strauss-Kahn, managing director of the IMF, acknowledged there are some “technical hurdles” involved with SDRs, but he believes they could help correct global imbalances and shore up the global financial system.

“Over time, there may also be a role for the SDR to contribute to a more stable international monetary system,” he said.”

This is what Keynes wanted to do, as head of the commission in charge of setting up the world financial system in 1944-45. Lord Keynes, who could not be accused to not be a racist plutocrat, found himself in a total fight with the government of the USA. Enable to stop Keynes, the USA finally made a forgery, and substituted the forgery during the signing ceremony. This is how the dollar became the world’s reserve currency (a move that torpedoed Europe as an independent financial actor). But here is again CNN Money, from 2011:

“The goal is to have a reserve asset for central banks that better reflects the global economy since the dollar is vulnerable to swings in the domestic economy and changes in U.S. policy.

In addition to serving as a reserve currency, the IMF also proposed creating SDR-denominated bonds, which could reduce central banks’ dependence on U.S. Treasuries. The Fund also suggested that certain assets, such as oil and gold, which are traded in U.S. dollars, could be priced using SDRs.

Oil prices usually go up when the dollar depreciates. Supporters say using SDRs to price oil on the global market could help prevent spikes in energy prices that often occur when the dollar weakens significantly.”

As many men of power, DSK was sex-crazed (although this is a tangent, it’s an important one: when you are at war, trying to impose your power, you need extreme aggressivity, and, in males, sex and aggression are roughly connected; so sex acts as a relief; the present French president is supposed to go around like a crazy rabbit, although he looks like nothing; Dr. Goebbels, the Nazi, a deformed midget, was even worse; his hatred of Jews was born the day a beautiful Jewess dared to turn him down; when the time came to take out Assad, the sex crazed Hollande had the balls, but Obama lost his; Hillary, a hawk who long watched Bill, has her own domination hormones; she actually said something very strange, exciting, scary and extremely revealing, in her own discourse in New York, I have to check the transcript, before writing it down here…).

So DSK was easy to bring down, by making sex charges against him. In the Carlton Affair, extremely expensive prostitutes operated on several continents, including the USA (yes, the USA is a country-continent). For the occasion, apparently corrupt (French) judges, posed those ladies of sex as “victims”.

However, there was no evidence whatsoever DSK ever paid a dime for sex. He was adamant that he never did, that defeated the purpose (seduction from his good looks, I guess…). So who paid those hard sex workers, to pose as victims? Those ladies who charge a thousand Euros a night? The judges? People whom the judges should have known about? Girls want to know.

Some will sneer that I proffered the heavy accusation of corruption against judges, without any direct proof, and that, this is, per se, a crime.  Yes, it’s a crime, as implementing a plan to draw trillions of dollars worth of SDR by DSK was a crime. To paraphrase president Jefferson, some crimes it’s our duty to commit.

There are two types of corruption: what is labelled as such in some countries under some laws. The plutocracy of the USA is notoriously equipped with laws to accuse rivals of corruption. In China, president Xi had the ex-security chief, Zhou Yongkang, condemned to life in prison, for corruption. In an officially secret trial. Corruption, there too, is in the eye of the beholder. Xi’s family is said to own hundreds of millions of real estate in Hong-Kong alone.

The other type of corruption is mental. The spirit itself is corrupt. It is broken-with. In the case of Obama, the left, the spirit of the left, with the help of the naive, such as yours truly, elected someone whose spirit was, deep down, straight out of the London’s Financial Times. The spirit of the left was ruptured-with the spirit of the Financial Times.

When the currency of one country controlled by Wall Street, is the world’s reserve currency, there can’t be economic, financial, and social justice, worldwide. This is the spirit which break the spirit of justice. Whether French judges were aware of this, is unlikely. Instead, they got carried away by a weird spirit of justice which defined the partisan of SDRs as the devil incarnate, and blackmailing high class prostitutes into confirming this, was viewed as justice.

The tiger is most dangerous, when he believes he fights for justice. Yet, there is no justice when the very spirit of justice has been corrupted by anything far removed from correct human ethology. Sex is ethological, the dollar as world reserve currency is not.

Will Clinton be able to undo some of what her husband did, when he himself undid president Roosevelt’s Banking Act of 1933? Why not? That would be the best way for her to divorce him, and impose whom ought to have been really the boss, and rule, with a less corrupt spirit.

At some point, the true leaders of the human spirit realize that to leave behind a nicer place in the sun is more important than to get to a place in the sun. Obama got to his place, played big boy on the town, forgot it took balls to be the real thing, communed with the spirit of London’s Financial Times, and wasted our times. A mother may be keener to leave a better prospects for Earth behind.

In Brief: The attack of Manhattan “Justice” against French bank BNP is reminiscent of the sanctions of the USA against France in 1939… because France had declared war to Hitler. With “Justice” like that, no wonder Putin does “Justice” himself. Morality: If there is no Justice, but Wall Street Justice, it’s time to strike back at the empire.

The world is complex, so is human society, history, and explanations thereof. The Wall Street Journal condemned, once again, stridently, the sale of French Mistral ships to Russia. It forgot to mention that the USA has several times greater business with the Russian military-industrial complex. That’s propaganda, for you.

I sent a comment tying the sale of the Mistral up with the extravagant attack of Manhattan “justice” against the French bank BNP. It was censored immediately. As the sheep say, there are no conspiracies, just, stuff happens.

If Around The USA Beware About Who Is Lurking In Your Hotel Room

Thomas Piketty, a young French economy professor, made a devastating attack against the Wall Street plutocratic system in his book, “Capital in the 21 C”. The goons in Manhattan reply with calling for an 11 billion dollar fine to bankrupt BNP, just because they can (BNP violated no European or French laws, just the hatred the government of  the USA has for Iran and Cuba).

It’s time to arrest the respect those goons get. They are not any better than the clowns around Putin. I will actually that they are worse, since, as Putin himself would point out, they are more subtle. (Meanwhile Piketty ought to be careful when visiting the USA)

The presidency of Barack Obama has been characterized by a lack of punishment of the bankers that had organized the heist of 2008. How could Obama do anything? Supposed liberals such as Krugman have just been clamoring for more money for the banks: that’s how the left is defined in the USA. The rest of the USA, or at least, the USA’s Main Stream Media, is on the right of that. Giving money, ever more money, trillions of dollars in monetary base or bond buying (= Quantitative Easing, Twist), in the USA, defines the “left”.

Obama has been cracking on bankers, but only Swiss bankers. Switzerland’s banks destruction became a golden opportunity for the banks of the USA, which can now manage thousands, not to say hundreds of thousands, of new clients.

The USA is against tax havens: that’s the law. Overseas tax havens, that is. Slight problem: the USA is, by far, the world’s largest tax haven.  Delaware is, by itself, the world’s largest tax haven state, as USA Den Of Thieves pointed out. The USA legislative system is an enormous tax haven for the hyper rich.

So why so upset that BNP conducted some transaction overseas between overseas clients, using the world’s reserve currency? That’s just a pretext. BNP is one of the two largest European banks. It’s also one of the two largest banks in Europe, and one of the top five dollar clearing banks, worldwide. As the dollar is the world’s reserve currency, gigantic reserves of dollars are overseas, never to transact through regions directly controlled by the USA.

BNP had business in Iran for generations. But that’s the point. When the USA applied sanctions on Iran, it forced the rest of NATO to do the same. That devastated French industry. In particular the car maker Peugeot, the second car maker in Europe at the time. It devastated no American industry.

However, what is the difference between Iran and Saudi Arabia? Women cannot drive in Saudi Arabia. Yet, they can in Iran. Clearly a crime, in Washington’s eyes, if it’s done in a Peugeot. So Washington struck Iran, and thus Peugeot, with sanctions.

American economists such as Paul Krugman, hopefully lying through their teeth (the alternative, that they are really believing what they are saying, being worse), have claimed that the fact that the dollar is the world’s reserve currency presented no economic advantage to the USA.

Why this will to destroy France? Because, if France is on her knees, so is Europe: the European Union, re-instatement of the Imperium Francorum, is mostly a French multiplier, and is built around the principle of 1789, the FRENCH Republican Constitution of 1789 (Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité), not the Constitution of the USA of 1789 (We The People of the USA, whatever that is, friendly to all sorts of discrimination, extermination, exploitation and slavery).

OK, I am exaggerating a bit. The master does not want to destroy the slave. The Master just want the slave to abide by His law. The law of the strongest. Cyrus Vance, a francophobe in Manahattan, is the strongest. His Law is the best. Vance knows well that, this French spirit of 1789 is counter-attacking. He needs to fight back.

So he caged DSK, head of the IMF, who had the impertinence of raising hundreds of BILLIONs dollars of SDR. A word on this here, as it goes to the ugly heart of the USA centered global plutocracy.

Under Strauss-Kahn, a senior, famous economy professor, the IMF’s pursuit of financial stability called for a new world currency to replace the dollar as the world’s reserve currency. An IMF report from January 2011 called for a stronger role for special drawing rights (SDR), to stabilize the international monetary system. For most countries, there would be many serious advantages in switching the pricing of certain assets, such as oil and gold, from dollars to SDRs. The BNP affair is a case in point.

For Manhattan “Justice” gangsters, the call for SDRs was a call for the end of Manhattan, New York, Wall Street.

DSK had followed Keynes’ idea (Krugman is anti-Keynes about this, unsurprisingly). To foil Keynes, the head of the financial commission at Bretton Woods, the American goons substituted false documents at the last minute. This forgery is how the dollar became the world’s reserve currency.

And how Wall Street has now a weapon to destroy European banking.

Symbolically, only one man was criminally prosecuted for the 2008 financial heist. A lower employee of Goldman Sachs. A French citizen, of course. Tragedy is emphasized by comedy, to make it more blatant, that, whatever it is, it’s the fault of the French.

My advice? It was important to go all-out to blunt Putin’s Pluto grab. But one should remember one ought to crush infamy (“Écrasez l’Infâme”; Voltaire signed it: Ecr. L’Inf.)

This, this BNP affair, is even worse than Putin. In a way, it is the sort of mood and chronic conspiracy, that caused Putin to act the way he did.

The old Putin, say of 20 years ago, just as the old Yeltsin, was naïve: he really believed the free market propaganda oozing from Harvard, and other austere American institutions. Then Vlad found out how the sausage was made. He decided to make his own. (Hitler went down that road too, sort of.)

The Russian plutocracy, around Putin, is just a subset of the global plutocracy that individuals gravitating around Wall Street feel, and think that they direct and control.

Thus, it is even more important to smash the power grab of the USA’s plutocracy. Putin made an error, a grave error. He has to reverse it. However the system of exponentiating greed around Wall Street has been messing with the world, big time, for EXACTLY a century. (As I have explained, the White House excited the Kaiser to go to war against France in 1914, and then proceeded to make a fortune, feeding and arming the Kaiser.)

When I wrote “Mistral Blows Hard”, I argued that it was smarter to give Putin his amphibious, French made, aircraft carriers. Now, I would argue, it’s a necessity.

Be it only so that Putin can land his “little green men” in Manhattan, and go arrest the criminals there who call themselves proponents of “Justice”. When extirpating cancer, one has to exterminate its stem cells. This important, recent discovery in oncology has a morality of its own, that carries far, and wide.

Truth ought to look better than any of us. And that’s:

Sex & Drug Legalization Unavoidable

The World Bank and International Monetary Fund have been following theories elaborated in Washington. Krugman, the “New Trade” theorist and his accomplice Larry Summers, were advisers of Reagan when Reagan became president. That’s how they started their careers. They were not even 30 years old.

Ever since, just as for American homeowners, a policy of making the poorest countries dependent upon debt servicing has been enforced. Same idea of how serfs came to be in the Middle Ages.

Serfs in the European Middle Ages, worked for the Lord at most one day a week. In exchange the Lord was in charge of the highest governance, justice, law enforcement, and defense. The serfs lived of sustainable agriculture the rest of the time.

The “New Trade” theorists established a system of exploitation of Africa (among other places), way worse than “colonialism” (that is why they bad mouth “colonialism” so much, they want to hide that the situation actually deteriorated under their evil guidance).

The Kensington Fund, based in the Cayman Islands, bought at some point, for 2 million dollars some company in Africa, and then asked for 120 million dollars in debt service, fully backed up by the might of American law, and New York law. Funds doing this sort of things are called Vulture Funds. Some African officials went to Washington at an official IMF conference, to complain about Vulture Funds. They got arrested (for complaining about Vulture Funds).

So what did Dominique Strauss-Kahn messed up in all this? Well he redirected the IMF towards “helping” Europe (by far the largest contributor to the IMF). This was a grave deviation from servicing New York inspired vultures as the IMF is supposed to do. It was unavoidably going to attract European attention towards what the IMF, and Washington, and, behind them, Wall Street and the Cayman islands, and other tax havens, stuffed with plutocrats, consider to be normal practice, in their over exploitation of the whole planet.

When one looks at the full work of the World Bank and the IMF, especially in Africa, one looks at countless murders too. But things are changing for the better. South America has progressively been coming out of the financial terror, and China, with nearly three trillion dollars officially in play, has become a new source of loans, combined with barter as the PRC offers public works reminiscent of the old fashion “colonialism”.  

But the fact remains that vulture funds have worked the political system in New York. Whereas initial judicial decisions in New York, went against Vulture Funds, now New York justice, corrected by appropriate legislative work, finds that supporting vultures around the world is the best thing since motherhood and hard cash.

In Malaysia, the main opposition politician is continually prosecuted for “sodomy“. The same charge had been used, in conjunction with pedophilia, to allow Philippe (IV) Le Bel to burn (alive) dozens of the leaders of the Templar Monks (1310 CE). Examples like that crawl all over history. Sex is not just handy, it’s shameful.

“Sex Crime Unit“, New York. The Pride Of A Big Apple, or Just One More Snake in the Garden of the Beasts?

The “Sex Crime Unit” is famous for punishing the old, weak, overweight, sick, oxygen deprived, brainy head of the International Monetary Fund, the economist Dominique Strauss-Kahn, for “subjecting another person to sexual contact without the later person’s consent“. Apparently the Jew Strauss-Kahn “attempted” to cavort with a mysterious towering young muscular maid of the fanatical Muslim kind, whose legal migrant status is far from clear.

The old, weak, overweight, sick, oxygen deprived Dominique Strauss-Kahn is supposed to have overwhelmed the physically powerful, without causing any physical injury, probably using his dirty, powerful French mind. Powerful French minds, and the “French Theory“, not far behind it, should be illegal, as they cause grave injury to the New York Centered World Trade plutocracy.

It is turning out that Ms tall, young and muscular victim, posed for racy and provocative pictures which ornament the frontcover of a magazine in Switzerland. You will not see those pictures in the USA, for obvious reasons of basic propaganda of the plutocratically financed politicians in New York. Don’t be surprised if Ms Provocative shows up at the tribunal in a veil, clutching some beads, shaking all over with fear! Greed does that, sometimes, or more exactly the fear of not satisfying it enough.

The New York Sex Crime Unit is the object of a cult in America. It has 40 detectives: sex is big in New York, and its crimes numerous. Everybody says that the “Sex Crime Unit” is “very respected“. It prosecutes, namely puts in cages and treats as dogs, 1,000 individuals a year. OK, I am exaggerating: one does not chain dogs, that would be cruel to the animals, especially if innocent. Only 20 of those prosecutions of the “very respected Sex Crime Unit“, result in condemnations, though. Let’s think a second about what that means.

I am not saying that there should not 1,000 inquiries on “Sex Crimes”. I think that any “Sex Crime” lead ought to be followed diligently, and even ferociously, in the case of possible “pedophilia”. But I think that, as for other suspicion of possible criminal activity, prosecution ought to be done very discreetly, to protect the innocent.

So let’s consider the innocent. It turns out that the innocent are 98% of those whom the “very respected Sex Crime Unit” puritanizes, chains, locks up and terrorizes every year.

I am just observing that 980 people a year get treated worse than dogs, like criminals, American style, and are found to be innocent, every year, in New York, about alleged sex crimes they did NOT commit. Although they were publicly humiliated, condemned in the court of public opinion, and punished for all to see, for crimes they did NOT commit. Punishing the innocent, especially publicly, is outlawed in fully civilized society. Protecting the innocent is actually why the law exists in the first place.

Now, if you beat a dog, he will turn nasty. Especially if you do it for no good reason. Just try it. Moreover, far from being a deterrent, a rush to condemnation and so publicly, encourages many to cross the Rubicon. Thus the question is this: is the “Sex Crime Unit” itself crime generating?

If police brutality itself is criminogenic, a much needed explanation for the high rate of crime in the USA, would offer itself. Criminogenic police activity would go a long way towards explaining that about 10 million Americans are actively punished, under official judicial condemnations, every year, with 2.5 million imprisonned. That is the highest rate in the world. By far.

SPEAKING OF CRIMINOGENIC POLICE HYPER ACTIVITY,
A prestigious United Nation commission found that the “War Against Drugs” has not worked any better than the famous prohibition against alcohol in the USA, in the 1920s. The later had increased considerably organized crime activity, by making many in the USA accomplice with the mobsters. Prohibition was terminated by president Roosevelt.

Interestingly “drug abuse”, which is punished, implies that “drug use”, a milder form, should go unpunished. The point is that very dangerous drugs, alcohol, tobacco, and various “medical” neurological drugs, some given to children (Ritalin), are authorized. So why is not mild use of some other drugs also authorized?

The president of Bolivia has insisted that some mild coca should be allowed for sale outside of Bolivia (where it is legal).

Funny aside: although I use tea and coffee, I have never ever used alcohol and tobacco. I just did not like the idea to have to drink something to be merry, or poison the atmosphere, to look cool. Happiness and calm ought to be spiritually generated, for those who live by the superiority of human thinking.

However I have resided at high altitude in Bolivia, and loved coca tea (sold there in grocery stores). It’s quite different from normal tea, but extremely nice. Energetic, soothing, friendly to the mind.

I can’t imagine how one could abuse it, and what is wrong with it. Thus I deduce that the screaming against some drugs is highly hypocritical, and it’s not our confessing ex-“blow” (cocaine) using  president who is going to contradict me.

Let’s remember that coffee, at strong dosage, is forbidden at the Olympic Games. At very high doses (100 standard US cups), coffee is lethal (so is water). However, correct usage of coffee is good for the mind, and for health in general (it is full of antioxidants, and has been proven to reduce Alzheimer).
